  1. Acting out as a threatening villain in someone's Roleplay thread would be a ton a fun. Acting out said battle via role play instead of stats, makes both characters look good and allows balance between both to add in an immersive tale. That being said, I touched on the subject with Azide in Discord, taking the hard earned experience a player has had in SAO after so many accumulated years and then having it removed is a bit frowny. Good player will never get that chance again, also you run the risk of a member never rejoining after so many lost hours. Its basically resetting a thousand hour game you put into and now you have nothing to show for it. (Sorry Dom). While at the time the great revealing of Opal as a Laughing Coffin member was a great plot twist, it could have been handled a much better way from a staff mechanic back in the day. Temporarily throwing a character out of a thread when their HP turns 0 is a much safer bet than killing them altogether.

Popping into someones thread as a Threat with means of story and not actually killing a player would be pretty cool implementation. Of course permission would need to be granted. What I had feared was that even PKers got boned after the new rules, basically ceasing all forms of PKing from the website. Maybe PK for story purposes, high level story suggested threats, and leave turning Orange to NPCs to story driven characters that staff create.

  2. Kisodeth had slain boar pups. Weak and pathetic mobs that had been for the sole purpose of a beginner in a beginners quest. This would not do. She had to find out what she could push of herself and how far it can go before she would have to take a step back. Those same sapphire eyes would gaze of the field. She would come up to a squad of pretty hefty looking boars. This should do as a solid test of her skills and how far she could go without her breaking. In the moonlight, she once more tapped her sword against Death's Sting, the shield which sounded off the attention she was attempting to gain from the boars. As if caught in the brights of a car, their eyes widened and the slop of mess from their mauls began to drip down in a gooey mess from their mashed lips.

The woman had stood there with a narrowed eye gaze as her blue eyes looked over what she was about to slay. Their HP bars were a bit more on the wild side compared to those pups, but they had presented little challenge in the ways of dealing any real hurting her. She was decked out in a suit of armor that could not be penetrated with her specific level. It was good to grind out some experience here. She wondered what she could obtain by killing these boars. It was an excitement that ignited her fire, and now she had planned to burn them all down to ash.

Winter's Discontent did not seem to be too pleased with Kiso at the very moment, twice now had her blade been compromised by the charging boars. With her shield raised, the boars had pelted the steel taking damage from the thorns, but not the meat of her sword art which was unable to one again trigger. She grunted lightly from the attacks as she grit her teeth. Sweeping her blade across the air to allow the frigid blade to show itself to the enemy, the woman stepped forward, "Oh this is not going to end well for you. But it is good to know this shield is at least doing something against you. But now, if only I could trigger a sword art..."

  3. Winter's Discontent, the sword that was dripping with the essence of a cold aura had been brought out of the sheath it had been dormant in until it was time to execute her next plausible plan. Here, on floor one, the Beginning as they called it is where she will be making her presence known to the future of Aincrad. Well, in some small foot hold moment that it were. She had a long way before she could reach the elites that sat lofty upon their perch, but she would get there one day. Maybe. But till then, she had to fight the dregs of the system, scurry like a rat and collect every little shard of experience and tribulation. Because nothing was going to bend over just because she asked nicely.

The equally named Death's Sting was a shield that had some nifty little enhancements on it. She would know better than to call what was planned and easy kill, but she was not expecting anything of the sort. But she had sighed, and using her neck to whip back the long curls of black hair from her face until the sapphire gaze of seriousness had gazed out. In this field with moon brimming with light, and with very, very little people at play, she would begin her work. And of course if she were to do something stupid and foolish, there would be less jearing.

The combatant remembered what the quest had called for. Three Boar Tusks from Boar Pups. A simple matter. Her sapphire gaze honed on the weak boars called pups, and sought them out as her cold blade cut through the grass as it was dragged behind her. When she had found a small circle of these boar pups, her eyes narrowed and fixed on them clanking her sword and shield together to get their attention.

"I need to kill three of you for your tusks. Come, make this enjoyable for me." When her sword had hit the shield to alert them, their focus went on to her. With red small eyes, they all attacked at once slamming into her shield one after another. With little damage they had done, they had exploded into pixels soon there after. The thorns of her shield had slain them easy enough and they popped with the prize of her fortune scattered across the grass. With her ginger brows raised, she slumped over and took up the materials.

"That was barely worth it. Time to move on to the big boars."

