  1. Playing away with her strange captive audience and yet she felt like the captee here. Who these girls were was quite the curious question, given they seemed to arrive out of nowhere and she wasn't exactly in the middle of a busy street. Song after song concludes and every so often Candice can pick out one of them in the dark, actually seeming to enjoy the music wholeheartedly. It was as endearing as it was creepy. Half way through another verse, the amplifier behind her on her right begins to spark and burst in a loud boom. All she can make out with her ears ringing is the faintest hum. "The h
  2. The girls seemed to be holding some sort of conversation yet listening to the music still. It was encouraging to actually have a real audience other then her own isolation to play to. The vibrations of the strings, the hum that came from the body of her guitar against her stomach. It was welcoming, it was home. Who this pair was would remain a mystery, and once her concert would end it may remain that way. Even still an unspoken appreciation for the company as the track ends. Beads of sweat had her skin gleam against the color bleeding from the prisms now absent of melody. To her pockets she p
  3. The girl huffs in a strain, not entirely being the most physically capable. Larger wooden boxes with flat bottoms that damn near dwarfed her are gathered from her inventory in a clatter, before being plucked up and added together in a longer flat surface. Meticulous shifts of these platforms to narrowly close any seams, to prevent the possibility of face planting when a foot caught them. A large white cloth cover is removed, and dragged across them all and pulled taught before being tucked underneath them. A makeshift stage, crafted out of basically nothing for the low low price of free. It wo
  4. Lights flicker on one after another with the flip of a switch. The dimly and dingy lit stage springs to life with the pouring of light across its surface, providing very little to the spaces beyond it. A heft of the girls body as she steps up, like a stair just a little too far apart. CC would look out to her rough and abysmal surroundings, given her prior venue was already booked by an NPC driven play this evening. What amounted to a soap box manifestation, cobbled together at of what she could muster on such a tight budget. Drawing her screen open, she would begin to pull out instruments. A
  5. Adjusting her hair behind her right shoulder, those bubblegum pink locks cascade down. Both hands clutch the side of the stage, finding some stability as she hoists herself up. It lay empty and held plenty of space for her to make use of. Eyes up the burning lanterns of make believe light made for magnificent lighting despite the lack of electricity. Little gemstones playing the part of bulbs. Large red curtains sat scrunched to her left and right, leaving the wood floor of the stage open for full view. The girl lifts her right hand, twisting her wrist in a flick of her thin fingers to see tha
  6. With the songs conclusion a singular ping on her hud would start to screech on repeat, an alarm denoting the top of an hour as CC would turn over her right wrist and press the side button on a watch. "And, that's a wrap." A glance toward Sam and her extended bottle of water, finding the inclusion of plastic to be a bit odd. Lifting her open hand, she'd slide it down and make her screen pop up. All of the stage equipment starts to fade out of existence like a mirage, flickering in blue light as it does. "Permit just ended, I'll be seeing you around Samantha Rose. Keep an ear out, lets rock agai
  7. As the song would come to a close, the electricity racking the room would fade with it as the performance crystals would grind to a halt. Didn't have quite the same allure as playing with an actual person, but it functioned in a pinch. "Your not half bad, missed a cord there in the second chorus." A glance down to her guitar as she'd start to fiddle with the knobs and bring the tuning up a stage. The girl would flip her hair back over her right shoulder. "We don't use stage names unless there's a crowd. What makes you a good fit for the Top Spot Harlots?" The girls question was more looking fo
  8. "Ok first... Breathe, your getting ahead of yourself." All the squirming and the babbling, the fidgeting gave her away. Candi takes the bass, and props it against her right leg. Firmly she grabs both of Sam's shoulders, turning her around toward the wall opposing where she was standing. "You couldn't be any more obvious. Let it out." Giving the girl the opportunity to vent all that pent up excitement before she blew some fuse. After the feral yell echoes through the room, not directly into her well kept makeup CC would flip her back around. "Better?" grabbing the instruments head and slinging
  9. The sudden strumming causes the girl to immediately stop playing, offering the darkness a squint as she tried to see through the high beams robbing her of the ability to see out. Getting down on her hands and knees, she'd lean off the stage to escape the lights and her eyes start to adjust to the shift. "Your a little...flat, tune string one up three quarters of a step." A black haired girl had randomly appeared out nowhere and had inserted herself into the venue and started playing. It was rather bold, CC could easily appreciate that fact. *Thunk, Thunk, Thunk, Thunk, POP* The strin
  10. The streets of Ordsea continued in a peaceful retelling of its own past. The raids long cleared and players had long moved on. Most didn't even come here anymore, finding that the various cities made the floor far too safe to need there direct intervention. There were bigger fish to fry, more rewards to gain elsewhere. The simplicity of its architecture, the relative calm left much to the imagination. What it failed to present outward was deceptive, for inside the walls of the homes that dotted its territory were all manner of convenience and regality. The shelves of stores were stocked to the
