  1. A song upon her lips, and in her heart - Alice had a basket full of questionable mushrooms and of dreams. To others, the floor was weary, dreary...but to her, it was magical. It felt like the mushrooms could talk. Like the sky above glittered. Alice was really and welly and truly living in her own precious wonderland. The woman picked up a mushroom from her basket, one of many Psilocybin mushrooms she had picked. "Don't worry little guy!~" She crooned. "You'll be turned into something magical, and truly...you'll become a...." She paused, a tilt of her head as if waiting for a cue - "FUN-GI!"
  2. Ceres' eyes lit up when he leaned forward, grabbed the spoon from her hand and tried the caviar. "Ah! You did it!" She said in a delighted exclamation, clapping her hands together loudly. "The food here is so good, isn't it!?" Lavender laced eye stared at him in awe, watching as he chewed the caviar. He handed the spoon back to her and Ceres took it only to carelessly toss it over her shoulder, instead choosing to grab his hand - once again proving that she was terrible with social cues- and decorum. One normally did not grab anothers arm and lead them away, but one was not Ceres. She'd offer
  3. Ceres was still at the food table, having no real interest in dancing, and absolutely no interest in kissing or dating or anything of the like that the rest of the patrons seemed to be interested in. No, her desires were far more simple. Just enjoy herself, maybe meet new people, try to find her friend Accy - and eat good food. And wouldn't you know it, good food was right in front of her. "Hmm...." A finger tapped her lightly glossed lips. She had tried the small dumplings, the little pigs in blankets, she had eaten the more fancier things - canapes of rosemary, thyme and a variety of ch

  5. “....what….is real….?” The words fell from her lips in a near hushed whisper as Alice lowered herself into a crouch. Eyes shifting to and fro as though she were watching ants marching across the pavement, back and forth and back they ticked. Real… what… was… She forced her eyes closed. The sweet taste of delicate chocolate still lingered upon her tongue. The scents of fresh water from the fountain beside her. “...Real….” She closed her eyes. Her head swam, it hurt. In that moment the erratic woman seemed calm - almost too much so. Sitting silently like a statue, and it wasn’t till one of
  6. “Oh Please!” Borderline begging him to just taste even a sliver of the treat she had given him. In absolute sheer delight. “It’S goOd! SeE!” Alice reached out behind his other ear, then pulled out a second chocolate coin, dropping the flyers she was holding at her feet - she started to unwrap it and then popped it into her mouth. One of the true delights of this place, the food - the food was always so good! So tantalizing! So tasty. I wanted to explore the floors and taste everything… Alice tilted her head at the thought. “Hmm?” She chewed slowly and swallowed before tilting her hea
  7. What are you doing here, Alice?" The nuances were lost on the woman with not one too many screws loose, but all of them. "Me?" Alice bent over backwards, a deft skill of balance till her eyes landed on "Oh!?" She recognized him almost instantly. Alice straightened her back and turned till she faced him, throwing up the fliers into the air, some landed on the floor - others in the nearby fountain. "WELL! Well, well! Isn't this Swell!" A high pitched sing-song voice. Never quite in key - always lilting in pitch and volume. "If it isn't my ONe EYeD JacK!" She took three steps forward, toward
  8. An odd scene was taking place in Tolbana's main square; a woman stood at its center, standing atop a giant black box with a question mark on it, every so often she'd jump off and try to offer someone a piece of paper. Alice handed out another flyer to someone passing by, more so - shoving it into their chest. "Here! You must! you MUST!" The player picked it up, stared at it for a moment then scrunched it up and threw it over their shoulder, completely discarding it. Without a single word to the poor woman. Alice visibly bristled as she stomped over to the crumpled piece of paper, she pick
  9. "That's.. one way to put it, Ceres laughed, “Yeh, I mean -” She pointed to Oscar and Winnie. Then to two women on the couch, then to Mari and Jevi and Lancaster. “See?” Ceres had half a mind to think something was in the air, or the drinks. Maybe the food? Does that mean she shouldn’t have eaten a whole trays worth? “Oh! I saw the flyers too…Oscar. One letter is different from your name. Did you notice that? He makes good food.” But, if you could give me any other name Cinnamon - what would you call me? “Hmm…” Ceres thought for a moment, staring at Alinta, if she were not
  10. Ceres happily accepted the mans hand, using it to pull herself up. "Thanks." She wiped her hand again on her clothing, not thinking about how rude it must be to do so after touching someone - but she still had some dirt, and some kind of sauce on her fingers. She didn't need that. "Everyone here is... really almost inside each other..." She turned her gaze to the dance floor, couples dancing closely. Others far more intimately. Ceres struggled to think about that sort of thing. Not that she couldn't...or didn't have those kind of desires it was more so that... Her voice drifted off, almost air
  11. Her dance partner left. Practically without a word, Ceres placed a finger on her lips - thinking. Maybe...just maybe she shouldn't have said anything about the name she chose, was it considered rude? But, it was the truth. Oh well. Ceres picked up not one, not two, but an entire tray of canapes - little tiny crackers with prosciutto, cheese- and a single sprig of rosemary on them. Not wanting to be beholden to a single spot she began to move around the dance floor, every so often someone would try to snatch one of her special treats away. "No!" She'd hold the tray close to her. "No!