  4. Daybreak; nothing had ever come from rising so early in the morning especially when it came down to this certain female and her more particularly active night life style. So the burning glare of the sun had to be put on hold and she would sleep out the day until the sun had gone down. Snug in her bed, the woman had finally roused herself awake. Her feet hitting the cold floor, scattering bottles left and right as she wobbled to the bathroom, yawning and shaking her long black tresses to undo any sleep induced knots in her hair. She would have seen her face in the mirror had she cared to see it. A splash of cold water was enough to widen her otherwise would be bloodshot eyes. Groggy and not in the best of moods, the woman had needed something of a pick-me-up to get her night going. Yawning some more, the female took up her armory and equipped herself to get ready to strike while the iron was hot or however that saying goes.

Black lips and dark blue eyes looked about her as the streets were mostly barren of people walking. Those who stayed out this late were just doing some minor routine whatever's, little did she care to hear of their ramblings. However, she had a presence with her as she walked, a confident gait as she scrolled through her list of objectives that needed to be met. One in particular in a chain of quests to help out starting players. She sighed reluctantly having to take such a quest, but it was part of the game and she needed to be above the game no matter what. Sapphires burned through the darkness as her heavy boots moved with each passing step, giving her presence domain over the pathway causing others to either step aside from her or marvel in awe at her more unique looking equipment. The shield over her back, sword at her hip, the flutter of material of her boots as she made her way to the quest objective; a Blacksmith by the name of Tealeaf.

She had stood in front of the door for what seemed like ages, mulling over if she actually wanted to do this quest. She had a choice to decline, but this was easy experience. Might as well milk it for what it could be as she was already here. Sighing in grief of her on mental conversation, the dim light of the blacksmith caused her to wince, soft blue eyes giving way to the heat around her as she felt the forge not too far away.

"Tealeaf." She had said to initiate the dialogue between the two. She would stand there with folded arms as the NPC spoke to her, her eyes showing disinterest, but she got to kill boar pups for certain materials. This could be worth her time at the very least. Eyes blinked as his talking finally started to flutter at the end where she could dismiss herself and start on this objective. Simple enough...Kill [censored], collect said [censored] and bring it back.

  5. "As far away as possible without dieing." Kisodeth said in response to the question that was asked. With a gesture of her head, the two traveled around Aincrad's Floor One, the origin of their demise as one would think of it. But that was far in the back of her mind as it was now, she had plans to get stronger and to survive. She wanted to be back home, back where she could make her living. This world had to become a priority in her mind now. As much as she disliked being here, her bitchiness would only go so much farther if she did not keep herself in check. It was one thing to complain about something you could control, but complaining about something that you could not that was just waste of energy.

With their meager savings, they were able to purchase a set of two sleeping bags and a fire starting tool kit which would effectively keep away mobs from the camp site. That was a little skeptical but at least they wouldn't have to sleep on the grass entirely. Sapphire eyes once again rolled when Kisodeth noticed the sun had already started to set, "Well, [censored]. I was hoping we could get this done. But it looks like we have enough supplies for tonight at least. I don't think we can do too many of these outlander excursions in a row." She shrugged and rolled her eyes nonchalantly, almost appearing bored.

"You have equipment on you at the very least right? I got a sword and a shield on me. But I think I am ready to carve out some beasts and test out this combat. I've been watching some other players and on my off times I've been practicing the sword arts. I think I should be prepared enough to get some decent damage in. Anyways, it's almost dark out now. Let's go out and find a place to set up camp and then we can go slay some [censored]." @Cyrus

  6. "On you? Way to word that when you have a female walking right next to you." The woman dismissed the joke with her hand as she almost seemed to wave him off. Her sapphire eyes stalled on the road before them as they came up to the NPC that had given Kiso the quest. A smirk on her face, the woman turned on the ball of her foot and looked at Cyrus, "This'll only be a moment." Kisodeth walked off towards the NPC, started the dialogue only to have her mutter out some words of completion, getting the quest done and then eye rolling through the rest. It was pretty much an uneventful story which was more saturated in detail then it should have been. She smirked once more, closed out all her menus and turned back to Cyrus as she moved and folded her arms over her chest.

"That's done. But there has been a change of plans for this evening for you and I." The dubbed Kiss-of-Death, looked at her companion with a mischievous black laced smile, "We are not gonna buy our dinner tonight at some Inn or place of eating. How about we do something a little dangerous? We'll go an gather some items that are needed, but tonight let's go camping out on the first floor out in the field boar away from all...of this [censored] [censored]." She laughed with her hands gesturing to these common folk.

"We are better than this, and we don't need to waste money tonight. Let's camp out and hunt for our own food. Yeah, it's a little dangerous but I think we can handle it easily enough. There won't be anyone stupid enough to come after us, no one wants to sleep outside a safe zone, and we'll have each other's backs. We don't have to stay out the entire night." She shrugged her shoulders, she kinda felt that Cyrus was more of a hands on kind of guy much like she was. Picking flowers and looking for ore was boring, but when you are making your kills you can get a lot more enjoyment out of things. They were both fighters after all, which was the point of this business partnership.

