  1. The woman slides her hands up from the sand, letting the water continue to slide against her heeled boots. A clap twice for good measure, before lifting herself up to meet them all at eye level. “Well are you all ready to continue our most magnificent acquisitions?” Scanning them but finding nothing but sour and dismissive expressions amongst the entire lot of them. “Oh, such bad moods. Where’s your sense of adventure! Of wonder? Isn’t the unknown exciting?” There was only one among them with an actual bit of joy. The little songstress, and the first to accept the flow and her part to play in
  2. Sun had yet risen in the sky. Today would be calm, a small break from what the team was used to doing. No ulterior motive this time. Instead Morrighan would watch their growth. There would come a time when they were actually needed in a life and death situation and they needed to be ready. Morrighan wanted to find out if the little warriors still needed time to expand their weapon knowledge or if they got it fully down. There was something different about today, besides the obvious break that was outlined. All but one were late. Glancing around, with no view of the others. It was interesting t
  3. The insistent chattering birds and rhythmic plucking of a stringed instrument worked wonders to ruin the tranquility of the forest. A jaded old warrior and a girl seeming to no longer be suction cupped to whatever hole she'd like to bury herself in for once. "Could you all pipe it down?" an oddly younger sounding tone that worked to muddy her identity even more then the normal more mature one. "I'm sure I got a pot and pan if you wanna make it official." she'd meander past the duo and slide up the ruins staircase causing her white hair to pool past in its length that damn near went to her knee
  4. The dew strewn crevice a glittering stone, white wall and roaring with bleeding waves. A large hexagonal room that has since fallen silent. Where many like it would be lit and known, this had fallen black and forgotten. Just outside, the pyre lay dormant and cold. None knew of this place, and even fewer had the gull to seek it out. The wave of a wand to forget, and the cast of a conductor to make it remain. Trapped. Empty. But as time would tell, all things are subject to change. The wind itself seemed to carry this lesson so readily. As it roared so too did the thick and muggy trees of t
  5. That same somber and silent beachfront, proving to be a nexus that leads to locations far beyond than it would easily appear. The goal would always be a fleeting thing for all but the woman who found herself sat upon the waters edge. The repeating irritation would be coming soon enough, the haphazard slapped on guardian that prevented players from digging too deeply within the sand. The roar of wind caused the tide to swell and recede, a canopy of foliage breathing to life with this sudden addition of air. A pertinent taste of salt on it, carried from the depths of that deep blue that spanned
  6. ♫ A simple splash of a puddle, as the blow struck deeper then most would realize. It breaks the silence between the flashing overhead light in its static pops. A somber strobe that casts vision into pieces like lightning strikes. A man face first, drowning in his own despair. Drifting and motionless. What would be left is the flesh burning chill that ravished the skin, every breathe visible but for a brief hot instant. The creeping cold that attacked at heels, like shackles upon the ankle destined to contain a prisoner. The room belonged to the victor, and it would be they who would write
  7. That was more like it, they were starting to use their little peanut brains to think things though. They have figured out how to get the heart but now they need to out smart the minions of the golem to do so. “Spear boy catch,” saying as Morrighan tosses the crystal in that direction. See the man turn just in time, hand goes out and it’s caught in the palm. Giving a small dramatic sigh, Morrighan starts thinking of all the other things that need to get done. Knowing that this task was going to take a bit longer than the others, not accounting for the exact amount of time. The clock was ticking
  8. That little firecracker helps lighten the mood a bit. Wondered why it didn’t do much for the others. They were all such mood killer’s. Giving a small sigh at the huge buzz killingtons this lot was. Making another crystal appear out of thin air, really Morrighan was just so fast with the menu these days that people never actually saw her open it. Slowly walking toward the group again, watching each little warrior, Raidou was the only one that looked like he might be thinking about how to open the supposed magical case according to Celeste. Wonder if they would ever try to just will their hand i
