Her mother was a fashion designer for high end dresses and new age casual wear. Her father served in the Royal Forces and spent several tours overseas in the middle east and Europe. As a child, Adrienne tended to lean toward the more gritty things. Instead of dolls and tea parties, Adrienne enjoyed playing in the mud and playing king of the hill in the park with the neighbor children. Since her father spent so much time away from the family, it added to her desire to be more of a daddy's girl. She held him in the highest regards. Around the time she started elementary school, Adrienne's mother gave birth to another daughter, Elaine. Almost immediately, Adrienne developed protective instincts over her sister. Together, they were like one. In Jr High and High School, Adrienne grew to be tall, lean, and elegant. Boys would throw themselves at her by the handful, but Adrienne refused every one of them. In fact, Adrienne identified with the boys over the catty, shallow girls of her school. Equipped with a silver tongue, cold stare, and relentless wit, Adrienne often kept her opposition at bay. It wasn't until the more catty of the popular girls started giving her sister, Elaine, trouble in school did Adrienne find herself having to transfer schools. With two girls sent to the ER with a concussion and one girl stripped nearly nude, tied to a pole, and raised to half mast, Adrienne set her reputation for violence. Yet, at her new school, the reputation preceded her and neither Elaine nor Adrienne had any trouble. She graduated in the top 25% of her class and moved onto college. There, she moved to Ontario where she was sanctioned to her own dorm given her hostile tenancies on record. Adrienne majored in physics with a minor in programming. Eventually, she earned her degree in mechanical engineering and got a job with a company that worked on cutting edge robotics. It was here that Adrienne was introduced to the full dive system. While working on a project for her company, Adrienne was tasked with helping to find a way to integrate the Full Dive technology to mechanical systems and advanced robotics. Were they successful, they could use one Full Dive to manage an entire production floor of automated assembly or even pilot remote drones. In the interest of her own research, Adrienne purchased an import system from Japan with a copy of the first VRMMORPG ever, SAO. LINK START! Though little did Adrienne know that over in Nova Scotia, someone else had also acquired their own copy of SAO. Her sister, Elaine. Virtues: Intelligent: Charlotte is cunning. She uses her words over her fists if at all possible, but lacks the patience to drag anything out too long. Where she cannot figure something out with wits alone, she will add her own brawn to the equation to open up new avenues. Protective: IF you ever find yourself in Charlotte’s inner circle of trust, you will quickly learn that she would sooner fall on the blade than see you hurt. Charlotte is not afraid to PK for someone she cares about and will not take chances with a verbal remedy. She is brutal, to the point, and defensive. Determined: There is no goal that Charlotte will not use all her power to achieve. You will never catch her beating around the bush. Instead, you will find her beating down the doors, leaping hurdles, and crawling through the mud to get what she wants. Flaws: Short Fuse: Charlotte is wise enough to know when delicacy is needed. However, should the leeway be present for a more forceful approach, she is quick to resort to brute force. Charlotte doesn’t care for wishy washy hesitation, she’ll put you in your place and get it done. Blunt: Charlotte is straightforward and to the point to much dismay to those with sensitive emotions. Charlotte has her defenses up at all times and often foregoes empathy in exchange. Unless you have earned her trust, you will not see pity, support, or admiration from her. Thick Walls: Somewhere beneath that harsh, forceful exterior exists a girl like any other. Charlotte maintains a thick wall so she cannot be hurt but for those that are close enough to her or just lucky enough to see her drop her guard, they will see a girl who values her appearance, her emotions, and her significant others. This side of Charlotte cares for her hair, elegant dresses, nice shoes, a specific brand of makeup, and jewelry. Charlotte has a secret admiration for fashion and she harbors a deeper secret for the type of man she one day hopes to meet. So far, none have fit the bill. Likely due to intimidation or ignorance... Vices: Charlotte handles her problems head on and almost always comes out on top. However, that doesn't mean her actions go without guilt or regret. Over the years, Charlotte has developed an unhealthy dependence on vices. She drinks regularly and has been known to enjoy the occasional social cigarette. Depending on the severity of the issue bothering her, she can outright binge on these to destructive proportions. When fully drunk, Charlotte is a handful in a number of ways: aggressive, flirtatious, confrontational, loud, and physically destructive to her surroundings. Dislikes: As a general rule, Charlotte dislikes small children. She inherently hates incompetence and the especially dislikes people who complain instead of thinking of solutions. Lastly, she hates other women who act like attention deprived brats and will go out of her way to put them in their place.