"Anyways. We got some time to kill for tonight. Let's get what supplies we can muster up and then move out when the sun is setting." @Cyrus

  7. Kiso had wandered if anything had made sense to him from what she had said. His words that came back took her off guard, she would have blushed if she had the ability to do so, but she didn't and in the way that she could only be appreciative of his words was a small smile his way and a nod of her head. With all that sour [censored] gone and out of the way, the dark beauty laid her sapphire eyes out on the lay of the land. She folded her arms over her chest and looked blankly around her while inhaling deeply and then a displeasing look on her face, "Alright. I had enough of this searching [censored]. Let's head back and get this [censored] stupid quest done and over with. I don't feel like spending an age searching for materials that I might never find. Besides, I'd rather hunt down some mobs then go picking flowers in the meadow. Let's get the hell out of here."

The woman gestured for Cyrus with her head. They started to walk side by side as she wondered what to say or do next. He had been...exceptionally well attuned with her for some reason wondering if he had some extra motives up his sleeve or it could be that she was so badass and ruthless that giving up on this partnership would lead to a dead end for him. In either case she was still thankful, but she had to do something about herself. It was true, she might be truly fucked up in the head but that didn't mean she couldn't cleanse herself of those pains and thoughts. Her eyes kept forward as they walked. She let out a small trickling laughter, "I just recalled what you said earlier, my tongue might be reckless but it does a damn good job of what it needs to do. Anyways, I think after my dark spiel it was your turn to ask a question. I don't know, I somewhat lost my appetite for doing this. Speaking of...I could go for something to eat afterwards." The woman continued her confident stride, despite the intentions of their business relationship; she looked at him from the corner of her eyes, maybe something a little more devious could come from this after all. @Cyrus

The woman shrugged her shoulders, "I bet a lot of people have problems with relationships. I don't have problems with them, because I don't keep people around long enough to form that bond. I suppose if there is one thing I can't get right is life in general. I am a bad, bad girl and I have a pretty impressive track record for it as well. Arested so many times I've lost count, was a junkie, was homeless, parents didn't love me or acknowledge me as their daughter," she took a deep inhale, "All this [censored] I've been through and when I finally get things right, or so I think, something ends up happening and it puts me back down again," she made a clicking noise with her tongue to show her irritation towards the subject, "Can't save myself in any world. But I still try, because I'm a fighter and a survivor. I've asked myself so many times why I do try, wouldn't it be so much easier to just kill yourself when you have no one to weep for you, no one would show up at your funeral." The woman shrugged, "Does the world really need another bloodsucker among them?" She rolled her blue eyes, her long fingers stroked through her silken raven hair as it curled at the tips.

She folded her arms over her chest, there was a clear expression on her face that showed she was angry about something; perhaps the thoughts rolling around in her head. She venomously looked at Cyrus, "You probably think I am pretty fucked up in the head, huh? I don't blame you. I've been told that so many times. I'm no good, I'm selfish, immature. But I say [censored]'em all. Needless chatter among common people who think they are better than everyone else. The hypocrites they are." She had sat down on her knees and plowed her hand through the grass tearing it from the roots and spraying it out in the wind finding nothing of value.

While she sat on her knees she looked away off into the horizon, her eyes getting lost in her dreams as she just sat there and stared into the world. Then she placed a hand over her head, rubbing her temple and spoke, "Cyrus. I'm gonna give you a chance to get away from me if you think I am too messed up in the head. I won't blame you if you decide to break this pact but you should know I got a lot more demons in me than what I have told you." With her hand rubbing her leg for the moment, she stood up, a blank look on her face, "Go if you want to." @Cyrus

  9. Kisodeth was freezing from the climate of this fourth floor. Teeth chattering like mad, but she would prevail through this damnable weather at any cost. If the rumor was true, she would be getting a huge advantage above the other players at this stage. Blue eyes shot through the blanket of white, her feet lifting up and stomping down in the cold snow drifts until she found her way to the Tent. "This must be it," she said with a low voice. The warmth of the forge had drawn her in, and she found pleasure in that warmth when she finally stepped in. Letting out a relaxed sigh as she unbundled her arms from her body, the woman was met face to face with what appeared to be a familiar? Chewie had cocked his head to the side at the stranger, he remembered the last time something like this happened. THAT would not happen again.