  9. Hearing them scrambling their brains trying to figure out how to get the mechanism open. I was a bit funny but Morrighan would show any emotion to that. Keeping that same perky smile as Gaius was now in arms reach. Handing out another crystal, the man takes it. Listening to the Red Head specifically, Morrighan had to think at first how dumb that question was. “If I had freaky deaky powers,” making quotation marks with those fingers, “Then I wouldn’t be standing here with you guys. I would already be out of this pest of a trap now wouldn’t I.” A mix of irritation and anger was attached to these
  10. Morrighan gave a smirk toward Raidou, “Good now how do we retrieve it?” A question followed by a question. It was simple, if they could get it for Morrighan then these little flame wisps would stop spawning. Not sure if they have figured that out yet but deep down inside it felt like they were getting closer, just on the tip of the tongue, just out of reach. Waiting it out was the hardest part for Morrighan. It was like watching them hit a gopher with a rubber mallet but not actually getting anywhere. Giving a small sigh, beginning to walk around the group as more start to present themselves f
  11. Smart boy, he knows more than he was letting on. Right on cue pointing at the sleeping creature with her fingers in the shape of a gun. Right when the golem bursts Morrighan makes a popping sound with her lips. Within that burst, flames seem to come to life. “Now I know you're the right one,” Morrighan says in a whisper to herself as she had a vendetta of her own and this confirms that the tool that was needed was embedded in that things chest, Morrighan would wait till they were done having their little fun with the infinite wisps though. They would not stop forming until the heart of the bea
  12. *New Round, New Rotation “About time,” taking the map in her hands. Looking at everyone that all seemed to be almost bored and annoyed, couldn’t wait to see what this next area had in store for them. Closing her eyes, placing the map in one palm and the other on top, like a metaphorical sandwich. It started to become really warm around them all. The grounds beneath their feet turn charcoaled gravel as the environment itself was a sight for sore eyes. One could hear blasting in the distance of molten lava bursting from its home. Enlarged boulders were sizzling and swelling with the veins o
  13. *Combat Ends, Rhino Horn Reset Folding her arms across her chest watching the little warriors scramble around like little ants looking for the other things that could but probably not spawn. “Great observation,” commented on the question about the rain as everyone but her were getting soaked now. The water just fell off of the woman like droplets on glass. Glancing around now trying to help find what she knew wasn’t going to appear. Even if they did, no words would be spoken. It was so amusing watching the team run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Morrighan would just wait f
  14. *Optimal Turn Order Shift Lightly clapping her hands togethers slowly, “Bravo bravo,” watching some of them creating chaos within the storms that they concocted by their own volition. It was clear that they had learned some new tricks since the last time they had been near one another, which really wasn’t that long ago. Wondering just what had changed to show this kind of performance today. It is the greatest that Morrighan had seen them yet and at this point she couldn’t be more proud to see such improvement. Maybe it was helping the little warriors by just allowing them to see what she
  15. There was something different about today. Eyes were not prying her every movement. Maybe Shiina was right, that they were more inclined to help instead of focusing on what she was doing. This might be easier than Morrighan thought. They were getting ready for a fight and some were wearing coats. Expecting to be in the cold again, a smile painted lightly on her face, they will most definitely not need that where they are going today. If anything they are going to need less. The waters start to boil but not because it was hot. The creature suddenly splashes up spraying water in every direction.