  12. Alice screamed, again and again and again. She didn’t want to go back. She wanted to stay. She wanted to stay here in her wonderland. “Jack and JIll went up ThE Hill. I’m AliCe. I’M ALICE! Oh Jack be NiMBle JaCk be Quick…” Craized whispers as Alice tried to hold onto who she was, tried to drown out a feeble crack in her newly varnished veneer - one that asked her if this was right, the small voice of Ceres that would ask if the insanity was worth it. This isn't who I am Then, came Tybalt - in a flurry of spun confetti and ebbing sanity he flourished in the field, a tip of his hat, a
  13. REd! rED! OH She PiCkeD ReD! Alice gave a happy little dance as she clasped Alintas hands within her own. “ReD!” She screamed at the top of her lungs. “RED! RED! RED!” Alice pulled Alinta close and then smooshed Alinta’s cheeks in her hand. “SO gloRiouS! MarVelouS! I want to See!” Alice wanted to see what kind of colour Alintas insides were. She wanted to see what kind of face she would make. What would the doormouse do? Oh this was so fun! Alice couldn’t help but stand back and clap, then shower Alinta with confetti. “PAPA!” Alice called loudly. “A show! It’s a very merry show! Oh i
  14. The man twitched, itched, but did not move. Could not move? Perhaps!? Too lost in his dreams! So Alice typed out a message to this 'Alinta' person, inviting her along. Scar--> Alinta: Come meet me in the forest! I found something fun! Meet me in WOnderland! "ThEre!" Alice shifted her form up Scars body, leaning against his chest. "Boop!" She'd touch his nose with her finger. "KeEp DreAminG LittLe Doormouse!" A pat against his cheek. "dO you Like it TherE? Oh I bet you Do! I bet it's all WarM and Cozy!" The messages would pop up on his screen, one after the other, but Alice ha
  15. "Hmmm?" Alice watched as he twitched, eyes dancing to and fro. Tears streaking down his face. Crying? Why was he crying? Were his nightmares that bad? But Nightmares were glorious! They would set him free! Break his chains! Maybe he could become something more! Something more than a drab man dressed all in black! "OH! How I want to craWl InSIde youR Head!" The woman stood and began to pace back and forth. There was a problem. "I can't see, no no..." She muttered to herself softly. "He's there, oh yes! He's somewhere, not here, but there! AnywherE? All in his mind! Stuck TraPped EnTwi
  16. "PAapa!" Alice skipped over to Tybalt, wrapping her arms around him as he caught her and spun her around once, twice, thrice! She nuzzled the side of his mask with her face. "I didn'T ExPEct you~ A delight!" She stepped back, patting him down, removing an errant leaf from his shoulder. "Such Heights! What a FrEight!" Alice clapped as Tybalt took a bow. "Red and Blue!" A stomp on the blue rose, discarded on the floor, "Blue and Red!" A stomp on the red rose, crushing it beneath her foot, as it snapped it fizzled and sizzled and the smell of burnt leather permeated from beneath her
  17. “I’M loOking for my ONe. EyEd. Jack….Jack….Jack..Jack…” She started repeating the name over and over again, muttering under her breath like it was a whispered mad mantra. “Jack be nimble Jack be quick. Jack climbs up the bEanStalk, Jack and JiLl climBed up the HiLl…Always…AlWays Jack.” A mind so broken and tattered it struggled to focus on one thing too long, even before she was broken ‘Alice’ struggled to keep her thoughts steady. Now, they whirled around in her head, so fast, so dizzying. All she wanted was a very good show. "Maybe he can help us out.” “Y-You…want to meet my papa!?