A full charge had broken through, four mighty paws slapping down on the ground as he ripped towards her. "Hey!" Kisodeth lifted one arm ready to defend herself when the cub slid forward, stopping at her feet. His massive maw opened as he pointed a sharp finger towards his mouth. The woman had thought she was to be attacked by this Guardian Bear, but that did not happen. She casually blinked at the creature, "Is your Master around?" she asked looking at the weaponry and the armor, a small smile hinting that she had her eye on a few pieces. She popped her neck and took a glance at the note and then at the Bear, "Hungry huh? And for free equipment." The woman brought a hand up and over the menu and selected her consumables. She had a ton of bread still, but she knew better than to feed a carnivore a worthless treat. She looked at the bear, "I hope you will be happy with this cus I was saving it for later." In her hand had appeared a medium rare slab of meat, thick cut and seasoned. It wiggled in the air before she launched it into the mouth of bear familiar and turned her head. She had immediatly regreted giving that thing her dinner for the night. But equipment was free...and she needed it fast. Making a note for the Master of the Bear.

"Left the bear some food, I hope you don't mind me taking some of the equipment as per your directions. Since I fed the bear for the equipment, that is an equal trade off. Please don't look me up. Ever."

    - Kiso

The woman nabbed the Death's StingDeath's Embrace, and the Winter's Discontent equipment from the side. It was like a set made just for her, this guy was strange and odd to have such a taste for the naming and look of his equipment. She accepted the items gladly and stepped over the bear as he was chowing down on that steak. All was well and she left to get off this cold, cold, floor.

OOC: Fed the bear, thanks Mack!

  10. So I noticed a lot of people coming in with their RPs stating its a day 1 thing, going back to the days when the announcement was first heard. I was drummin up an idea to bring everyone together who is wanting to a Plot based story driven by some adventure and even coming across the first floor boss. Of course with site canon that might be a little hard to do, but I think I can work a plot out that would ease us into something like that. We need a reason why we are here and why new people joining are level 1 after 2 years + the site opening.

We need to fill that void with story. So if anyone is interested in a Day 1+ Chapter and moving forward, we can get a group PM conversation and work out some of the details. More character interaction and it'll be like our own little spin-off series. If higher players wanna join, I'll have to request a few things from you. Anyways, let me know if your interested. I always have interested ideas for plots and whatnot (for those who know me).

The woman nodded her head, allowing the earthy black strands of hair to fall off her shoulder once again. Kisodeth had learned to keep herself away from most people that did not suit her, men being the key prospects unless she needed something from them. However, as time had went on by for the two of them, she seemed to let down her guard just a tiny bit in front of Cyrus. Only hoping that it would not come to bite her in the behind one day. But this was an uncertain scenario, at the very moment though she could trust him. But when push came to shove, where do loyalties lie? Where did hers? But honestly, when he thanked her back, she couldn't delve deep enough into her mind to say something smart assy to him. There was a genuine...feeling that made her feel, different about him. She shoved the hair from her face as she bent over to gather water in another vial, having it slipped in her hand the prior time and this go was no different. She had let out a mild cuss from her black lips and then she rolled her eyes.

With her arms resting on her knees, the off tank looked at Cyrus with her sapphire eyes, "No, I don't snore. At least I don't think I do. I'm usually out when I spend the night with a guy and my roommate hasn't heard me snore either. So I believe in this case, we are both safe." She got up and walked back towards Cyrus noticing he had filled another vial, "Thanks. I don't know what is up with me, maybe I don't have the delicate touch for this crafting thing after all. Oh well." She rolled her shoulders into a shrug, "Pet peeves. I have a few. I don't like repeating myself. So if I say one thing, its usually final. If I say I don't want help, I don't want help. I don't like people yelling or screaming around me unless its like a concert then ya know? You kinda have to. I don't think I have any other ticks that I can think of at the moment."

The ice queen brought her hands up and folded them over her chest as she looked around the area. "Let's go somewhere else. It's pretty clear this game doesn't want me to personally collect any water. I don't even know what else to look for. I guess I need to ask another question too?" Her legs started to move and she was walking away from the stream, blue eyes looking sheepish as she searched her mind for a question to ask him. She was honestly running out of ideas, "What can you not get right, no matter how many times you try?" She stopped and looked at him, odd question but she wondered what faults he was hiding underneath all that superior mind of his.

