Vines began to cover everything between and around you, forcing you to one side of the circus tent. Standing and looking around you notice a large figure before you standing at 240 cm tall(8 ft). The figure depicts that of a scarecrow, but soon an arm twitches. And after, the entire body springs to life. The once inanimate object springs to life and blocks the way. It stares at the players around him, almost judging them.
"Your armor looks tough." It speaks out in a loud raspy voice. "But it leads one to wonder," as a large scythe is brandished from behind him. "How armored, are your souls?" As it prepares to enter a battle.

xxxxxx The eyes of the Pumpking swelled with delight. "Well, oh me oh my. It would seem that I have grown fat in power in these last few years." The large pumpkin said, taking delight with his newfound size. "Oh, and it seems that the weaker ones cannot get by my little vines. Shame you're all alone now." He said, taking in even more delight. "Ohhhhh how I've longed for this day. How I've wished, and I've prayed that this day would come. That I would seek my vengeance upon you all once more." His eyes looked around. "But what's this? Where's the blonde warrior with two blades? The red-haired one made of fire?" He asked, before coming to a conclusion. "I see, they must have abandoned you all to your fate here, from fear of me!" The pumpking let out a mighty laugh that shook the very ground. "Well, let's make this a great show!" The pumpking cried, readying itself for battle.

"Mm, ahmhm..." A low chuckle bounced off of the two-toned stretches of fabric and echoed across the interior of the tent, growing slowly into a shrill feminine laugh. A sudden pause. "Oh no, that simply will not do." Whipping around to find the source of the mysterious voice, a figure finally revealed itself at center stage. When did she get there?
A woman stood, raven hair pinned back and blood-red lips wearing a coy smile. They pursed, and her tongue clicked with a sad 'tsk, tsk' and a shake of her head. The Countess looked down to the body of a fallen zombie, one of the hundreds that had been slain since their circus arrived. "You've killed all of our performers. The King will not be pleased. Isn't that right darling?" She raised her voice and brought a perfectly-manicured hand to loosely cup her mouth as she called outside of the massive tent. While lengths of prickly vines dragged along and tore the edges on one side of the tent, a sickly smoke spilled in from the gaps on the other, signaling the arrival of her companions. The Countess grinned with delight, fangs on display.
"Alright, boys and girls!" She lifted a knee and brought it down before her. The heel of a stiletto pierced through the temple of the zombie's skull before it shattered into nothingness and she threw up her hands with bravado. "The show will go on."

Awaking from your sleep you reach up and rub the dust away from your face as the morning sun comes to rise. You pull yourself away from your bed and make your way to the window. Drawing the curtains not as much light enters the room as you had anticipated. An overcast sky blocks the sun’s rays as you peer outside seeing a thin layer of autumn fog hang close to the ground. You stretch for a while and see it best to start your day.
Your day goes by uneventful, at least uneventful by Aincrad standards, but you notice something new by the job board.
“COME ONE, COME ALL!”
Reads the top half of the flyer, depicting a large circus tent with curious images in silhouette dancing in twain in its background.
“COME SEE MARVELOUS MIRACLES AT JACK’S CIRCUS”
Looking over the sign you see dates of what you assume is the circuses running time, and a location. It not being too far from your position, you decide to check it out.
Making your way to the site of ‘Jacks Circus’ you find yourself nestled into a sea of people, a crowd that stretches on and on. Many town-folk are here, some friends you may recognize, and many upon many NPC’s have all come to marvel at this display.
“Step on up ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls!” A voice booms out over the crowd. Following the source, you see a man, dressed in festive attire standing on a podium. “I am Jack, the ringmaster of this fair circus! And for a limited time, a special offer for you!. For the measly sum of 500 Col, I can promise each and every customer the show of a lifetime!” The man hops down from his stand and disappears inside the tent. As many of the NPCs begin to walk away, unable to afford the ticket price you are left with a handful of people standing outside the large tent.
 
Pay 500 Col to Jack The Ringmaster to receive a ticket to the show! Feel free to Role-Play out sitting down inside the tent and watching others come inside. And feel free to mingle with one another outside the tent as well. After 48 hours(1:00 pm PDT, Friday) the show will begin, so make sure you have a seat!

The air around you grows thicker, and heavier with humidity and moisture as the smell of salt hits your nose, and the sounds of waves crashing against a beach hits your ears. Exiting the labyrinth you find yourself on a beach. You find the sand difficult to work through as your boots and heavy gear weigh you down and cut into the sand. A few feet away up onto the beach, you can start to see movement. The movement you see, is of a large fish like creature. Scales decorate its body, large fins protrude from its back and elbows. It's feet are less like feet, and more so of a natural flipper or fin. It's stands tall, and lean at from what you could estimate 213cm(7ft). To its side, smaller creatures that look akin to him. Though in place of bright blues and reds, their scales and fins are green in coloration. There are three small ones total, each one carrying what is a small rod of what seems to be corral.
Looking at the surrounding area, you can see a large ship that is square in nature docked, preventing the ship from drifting into the seemingly endless ocean. And beside that, a small shack. The large creature takes out a battle axe and props it into the sand before making its way to the door. He speaks, loudly so that his voices carries. "COME OUT OLD MAN!" It screams as it kicks on the door to the shack. "Come out now! And we'll make your sacrifice quick!" The smaller creatures jump around, seemingly excited as they chant. "N'Yes! Come out quick!" They say in high pitched voices, not coming through as clear as the larger one.
@Ruby and @Hestia. You are to use your stats you had posted for the dungeon scouting thread. You have 48 hours to respond, or else other plays may get a chance to go first!
(@Zandra You are first in line to join either after the 48 hour limit, or after two full rotations of combat. The reasoning for the extra alloted time for Party A, is for the delay in release.)