  16. Back upon well traversed pathways, the familiar sounds of waves mixed with the soft crunching of sand underfoot. A somber breeze danced wistfully through white hair and found itself brushing leaves on the shore. Morrighan stood in a serene outlook across that wave of blue, eagerly waiting for the moment where fates would align again. The journey was long but in her eyes it was but an instant by comparison to her past, arduous to some but simple and lacking in hers. Eyes reflected that water in a stark and sapphire blue, one that contrasted her own in a polarity to which she was beginning to re
  17. A glance up at the girl as she stood, clearly the size being incomparable yet it stood adamantly regardless. "Am I a fraud, or am I right? So you have a name, but thats it. A daughter to who? A friend to who? Even now..." The thing would look left and right, around as if peering through the mirror like a window. "Boast all you like, pretender. But by all counts...." It would gesture to the ground at the girls feet. "Your meddling right now? What does this have to concern you? Why are you here?" Placing its hands to the mirror, as if to a window pane. it would look with that uncanny smile with
  18. A somber retelling upon the mirrors reflected face, sporting the same tears to which the girl would wear. Like an outfit, it would appear only for show as it's expression would twist to one much more placid. "So how? How are you finally going to get out of these pathetic fort you've built around yourself." It would turn to look down upon her despite the height difference, her own past staring through her as if it could easily see her fallacy. "Your empty because you don't know what the fuck your doing, what do you have, who are you really? Samantha? Or Katoka 2. Maybe your just Freya or Raidou
  19. The reflection would look back at her, mirroring her every move despite the obvious height difference. "Then why are you hiding, who do you think your fooling?" the thing would respond in kind with the players voice, as it would start to cry but maintain that smile in a strange mix of emotion. "So quick and brash, so selfish and self serving." the reflection would answer. Matching her every motion, it would express the same level of shock and dismay as it would continue to stare daggers into the player. The sound of shattering glass echoes from the trees, as hisses in the woods would portray a
  20. Wandering their way through the forest, under a constant and uninviting scrutiny the player would find themselves deeper within the maw of this place. The fog seems to thicken and become even more obscuring, causing eyesight to twist into a blanket of white. Thick enough it would feel almost like a blizzard, yet there was no howl of wind. Instead it sat frozen, absent and empty. Those pale images would continue to appear and vanish the moment they were witnessed, dropping out phrases that would not be understood and avoiding all perceptions enough to discern what they were. The players heartbe
  21. As the player would see themselves within the white fog of the forest of memories, they wouldn't help but feel as though they were being watched. Moreover, on their peripheral they would continue to see figures that would seemingly vanish the moment attentions would turn to them directly. Those harsh whispers took volume, almost like chanting or recanting in whispered tones. The mist would continue to trail about limply and swell and fall, stirring through the air with every step. Every step within the forest would leave it sticking or escaping from every footfall, it was so thick that one cou
  22. The billowing fog of the forest of memories would invite none to travel its troublesome depths. That soft white film spreads thinly through the air, causing the faint obscurity to play upon eyesight. Beneath it the dark oak wood trees would sit vaguely through the mist, drawn loosely as hard to make out silhouettes topped with a rich and dark green that would conceal the night sky. Murmurs of the restless would chatter angrily in faint whispers near impossible to make out, just beyond perceptions enough to understand but vivid enough to confirm the dread of isolation. Worse off, it felt ever s

  24. *Optimal Turn Order Shift A long discussion under constant chaos that burned on behind them was just about to its close. "That's everything?" the woman asks of the blue skinned fellow, to which he would place his hand upon hers. "Tis the truth, not a missing memory. Take to wings young millitian, these halls will renew thy identity." Victor responds before lifting his hand from hers and slinking back into his stone coffin, pulling the rapier taught against his chest. "Thank you Victor, it has helped a lot." The mans eyes slam closed, allowing Morrighan to return the lid where it belonged.
  25. *Optimal Turn Order Shift The duke folds up, looking to the woman as if confused. "Why hath ye returned, champion?" knowing full well that Nisahime had already undertaken this trial, her final push toward the end. "Simple, victor. I walked this path once and I need you to remind me of the specifics." she'd offer the cold blue skinned fellow, as he'd clamp a sharp tipped glove upon that coffins rim. "I pry tell, your memories are lost?" Victor would remark looking on to the others that had not undertaken the trial, wondering if they were going to survive to face him. "Pay them no mind, Vic