    @Cyrus

  12. After having her small beer, the woman was relatively left alone for the night. She stared at her nothing in particular as she sat in her small stool, her eyes fading in and out of focus as she day dreamed about nothing in particular. It had been a long day, but it was a productive one when all was said and done. She even scored some necessary healing items along the way which were not bad for a beginner. Her sapphire eyes scanned the bar before she lifted herself out of the seat and moved towards the door after paying for her drink. Stepping outside, there was enough of a cool breeze to send a tiny chill down her back. Something in this world seemed very off to her, even more so now than before. She wouldn't think too much on it, and instead moved back to her room back at the Inn. She walked slowly, knowing her pacing was in struggle as she was keeping an eye on a particular person walking by. They had raised their face, smiled and waved but said nothing. The woman didn't even smile back, nor give a nod of her head.

These people...she hated them. Sheep and nothing more.

Kisodeth nodded, his logic was sound as it always was. She had shifted her body, kneeling down at the stream as she cupped her hands to take a small swig of the solution. It was crystal clear water and there was no bacteria of any kind in this game as far as she knew, or any harm in drinking or eating anything from anywhere. She had uncorked a vial and slipped her hand through it, but she ended up bumping her hand against a rock in the stream and the vial bounced out of her hand, "[censored]..." she muttered under her breath. The woman got to her feet and saw that Cyrus was able to get it done, "Well, seems you are one lucky duck today. I would have to agree with you on the fact that it has been a lot easier to get things done with you around. Had I ignored you completely at the Inn, I probably would still be there taking my time on doing things. It would have been a major disadvantage to me had I let you slip on by. Besides, I couldn't let someone else nab you. You DO actually help me, so I wouldn't want anyone else profiting off of you or your help."

She shrugged her shoulders answer her question in the process, they had the same mind on it that it would have been mutually beneficial to make this business contract with one another. Had they not though, both of them would end up having to do twice as much work and with less of the rewards. She sighed silently to herself, she was thinking about the advantages and disadvantages of this business relationship and Kisodeth already knew she was giving him enough of a hard time, "Listen," she said walking towards him. She folded her arms in a hugging manner of her body, almost as if she were gonna protect herself from the words she was about to speak, "As you say, I am a difficult person to understand at times. I can be probably too Bitchy as well, but it comes down to the fact that I am really not enjoying my time here right now. I mean, with you...it's fine. I am dealing with it, but on the other hands, there are just too many opportunities I am missing out now. But I have no reason to blame [censored] on you when you are just trying to help me out. So in a way what I am trying to say..."  She rolled her blues and huffed a bit, "Thanks, for being here." She then turned her back on him and shielded herself a bit more before letting her arms go and swing to her waist.

"Fun? If there is such a thing. I guess doing some exploring, I did want to do a bit of traveling back at home. I am sure this place has some interesting areas to explore. I really haven't thought about it since I have been moody and been keeping track of trying not to die here. So thinking of what would be fun here doesn't seem to register in my mind." She had turned around and shrugged her shoulders. Between the eye rolling and the shoulder shrugging, it was becoming apparent she didn't think too much on things. So when it was her time to ask another question she blurted out whatever popped into her head, "You don't snore when you sleep, do you? Cause if you do we are gonna have a problem. Like a big problem..." @Cyrus

Kisodeth shrugged her shoulders on his comment about actually looking for materials instead of kicking up dirt. The woman had half the mind to spray him with dirt with her booted toe in response to that but she went along with it. Rolling her blue eyes, the woman swept a hand over the grass as she leaned over, one knee on the ground and searched a bit more thoroughly; nothing. She got up and grumbled, "Doesn't look like your method is any better," her voice slightly more irritated.

"Yeah and doors could easily swing back and smack you from behind as well. If you are into peeking, that would make you into a voyeurist. So like peeking in on people, huh?" Her look was smug as she contested with his logic side. He might have been a smarter person than she was, but no one was more witty or more annoyingly a smart ass as she was. Which related back to his earlier question and she huffed, "You said favorite thing about me. I said eyes and lips; I don't think I would say my personality is very becoming. I know I could work better on that but I don't give a flying [censored] about. But if you want to get all proddy with it, then I would say my smart ass attitude. Happy?" Her tone was melted ice, not sinister or violent, but more that it was irritated.

Her hand brushed against her long silken raven hair as it bounced over her thigh once more as it curled. She folded her arms and gestured for him to follow her once more, "Let's go look for some water. I need a few vials of that anyways." As they went further into the open fields she had noticed a small stream, this would be a good location to bottle up some water for her alchemical practices later.

Cyrus had commented on how his mind works being his favorite thing about him, the woman shrugged her shoulders, "I suppose if that's what you like about you. When it comes down to you and yourself, does it really matter the opinion of others? I would say your best trait is you indomitable will so far. You are one of the few people I have seen that hasn't backed down away from me or even too scared to come and approach me." When her question had come back around to him she nodded, "Ahh, from the States, huh? You are quite a long way from home there, Buddy.  Biggest dream here? I told you I wanted to survive, and I don't really care how that is made possible. I want to become strong enough so I can defend for myself, strong enough so I won't be taken advantage of, strong enough not be another chicken [censored] wuss here to ride on the backs of others. I am just simply going on my way. As for the real world..."