  18. The man took a step away from her, and Alice took two steps forward, bouncing to and fro, humming softly, off-tune. The entirety of her just that slightly bit off kilter. As though not everything lined up quite right in that poor deranged and tortured noggin of hers. “Fireball?” Her smile faded. “FiREbaLL!?” She shook her head wildly, “no! No! NO!” She stomped her feet, as though she was having a tantrum, this wouldn’t do. This wasn’t Right! Her hands went to her head, clasping her skull as though it were pounding, Alice shook violently. “No! NO noO noO nO!” Announcing every little p
  19. Passing the tests, ‘Alice’ was freed from Tybalt after what felt like several months - but had only been two days. Guards gone, dead, and cursor flicking from green to orange and now back to green. A temporary debuff gone, much like Ceres’ sanity. The woman was walking through the forests, collecting flowers for a show, collecting samples of all manner of things! Poisons! A drippy sticky sweetly kind of substance from a plant, more! More to explore! When… She heard it, small footsteps of another. And so, the woman followed, quiet as a mouse, the doormouse- don’t you know? "Someo
  20. "Well... The little white rabbit should be careful. This is no place for one." Ceres said simply, knowing full well she was looking for one just moments before. it didn't make hr statement any less true. The orange haired woman in front of her was full of smiles and giggles. She explained what a mask did. "I know, thats why I named myself cinnamon." Cers said brightly. It was a masquerade after all. Identities were supposed to be hidden. Unless your name was hidden. Then Ceres guessed that you already were Hidden. The woman blinked, realizing her thoughts were once again getting away from her.
  21. Ceres blinked. She hadn't expected the lights above to listen to her - she hadn't expected them to flicker out then back on. It was entrancing. The magenta haired woman would stand stationary amidst the dancing couples on the dance floor, oblivious to the fact that she may be in the way. Marching to the beat of her own drum, always. like fireflies....She thought to herself. That is...if fireflies were shades of green and red and blue and white. They flickered off, and everything went dark and quiet. This alarmed the woman. Ceres being afraid of the dark. But it lasted only a moment, and she on
  22. The card that Ceres pulled was a Queen of hearts. "Hmm?" A small tilt of her head as she only just now noticed the metallic sheen to them. "Metal?" she would ask as she stared at the card. How sweet....the man must really adore his cards to have a metal set made. Ceres turned the card to show Tybalt. "Look!" She smiled at him. "It really is like that fairy tale, huh? Although no roses are being painted red...." She would glance around the marshlands, to see if there were any such things. "A queen.... of hearts!?" There was a sudden and almost desperate grasp around her wrist holding
  23. <<Saint Mask>> Ceres was terribly late... But sometimes, that wasn't entirely a bad thing, now was it? It meant she could blend right into the crowds. Maybe have a drink or two, listen to some nice music, and not have the icky feeling of being the first one there. Fashionably late she was... One of the main reasons Ceres had been late in the first place is that she had been turned away for not wearing the correct attire. So the woman had to go back to town and find a tailor - then an outfit. The person stationed at the door sighed heavily. Seeing that she changed the colo
  24. The man introduced himself. "Tybalt....the evil kidney.." Ceres repeated, trying to commit it to her memory. There were few names she remembered. Mari...for Ceres would often do odd jobs for her...Vex, because of his antics. Accy, but that was about it. This man would be hard for her to forget. Her eyes were still on the frog sitting upon a branch, just above his shoulder. But with a flourish Tybalt distracted her. "H-huh?" "Whoa!" Immediately distracted from the entire reason she was out here...a white rabbit. leapt from his arm. "How?" She asked in amazement. Leaning down as she wa
  25. Ceres' lips turned up into a smile - doll-like eyes widening with a sparkle of delight as the man talked about how evil kidneys were. He gets it. "Some twins...eat each other in the womb." A silly fact, but one Ceres felt needed saying. "My mama said I did that, but I think I'm the good one." Ceres said to herself thoughtfully, a single finger placed on her lips as her thoughts trailed off. "I mean...I don't think I have evil thoughts... I am not sure what evil thoughts are though...maybe taking over the world? Stealing princesses? I don't do that...Oh..Sorry I taril off like that a lot. I'm C
