Comet sighed. It was early in the morning and Comet wanted to deal some damage to some quest mobs. Indeed, he had taken possibly the most easiest one except for another quest that gave you a job but Comet was way too lazy to actually craft and get a job. Perhaps it was better that he does but at the moment, he had no intentions of doing so. Even so, he regretted not being able to complete that quest due to the fact that he would be provided with skill points if he did indeed successfully finish that thread. However, it was not required. Comet smirked as he went ahead and accepted the quest in order to finish this quest and obtain yet another level. He was leveling at quite a steady rate and he sure doesn't mind gaining all these levels so early on since he became an active player. Alrighty... Comet thought with a stretch. Let's get this on the road. He said with a wide grin as he walked on to accept the quest.

Comet looked around with his face full of curiosity. He needed to find the Nepents quickly in order to get this quest done. He had heard that if one wasn't lucky, it would take a long, long time in order for them to be able to finish this quest. Geez. Comet thought but his eyes lit up as he saw a Nepent in the distance. I'm not going to use a sword art here... I want to preserve my energy. Comet thought and engaged one in combat.

Comet smirked and charged forward with his sword held high up. With a confident smile, he cut down upon the huge Nepent, dealing damage to it with his new-found accuracy and evasion. He held high confidence in himself at the moment due to the fact that he had only recently obtained new gear and he was sure that he will be able to do great things with these new equipment that he now possesses.

Comet smiled as he charged forward. This quest was going to take a long time. Indeed, Comet knew that he needed to deal as much damage as quickly as possible in order to achieve the skill point and the unnecessary sword as well. He knew that he had to get a very rare drop from the Nepent and indeed, Comet might run out of patience soon enough. Still, Comet would go on and try his hardest in killing as much as possible in the shortest amount of time.

Comet smiled as yet another one popped up in front of him. He knew that there was a set amount of mobs that he had to kill in order for a different variant Nepent to appear and give him a chance at completing the quest. It would take a while... There was no doubt since Comet had no Loot stat boosts with him. Still, he wanted to get one of the easier quests completed earlier on in order to get the sword that he might use if he is bored or something. With a confident smile, Comet cut down upon the mob and brought its health down to half of its original health.

Comet knew that if he landed another critical, he should be able to finish the plant-like Nepent off and have a chance at the Variant of Nepent that he needed to face if he wanted to clear this quest. Indeed, the process was a hard one and one would have to fight lots and lots of Nepents in able to have the drop be dropped. Still, Comet knew that in the end, it was worth it. With a vicious slash after a good display of hops, Comet was able to cut down upon the Nepent, sending it to its grave and providing Comet with loot.

Comet watched as a Nepent Variant that looked quite a good deal different from the other two that he had just fought. Indeed, through this observation, he assumed that the Nepent was the one that he needed to kill in order to obtain the item that it would hopefully drop. However, the chances of it dropping anything was probably very low and Comet wished that he would be granted good luck so he wouldn't have to be frustrated with the amount of time it takes in order for him to achieve anything. Comet sighed and charged forward with his dagger held high up in the air. With a smirk, he leaped above the Nepent and stabbed right into it before sending it running in pain. "Woah! Yeeeee!" Comet shouted in delight as he rode above the Nepent after using the Sword Art.

After Comet had enough fun riding on the head of the Nepent, Comet decided that he might as well rid the Nepent of the misery that it was probably going through. Well, it sure was fun. Comet thought, saddened that he would have to let the gigantic mob go. There was no way that Comet could miss here... Indeed, with Comet's extreme accuracy boost and the fact that he was right above the mob, he was able to strike down upon its head, stabbing its head and causing it to burst into millions and millions of pieces. And now, it was the hard part. Was it enough? Did Comet obtain the loot that he needed?

"Yes!" Comet said as he checked the loot bonuses from the mob. Indeed, the mob had given him neither Col or materials. However, it had given him the <Nepent's Ovule> quest item that he needed in order to complete this quest. "Now, if I don't remember wrong... I think the pop-up screen for the quest is gonna pop up soon." Comet said, scratching his head and waiting patiently. After a while though, Comet realized that this was taking way too long. With one eyebrow lifted up, he looked around to check whether the pop-up screen had appeared. However, this time, nothing seemed to be around either. With a sigh, he assumed that he would have to fight a few more in order to obtain another item for the game to recognize it. However, as soon as he took his step, the game began to somehow function again and the pop-up screen appeared suddenly right in front of him. With a surprised yelp, Comet fell backwards as he watched the pop-up screen. Eh... Well, at least it's complete now... I'll go fight a couple more Nepents to practice now, I guess... Comet thought, standing up and clicking the "ACCEPT" button before walking off to fight more Nepents to grind.

Comet looked around as he walked around the fields of the first floor to hope that there was something around in which he could kill and gain some loot. However, there was evidently nothing here and he was not pleased at the fact that he had not been able to find anything this time. And that was when he heard a Swish sound from behind him. As he turned around, he saw a Nepent attacking him and without hesitation, he jumped away and charged immediately to strike it, defeating it with one Sword Art attack. "Woah, these sword arts sure are useful!" Comet exclaimed, scratching his head in excitement at how easy it was for him to kill all these mobs.