The woman bowed her head, she would end up having to talk about something personal but it was fine for the moment, "I did a lot of stupid [censored] back home. I got into a lot of trouble with the law, I drank alot, I did bad things. What I want to do is be the best damn tattoo artist this world has ever seen and I was on my way of doing that too if I hadn't been so toasted and decided to play this game that one night. So literally, my dreams are crushed and ruined right now because of where I am which is why I have a strong dislike for anything about this game right now especially its residents."

The woman turned towards the stream of water and saw her reflection in the pool, "I really dislike this world. I hate it so much for tearing me away from what I wanted to do. The man who keeps us here in chains, I'm gonna kill that [censored] bastard if it's the last thing I do. Anyways, I guess it's my turn to ask another question." The woman had sought out a question to ask Cyrus, truth be told she was mildly heated from the conversation already but she was trying to calm herself down, it reflected back to her first day here when she was enraged about her current imprisonment in this game like she was back in the real world. She wanted to be free of all of this.

So she turned up the heat, "If we were not business partners in this game, what do you think you would be doing right now had we not met? What if that door closed on you and we ended up going different ways instead?" @Cyrus

THe woman shrugged her shoulders about how she messed up the order of how this little game was supposed to go. Once more she sent her right leg kicking the ground finding nothing in particular in use of materials. She had listened to his little motto and she gave another shrug, "That sounds about right for you. You don't seem like a person who would pass up a good opportunity. That much is evident between the two of us." The woman fiddled with her hair a little as it curled around her hip bone. Her eyes went wide, those blue sapphires now looking at him when he said he lived so close to her.

"That is pretty close, so there could be a possibility we might have ran into one another at one point without even knowing. Funny how that works huh? But I am curious what you were doing in Kabukicho, I mean...people don't visit that place; they avoid it at all costs." She sighed and looked at him, so he would bring up a question like that for her to answer. She said she would answer, but she had to think of an answer.

"Well that is difficult to say since I think my favorite thing about myself is myself. But I am sure you meant something a little more specific. I dunno. I've been told I have really nice lips and eyes. I would tend to agree with that. Did you think I was gonna say my ass or tits?" she laughed, and she didn't know why, maybe it was because of these questions he was pitching at her. The dark haired beauty wondered what he thought his best feature was or his most favorite. But it was time for her question now, "Seriously, I wanna know what you do in Kabukicho. You know we are infamous for our Red-Light, is that what gets you off?" @Cyrus

  16. Lifting a hand over her head and smoothing out the ebony strands of hair, the woman gave his a scowling look once more as he added onto the previous game they were playing. Now she had to answer her own question? What kind of.. oh [censored] it! She was not going to win at clawing his face and the more she seemed to 'argue' with him, the more chance there seemed to win a valid argument between either party. She was just too head strong for something like that. So with her hands on her hips, the woman nodded and agreed although reluctant.

As they stepped into the field, the first question from the duo was fired off. Quick like lightning, he seemed to have something gathered in his train of thoughts. When he asked the question, Kisodeth had thought it weird. She didn't have a motto that she lived by or anything, and there was nothing that stood out that would represent a theme for her life, "That's a tough question. I don't really live by what is said on the front of a cereal box or anything. Live fast, die hard? Is that a motto or something? I guess that would sum up my general theme in life. I usually grab [censored] by the balls and if I am going to do something I set my mind to, I'm going at it full throttle."

Kisodeth kicked the dirt and the grass as it sprayed from her boot, there wasn't anything there. She looked at Cyrus and gave him an eyeful and pointed her finger at him, "And you never answered your own question, Jerk. Anyways. I would much rather keep my col rather than give it to some beggar who can do the searching for materials for me. It's not all that hard work, despite it being very boring. And once we are both geared up, we can hunt mobs instead of doing field research like this [censored]. What part of Japan do you live in?" Oh she just got personal with that question and she knew she had to bite the bullet and answer her own as well. Standing there for a moment she shifted her weight on one leg and folded her arms, "I live in Kabukicho, Tokyo." She said with a slight smile on her usual expressionless face. @Cyrus

  17. They had arrived at the Blacksmith NPC where the now katana wielding player had been titled Blacksmith for his profession. Out of the duo, Cyrus had gained his title and Profession however, Kisodeth had yet to claim such a prize. They had agreed to get both of these quests done as soon as possible for efficiency so without further delay Kisodeth bumped Cyrus arm with her elbow, "Hey quit gawking at your stuff. It's my turn now. And unfortunately, we gotta go to a different area for the Quest NPC." The woman swung her body around, dark raven hair falling off her shoulder as she moved and started her path towards Alchemy. This however left a little lull in their previous conversation where they had started to learn a little bit more about each other.

