It was an annoying sound and hopefully the crabs found it just as intrusive as everyone else. Afterward, he brandished his sword with a wobbly flourish before raising it above his head in preparation of an attack. "Okay! It's the tank's turn! Watch how this is done, Teselmar!" After so awkwardly handling his sword, Ishida charged at one of nearby crabs and swung his sword diagonally at it with all of his might. ID# 46237 BD: 3 (Miss) MD: 7 (Hit; Thorns) The force used to throw his arm threw him off balance entirely, causing him to tip over headlong and into the muddy sand several feet in front of the crab intended to be his target. His face imprinted in the soft ground, his swords stuck in the ground; he was defenseless as the crabs surrounded his laid out body and repeatedly beat on him. Luckily, despite his embarrassing posture, the efficiency of his thorns aura was much more superior than the tank's sword fighting. In the same manner as before, the crabs struck him and exploded due to the damage sustained by actually connecting with him; they sparkled into pixels and returned from the nothingness whence he came. His face still in the conforming, wet sand, Ishida groaned. Blindly, he lifted his hand and accepted the materials that dropped. -4 HP [Loot: +4 Materials.] [Total: +8 Materials. +480 Col.] The gathered materials are to be given to Teselmar on completion of the thread. Ishida's armor was indeed a thing to envy as he took those pincers like they were nothing. He was becoming an exceedingly good tank and Opal nodded to herself knowing she picked a good player to help round out the KoB. Standing up after finishing the last bit of her fruit, the woman now had full EN bar and was ready for action. Rushing towards the small river where they had fought the earlier crustaceans, Opal found a unique mob group of the same with Champion level stats. Her eyes flashed with the sun as the amber gaze was set on her target. <<Charing>> in with her silvery pulsating katana, the woman leaped forward. A torrent of wind and energy wrapping around the blade as she swept it side to side. Like a vaccum, it drew the mobs in only to be decimated by the waves of energy that shattered their hard shells and then quickly ripped them apart. Dropping to the ground was four mats for Teselmar and a nice sack of col for Opal. Hefting the bag and tossing it in a air a few times, she placed it in her inventory and came back to the other two players. "Unless you guys wanna do more hunting, I think we are just about finished here. You should have enough to get back to the NPC to finish off this quest, Teselmar." He couldn't help but laugh out loud at the sight of the crabs dissipating around him. "Boy, you killed more monsters by falling over than I did while trying? What's your secret?" He said with a smile and a chuckle. It looked like Opal was finishing up as well, a mob spawning and dying in almost the same breath. She brought her blade to bear quickly, felling the creatures and pocketing their loot. Turning to the others and accepting the materials from them, Teselmar sheathed his rapier. "Thanks you two. The first things I craft that are a good fit for you, they're yours." The afternoon sun glistened over the water, and Teselmar felt a surge of hope as he made his way back to town. It had been a great day for adventuring, and he felt sure that he'd be able to open up a fairly decent artisan shop. Now, the question was where to put it? Starglade, the small settlement on the 4th floor was a common destination for players who were trying to do some shopping. Perhaps there'd be an open storefront there. The future was getting a little bit brighter every time his steel saw the sun. ~ THREAD COMPLETE!