Comet looked around to hopefully find another easy Nepent that he could kill for some easy materials and Col. Indeed, he was going to gather as much of these as possible for when he needs it in the future. There was definitely a chance that they would come in handy eventually hen he needs to order potions and food. Right now, he could just go about and take cookies from Aikoh when he needs the food. However eventually, he would have to order these when Aikoh and him become better and better players and workers. Comet sighed as he saw a Nepent in the distance. I would have to kill a lot of these later. Comet thought, charging forward and stabbing the Nepent before retreating in order to prevent the mob from hitting him. This is just a slow process... I can become stronger and stronger... Even stronger than the bigger players! Bbbbbuuutttt... Riding these mobs aren't too bad either. Comet thought, grinning and scratching his head at the same time.

Comet sighed as he was distracted by the mob. Suddenly, the Nepent began to charge and this caught Comet extremely off guard. Indeed, if he hadn't reacted quick enough, he would've definitely been hit and for the first time that day as well. Comet definitely didn't want that yet he knew that it might have to be done. Somehow though, through Comet's quick reflexes, he was able to strike faster than the Nepent with instincts and cut it down to less than zero. That was close... Comet thought, looking to see maybe he would get loot but all he was able to obtain was one material and nothing else. Not even Col?! Comet thought, disappointed that his Col pool had not increased as a result of the victory. Alright then game... Comet thought as he looked around once more.

Comet sighed. He knew that his energy had become very low and he didn't like it at all. However, this is just one of the few basic concepts of the game and no matter how one hates it, it must remain a thing in order to prevent players from overpowering the mobs. Indeed, Comet was well aware that his energy was low at the moment and would only increase as he became higher leveled and higher leveled. Comet, of course, loved high places. Since a child, he had wanted to fly and the only way to do that was through airplanes but that was not what Comet wanted. He wanted a way for himself to fly without the help of others. This is why he loves high places so much... So he could admire the sky and the sea of clouds that is overhead. With a smile, Comet hopped over to a very large hill and climbed upon it so he could look down onto the first floor and admire the scenery on the ground. Plus, he was able to find an apple laying on the ground once he got there so that was a good, lucky find.

Comet smirked. He was going to let his energy regain a bit. Indeed, there was no rush for him to finish up this quest quickly. Of course, he had been more lucky than he imagined himself to be and because of that, he was able to get the rare drop from the first variant that he had killed and at this point, all he was doing is to slowly grind out as the day ends. With the Col that he currently has from the grinding that he had done, he should be able to get a good place to sleep and settle for the night... Not that it was time to settle for the night anyway. It was far from night time and Comet planned to go on the whole time in an attempt to get the most out of this free time after completing a quest.

And hence, Comet would wait just like he had the previous few minutes. He must wait on in order to save up on the energy that he gravely needed in order to strike down the mobs that he was going to challenge for both materials and Col. After the day was over, he was sure to obtain a lot of different skill points and get all the loot that he could possibly get. In fact, after today was over, tomorrow, he was going to get even more loot and even more loot until he became the strongest player in Aincrad and he was sure to do that. There was no one that is going to challenge him for this position of the strongest player ever!

This time, instead of only one boar coming from the sky, three appeared at once and at first, Comet was scared to engage them in battle but it ended up being that Comet had no decision over this matter. The nepents charged forward with their own desire for blood and Comet hurriedly looked at his sword arts to see if there were anything that could help him kill these filthy nepents. Accidentally, he used a powerful AoE attack which ended up resulting in him killing off the nepents all at once and getting a bunch of loot from all three of them as well.

Unfortunately, despite the fact that Comet had gotten a bunch of Col and materials from that passage of game time, he had lost every single drop of energy that he had just regenerated. With a sigh, Comet walked along the road when another Nepent walked in front of him. Indeed, Comet had no method of dealing with it. He had no energy which only meant one thing... He needed to do this the old fashioned way of using no sword arts and killing it... It should be easy.... Just the time would be long. With his first attempt, Comet dealt damage to the Nepent.

Comet sighed and prepared to strike once more. He knew that he had no energy but at his current level, killing one boar by himself without the use of sword arts should be as easy as pie. Indeed, Comet was confident that he would be able to kill the boar in quick time and then maybe even fight another boar so he could get some Col and possibly some materials as well. With a strike, he was able to damage the boar once more with the basic strike and deal a bit of damage to it. Geez... I need to get my damage higher. Comet thought and backed up quickly to evade the attack from the boar.

Comet sighed in disappointment as he went about and prepared his sword. He had expected to defeat the mob within a few seconds yet this one was taking him a few minutes to defeat. This time, Comet would allow the boar to attack him first. Its red eyes grew of anger and it challenged Comet with a stare right upon him, as if allowing Comet to make the first move. However, Comet would not budge. Soon, the boar charged and Comet dodged its simple attack, landed his own counter-attack and watched as it burst into millions and millions of pieces. Shweet. Comet thought with a wide grin.

Soon, Comet was able to reach the outskirts of the area and of course, there was a boar conveniently chilling along and as soon as Comet came here, it decided that it would jump out from the bushes that it was hiding in and attack. Of course, Comet was prepared. Somehow, he was able to dodge it... And only barely. Just as the jumping boar passed him, he struck with his own sword and skimmed the skin of the boar, dealing damage to it.

Once more, Comet would be attacked by the boar. This time, however, just as the boar was about to touch him, the game seemed to have automatically placed him into a different position, causing the boar to somehow miss and providing Comet to strike it down. With a smile, he was able to finish off the boar, defeating it and kill it off. Good stuff. Comet thought, turning around and heading back into town with his back straight to look cooler and taller.
