[F3-SP] Sneaky Cheeky Breeky <Escape>

Recommended Posts

Roaming the third floor for a resting time, Macradon would spot some shady looking people. He would ask the local NPCs about those people, but the people did not like to talk about them at all. Macradon would follow them into the fields, but he quickly lost their trail and would go back to the town. As he got into the town he noticed a few just as shady looking people walk into an alley. Curious of what was going on Macradon keep on following the shady people into the alley. He would enter the alley and look around, all of them were gone by now, Macradon would continue through the alley and felt something on the back of his neck. Everything went black

Macradon would wake up in a cold celler room with cobblestone everything, walls, floors, roof. Macradon was stripped of from his equipment, he had nothing. His hands were locked together by some primitive handcuffs he could break with ease. With a few strong slams with the cuffs into the cobblestone walls, the cuffs would eventually break. Macradon would stand up and look around in the celler room, an announcement appeared in front of him.

Initiating quest
<Escape>

"Interesting" Macradon thought as he would spot his items outside the cage's iron gate, though he wasn't able to reach them from where he stood.

Macradon would look at the iron gate, he wouldn't be able to pic the lock up. Because he didn't have any tools to work with, and that he didn't know how to pick up a lock. He would punch the iron gate and it seemed to take damage, at least it looked worn out. "Well ... what a low quality prison this is ..." he thought as he would continue trying to break down the gate. It seemed quite easy just doing this. Kick, kick, punch, kick, punch, punch. It was like a street fighter game where you just kept destroying the car for no particular reason. Just keep on bashing the gate until it breaks,

Even though the gate slowly withered and got damaged, it still kept on staying up. Macradon would just try to ram the gate down, but without his armor it was too difficult to do so. It hurt too much, it wasn't pleasanter with his exposed body. "How do I even feel pain in here" he though, it was quite mind fumbling for him like this. Macradon would try to find something in his cell and use that to break down the gate, or at least the lock. It got more and more broken, but still not enough for Macradon to get out.

"Damn this gate" he thought, still going on and trying to wreck it so he could escape, though it wasn't easy. "My martial arts from real life aren't benefiting me in game ... what a nuisance" he though, still using his powerful and strong attacks and moves he remembered practicing before he joined the fray in SAO. He would sigh, not much happening, though some cracks appearing here and there, but no major damage dealt to the frame itself. Macradon would take a deep breathe before going on the gate again, he just wanted it to go down, but it was a real trouble to ruin the gate for him to leave.

This time, Macradon would tyr something else. Instead of ramming himself with his shoulder into the gate to destroy it, or punch or kick it up close, he would try another thing, a last thing. He would get to the opposite end of the cell and prepare to run, as he ran he would prepare himself, within a range of 3 meters, Macradon would jump up into the air and kick into the lock with both his legs, having enough force to break the lock and destroy the gate. Though it did not come in a low price. The gate being destroyed and all the metal hitting the cobblestone would make a lot of noise around him.

Macradon would quickly grab his equipment and equip it, he heard loud footsteps coming closer and closer from the corridors. With all his armor fully set, Macradon was ready for the guards to arrive, Macradon would not have anything up his sleeve for him to hide or do any surprise attacks, so he would stay where he was, fully clad in his uniform armor, all red and white. He was ready to fight whatever and whoever would appear at the corridors. Macradon had his sword ready and was expecting at least 3 guards to come down and get him. Macradon wasn't too confident about what was going to happen, but he would wait it out and see how many would appear. If anything wouldn't go with the plan, Macradon also had his grand mastered sword arts.

They they came, 2 rogue like guards came rushing at Macradon. Macradon would smirk as he would take his sword out and do the same thing, though his rush was much faster than the guards's. With his <Charge> he would get to the guards before they would get to react to his movements, with a Fight Blade sword art he would cleave through the two guards, decimating them before they could get to counterattack. Macradon would shrug their strength off as they seemed to scale off of the person doing the quest.

He would prepare himself and get ready, more guard were probably approaching, he could hear the footsteps coming close. He would just go into the hallways, rushing towards the sounds so he would be able to find the exit. The faster he would be able to find the exit the faster he could get away and finish off this quest. He hadn't heard about this quest before, so it wasn't that much of a deal right now. Not really thinking about much, he awaited the coming of the guards and for them to be slain by Macradon's blade.