"If you want to continue asking me questions about myself, feel free. I think at this point I am comfortable giving out more information to you about me." Kisodeth had looked over her shoulder at the male player, she did not scowl at him as she talked which given the circumstances was a little rare. However, he had yet to do anything as of that moment to press his luck against that. So as they followed the little path to the Alchemy section, they had arrived at the Quest NPC. Rolling her blue eyes, the woman told Cyrus to wait there a moment while she did the necessary dialogue to get things rolling. A few minutes ticked by and she head back towards Cyrus and gestured with her head to follow her once more, not given a verbal command by it.

"So we need to go back out into the fields. I hope you enjoyed all that material gathering from before, because we get to do it again." Her voice was an enthusiastic tone riddled with sarcasm, she even did little jazz hands to show she was not all Lady Gloom n Doom. But that was besides the point, she had to do this boring quest all over again, but much like before she would have some company. Making a right, they headed towards the gate and out of the safety zone once again. Blue eyes looked around as she placed her hands on her dark skinned hips, "Alright, let's get to work then...I actually have to pick up some gems, flowers, and water. This alchemy business is going to be too girly for someone like me. But I'm gonna make it badass. Apparently there is a rumor going around about a forbidden alchemy grimoire, I would love to get my hands on something like that. Anyways..." She gestured with her head again as she moved out into the open fields. @Cyrus

  18. So there was a question attached to it. Of course there was, the woman sighed and shook her head. They had been like this pretty much throughout the collection of the quest. Each one was testing the water with the other, pushing and shoving words back at one another. In the end they had come to some mutual ground. But she would not give Cyrus the upper hand in all of this; no way. So she looked to him when the question was asked, "Not you," there was a small, very small hint of a smile on her face when she answered. The expression on his face was good as gold when she would not give him the time or day, besides, it was not hard to put together what kind of guy she was into. Something loose and non lasting, something or someone that didn't mind just a one and done type of deal and then never ask questions about it again.

"I'm pretty picky when it comes to guys that I want to know on a more than physical level. But I don't see us being a match of the mind, if anything it would be purely physical if it was in the other world. So long as you knew how to work that thing between your legs, it was not hard to get my heart thumping. I  haven't delved into relationships, like I told you before. I haven't met a guy that made me blush or make me feel like I was in love. I'm just not into that kind of [censored]. Anyways, looks like you are buying and that finishes up the quest. I want some Italian. I know a place, follow me." @Cyrus

  19. "Congratulations," she said with a stern voice. The light of the sun was now cascading down around her body warming her up and drying out the wetness of her hair and clothing. She had situated herself at the peak when Cyrus had gone and got his prized possession, an ordinary looking Katana from her eyes. But she didn't know what a special looking one might look like, she didn't care much for it either. But when he accepted his blade, there was a shadowy visage moving through the air. On her guard, Kisodeth nearly drew her own blade from her scabbard when that old man appeared once again. "What the hell is up with this NPC?" Half her blade slid back down into the sheath with a small clicking sound as she moved it around her hip, setting her hand on the pummel of the base. Her blue eyes catching fire from the sun above them as their radiant and pristine color shot through.

"Now you are speaking my language," she said. They could finally clear this quest, although she was not getting anything special out of it, she got partner rewards for at least coming with him. Hey that was a pretty good deal considering she didn't have to do much except to just stand there and watch while he did his thing. Clearing her throat and gesturing with her arm, they could finally get out of this mess. "Alright. That's good, you got your new Katana Skill unlocked. Now then, should we head back to the City? We need to figure out what we are going to do next." With a flick of her hand, the black hair that was now mostly dry rolled off her shoulder as the edges curles around her hip bone once more. This was definitely better than having to deal with cold and wet hair, she had contemplated a few times in her life about shaving it all off, but then she didn't want to fall into that 'butch girl' look. She gave herself a mild disgusted look.  @Cyrus

  20. She smiled at him, once again twisting a bit of her words into his own advantage. But she didn't reply, instead she brought one hand up and flicked him off with her middle finger. Then her smile quickly diminished into that same bored and unenthusiastic expression she had prior. With her arms folded over her chest and leaning her weight one leg, she addressed his traits in her head. Kisodeth probably wasn't a very smart person, she did drop out of highschool so having any kind of book smarts was not something she would be getting into. Fun-loving; that was questionable for her. The things she loved doing might not be so much fun for him. Getting another tattoo, going out to the bar and getting trashed, sitting in her room listening to Zeppelin and smoking a joint; these things were fun for her. She shrugged, it was clear that they did not match in the case of personality.

