» About: 

In the outside world Victoria comes from a family where she is the youngest of seven siblings, and the only girl. Growing up, she had to and did fight with her brothers constantly to establish dominance and when those fights went poorly she was quick to run off to her parents to make sure things were put right. And that said putting of things to right was accomplished in her favor. She learned to manipulate her parents against her older brothers and from there to manipulate others into dancing to her tune whenever there was something that she needed or wanted. She continued manipulating people right on through her undergrad degree in psychology and straight on into graduate school.

As a consequence of growing up with brothers, a lot of brothers, Victoria quickly came to the realization as a small child that being able to hold her own against them when rough housing would be a good thing. She has studied martial arts, in particular the Pi Quan style of kung fu. She's also an accomplished dancer in a variety of styles, nowhere near the professional level, but more than good enough to hold her own and teach others. In college, she discovered MMORPG's and, frankly, that they were another useful avenue where she could turn loose her desire to be the best at everything. When Sword Art Online was released, it was the next logical step to move into the world of Virtual Reality MMORPG's.

 

» Virtues:

Stoic - Furia doesn't mind personal deprivation on her part. Hardship and discomfort are not a big deal to her. What matters are her personal goals and personal goals are not often achieved without pain, deprivation, and sacrifice. Now, that doesn't always mean that Furia has to be the one making the sacrifices. She's happy to let, or assist, others in sacrificing for her goals.

Independent - Furia is not concerned so much with making friends. Unless, of course, there is something she gets out of the association that she values or views as furthering her own ends. To Furia, the ends almost always justify the means, regardless of what happens along the way. Omelets can't be made without breaking eggs and Furia will gleefully break those eggs.

Driven - Furia can be very single minded when the occasion calls for it. She has no problems blocking out and compartmentalizing the outside noise of life to focus and lock down on her goals. To her, there is little in life that is more admirable than the single-minded pursuit of one's goals. To Furia, Inspector Javert is the hero of Les Miserables.

 

» Flaws:

Callous - Furia is primarily concerned with one person. Herself. She is not the one to make the team play for sentimental reasons. She is not one to make the team play ever. She keeps her emotional walls up and it is a rare occasion indeed when someone slips past those barriers or she allows them to slip. Beyond that, she is not concerned with the feelings of others or with hurting those feelings.

Disloyal - You think you're Furia's friend? You might be. For now. Until someone better and more useful comes along. If her purposes are served by stabbing a supposed friend in the back, she will not hesitate to do it. If a fight seems to be going poorly, she will be only too willing to abandon teammates or actually attack them if she believes it will aid her cause. Tread lightly.

Fanaticism - Furia is wholly committed to a single goal, clearing Aincrad. By herself, if necessary. She will willingly, and quite gleefully, step on anyone that gets in her way and use anyone that might prove advantageous in the pursuit of this goal. Other people are, of course, stepping stones on the pathway to success and they should be treated as such. Even if they are significantly higher leveled.