Macradon could hear the footsteps, they would come closer and closer, Macradon was sure that he would be able to take care of them. He would run in the direction the footsteps would come from. Macradon's armor clang as well, he wasn't in for the hiding and escaping, he just had to take care of these before he would be able to find the exit. He would try to escape this stupid place and get the experience to level up. Just a few more meters and he would get to the source of the steps.

There they were, the second group of guards finding Macradon. He would sprint forwards with his <Charge> and activate his <Disguise>, confusing the mobs in front of him as he disguised himself as one of them. The dumbfounded bandits would stand in shock as one appearing as one of them would cleave through them with a sword that would demolish them on the spot. Macradon would not hesitate much longer, he had to get all the way to the exit asap and he wanted it to be now.

Of course it couldn't be now. More footsteps were appearing and Macradon could hear them. He would advance towards the sounds and get ready to cleave some stupid people with his greatsword. If any other bandits would arrive he would just have to take them down with as little effort as he could think of. With swift steps he got closer and closer to the sounds, they were going to be present very soon, and Macradon would be able to fight a big before venturing on inside this building.

The sound was getting louder, but the echo around him was distorting his hearing senses. The echoes would begin to appear in front and behind him, like there were 2 sources from both directions, it was weird, maybe it wasn't an echo, maybe it just were 2 people going at him from both directions. Macradon would shrug it off for now and continue on with the walk towards the goal. It wouldn't take too long before the bandit behind him caught up to Macradon, nor did it take too long for him to reach the source of footsteps in front of him. These two didn't seem as skilled in fighting like the others.

These seemed like they were much more agile than strong. They were probably quick and mobile attackers that would hurt Macradon just slightly, but still actually hitting him. Macradon was right, as wold swing his sword around to hit them both he just couldn't they were dodging and evading his attacks with big wide movements like Macradon telegraphed his movement too much. "Stop jumping around!" he yelled at the two jumping bandits that evaded his attacks. A quick movement from the two would make a simultaneous attack that would nick a bit of Macradon's health.

Once again Macradon would swing his big greatsword around with no hope. He wasn't hitting anything else than thin air. The two bandit guards just jumped around and evaded everything Macradon threw at them. It was irritating him slightly, but it was happening and they just kept on hitting him with their synchronized attacks. They didnt' do much damage at Macradon, but they did damage which wasn't something Macradon was fond of. He would try to say passive and await a good opportunity to strike the two down.

The opportunity came and Macradon would be able to attack and hit them. With a quick motion he would activate his sword art <Eruption> to save some energy for late if it was to be used. Macradon would cleave thrice with his greatsword, killing the two bandits with ease. The only thing that really got him was their agility and mobility, but else than that they were squishy like a marshmallow. Macradon sighed. None of the mobs in this little area were any difficult, he would just continue his journey and see if he would be able to find the exit.

It didn't take long before Macradon would come to a splitting way that would leave 2 ways open, one to the left and one to the right. Macradon would take the one to the right and to that way, it seemed like the right way of going so he would do so. Only after a few minutes of walking he would see a door, he would open it and look inside. It was a big room, like an arena, on the other side of the room were an open door leading outside to the city once again, it was the exit!

Macradon wasn't sure if he should be going in, maybe someone was waiting on his arrival. He would just peek in with his head, taking a glance of the interior of the room, maybe there weren't anyone in there and he could simply just run out like it was nothing. Maybe, just maybe he was lucky enough to just escape like that. He would take the chance and slam open the door and run towards the open door on the other side, but it didn't happen as that door closed as well. Macradon would sigh, he had just ran into the trap that they had set up for him.

He would sigh, he just ran into an obvious trap like that. He would look around, he wasn't really able to see anything in here when the doors shut in. The light suddenly got dimmer. He would squint his eyes, trying to locate anything else moving in the room. A light suddenly appeared, it was a torch on the wall, the other torches would get lid as well, lighting up the entire arena with light. "Ah! Finally you're here!" a voice said to Macradon, at least he assumed that. "Who's there?" Macradon asked out into the darkness that had just been devoured by the torch's light.

The lights lid up the entire arena now, Macradon would be able to see everything at this point. There he stood, Macradon's last enemy, the Warden that wouldn't let Macradon escape. He would just sigh and go in for an attack. Macradon should be able to take him out without much hassle. Macradon charged onward and unleashed his sword art Calamitous Tragedy, cleaving 4 strong times at the big warden that was supposed to be the boss of the quest. Macradon would brush off dust from his shoulders as he would leave and get back outside.