But that seemed to end the question and answers. It was evident that Cyrus was just as annoyed by this fetch quest as much as she had been, but at least they somewhat understood each other a little bit more. If anything, they got some pretty interesting insights on one another that they didn't know previous so there was that. Cyrus had shouldered his pickaxe and then he started to walk towards the Starting City once again. Kisodeth was right behind him to follow back to the Quest Giver. At least after all of this Cyrus could finally get his shop up and running and with a few materials, he could get started on his crafting when his shop was ready for it. The woman swept black hair from her face, "It was productive. At least you got your quest out of the way, some good came out of it. By the way...who's paying for dinner tonight?" @Cyrus

  21. The woman gave him an odd look, whatever he said was rather random to her and she paid no attention to it nor did she keep it in mind for anything. Whatever he said went through one ear and out the other. Still holding herself in a self-hug, the woman continued to walk along the walls as he played with his puzzle. She rolled her eyes out of habit and looked closely at the symbols of the cavern walls. She looked with a squint of her eyes before making some kind of sound that she was irritated about all this and kept her eyes peeled as the puzzle was unlocked by his creative mind.

"Finally," she said with a huff in her voice, like it was something that took them an eternity to do. While it didn't take that long, the woman had an over exaggerated sort of personality when it came to her being bored. Things took a million years to complete, a decade and a half to go from one location in Starting City to the other. Things like this where she complained inwardly and to herself more than outside to the ears of others. The more time she spent on thinking about, the more she thought it was trivial. When the cave opened up to a new path and Cyrus was saying something she just muttered to herself in that usual tone of hers, "Yeah, yeah..." she was the first to reach the next area while waiting on him to catch up. She gave him another dry look as her eyes focused on him, like burning a hole in his soul telling him to hurry the hell up. She was still wet, cold and feeling uncomfortable. The perfect situation to create a mouthy Bitch. @Cyrus

  22. "You are a funny, funny guy." She would say without much life in her voice. She caught on to his little turn-around statement there about being cold and yet attractive. Little did he know that she was not a woman that could be pleased by normal means, she was not the average girl. Flirting and the like were not turn ons for her, if they were gonna get that deep into things. But it would remain never to be seen by either one of them. She would not push any kind of outside relationship between their business agreement, that's what this still was no matter how hard he tried to get into her head or how hard he could convince himself that there might be a spark between the two of them.

Kisodeth respected his ability to not be a pushover, that he was able to hold his ground and that he was not afraid of talking to her or even being remotely afraid of her for that matter. The skull designed tattoos on her body did not make her very becoming of a proper Lady, she had ink and a cold personality. There was a very rare breed of men who could take the opportunity to take her out on a so called 'date.' She shook her head, and noticed he had not found any more materials. Another zone of silence, but she enjoyed his answer. "That's cool. I am not very much into guys who spend more time in the bathroom fixing their hair than a girl would. Hell, I try to get in and out in five minutes with that [censored]. I'm no barbie doll and can't be bothered spending all that time to make myself look perfect for someone."

Kisodeth had found a small little rock beside Cyrus' left foot as she grabbed a hold of it and placed it in his hand, "Not that I care, but what kind of girls are you into? You don't look like someone who lives in the drugs, sex and rock n roll realm like I do." @Cyrus

  23. Kisodeth had no way of evading the water that had splashed down upon her head and body, she would have to deal with it as much as Cyrus did. As they had got to the other end, there was a very drafty feeling as she felt her skin goosebump. She hated the cold weather, any kind of it. A cool breeze was fine, but this draft felt like winter choking her. She gathered her long hair in both hands and began to wring it out as water splattered across the floor from the dripping of her long ebony strands. She hated that feeling of being cold and wet like this, but she would deal with it and not bitch about it since she chose to go with him, how god damn irritating.

They walked with a sort of sloshiness with their feet against the ground. Her cloth armor was sticking to her every curve and it felt uncomfortable, and due the cold chill she had felt she was nipping through her shirt. She had addressed this problem with bringing her arms up over her shoulders and blocking any line of sight from his eyes to her boobs, the last thing she needed was him going off on her poking out of her shirt. There was enough of that talk prior to this. So they continued to waddle like ducks in the cave coming up to a puzzle. She looked at him and shook her head, "I hate puzzles. You are on your own." @Cyrus
