Jason looked around his surroundings. Sure, it was weird to go mob hunting for the first time ever on the sixth floor, but Jason had got his hands on some good equipment, and really liked forests. He had just left the town Amazon, a town filled with woman. The houses were tents, but the town had a cool surrounding of interesting stone columns and appealed to Jason's eye. Now he was hunting for jungle monsters.

Jason found himself entering a rather large jungle, and started to walk among it. The vines looked good enough to swing on, if Jason were just a bit younger and wouldn't break it. Now, at 130 pounds, he had no idea what would happen. Jason was not fat, no way. Jason looked around for any mobs. Nothing. Nothing whatsoever. But he did see a rather cool looking plant on the ground.... Jason went to inspect this. But it ended up being nothing, and Jason threw it back onto the ground. Well, at least nothing worth crafting with for anyone.

 

RESULT: Fail.

Jason continued to look around for any mobs. But still nothing. But no, there was something. Soon, Jason heard a swoosh in the trees behind him. Jason looked over there, and then from the way he was looking for before, Jason heard someone say "Boo". Jason turned to the man, seeing an NPC character. "What do you want???" The NPC stared at Jason. "A duel."

"No." Jason looked at the NPC. "Not a way in the world." But the NPC was quick to respond. "Oh, but you will accept this duel. For I, have a magnificent reward for anyone who can beat me. It's just a half-life duel, anyways. Not much you'd be losing, eh? So what do ya say??? Wanna duel me???" An alert for a half life duel appeared on Jason's HUD. Jason clicked the blue circle. "I accept."

Jason looked up as the timer started to count down from 60.

60, 59, 58

Then he noticed something. The NPC's name was now labeled as the <<Gemini>>.

Then he looked above it and saw the words 'Death Duel', and gulped.

The <<Gemini>> started changing form, changing into a new shape.

The <<Gemini>> looked exactly like Jason now.

15, 14, 13

Now the NPC's name was Jason.

6,5,4

Jason gulped.

3, 2, 1

The duel started.

"You tricked me!!!!!" Jason held out his shield as he charged the NPC, as the NPC seemed to do the same thing. But something was.... Different about the other Jason's equipment. It was as if Jason could feel the power resonating off his own equipment, but he did not feel that flare about the enemy's. Or maybe it was just because the other Jason's equipment were made by a slightly less greater material. This opponent must only have good quality items or something.... Jason charged with the move Snake Bite. Piercing his blade forward, making two strikes. The opponent just swung his blade at Jason. Both blades collided, blowing both Jason's back a foot, forcing them both to either jump or fall on their faces.

Jason slid back a bit and turned to face his attacker. "Certainly put up quite a fight, don't you???" "Certainly. Otherwise you would not be deserving of such a magnificent reward." Jason-2 couldn't have said it any better. Jason-1 locked eyes with his opponent. "Either way, there can only be one VolvoWing in this game. And that is me." Jason-1 ran at Jason-2 with another Snake Bite attack. Jason-2 attempted a block with his shield, but he failed and Jason's attack went through.

Energy:1(-2 Snake Bite, +1 Regeneration)

Jason-2 smiled. "Guess maybe you are worthy. Just a bit worthy." Then Jason-2's blade came down at Jason, and he blocked the blow with his <<Shield of the Faithful>>. "The only thing I have right now is equipment as a level 3, so you copied everything of mine besides my equipment. Problem is, I'm worthless without this equipment, most generously donated to me by Macrodon. And what you don't realize is, is that your almost dead." Jason activated the sword art vertical, a vertical slash, and Jason-2 seemed to go with a horizontal slash. Jason held up his shield as he attempted to block the incoming blow and land his own blow. Both of the two landed there hits.

(OOC: Doesn't follow loot rules for floor 6, so gonna use non-combat gathering like the guide said to do XP)

 

The <<Gemini>> started to fade away in the shining crystal shards, but not before he could respond to Jason. "Nicely done." As the final crystal blew away, the reward sign showed Jason he had gotten the Extra Skill <<Concentration>>, which added one damage to  an attack, and also had a 5 turn cool down. Jason was excited to have a new skill, and to have defeated the <<Gemini>>. 

 

Result: No loot(1), <<Concentration>> extra skill

Jason smiled, glad to be the only VolvoWing here. But now Jason really wanted to try out his new skill, <<Concentration>>. Wow. In my first battle ever, I retrieved an extra skill. boy is that cool!!!!! Soon Jason found himself at a waterfall, and saw an interesting looking rock. He picked it up. But the rock ended up being worthless.

 

Result:fail.

Jason heard a noise from behind him. It was just like the one when the <<Gemini>> showed up, brushing against the leaves and branches. Jason thought about what a great idea it would be to activate concentration and snake bite. Jason flipped around, and activated both, and landing a natural critical on the enemy without the help of concentration.
