At the age of 9, Heather was diagnosed with Perthes Disease. Although raised in a quite rich family, she is not spoilt. As she loves to see other people smile, she believes that if she puts on a smile for others, they would smile too. She tends to joke a lot, just to lift up the mood. At the age of 12, she did an operation, and at 13, she started recovering. Being loud shows that she is brave, but sometimes used at a wrong time. She bought SAO as her doctors told her it would quicken her recovery, but ended up being trapped in this death game.

» Virtues:

. Cheerful, always cheers people up when they are down. The reason for this is due to her befriending a sick patient who was always pessimistic, so made a habit of trying to cheer him up. The habit became a subconscious thing, and it still sticks with her to his day.

. Joker, always jokes in every conversation. Since she hates the sad and foul mood of hospitals, she always jokes to help lift up the mood of the place. Her jokes can occasionally be a bit dirty, which often embarrasses other people.

. Loyal, never betrays anyone. She firmly believes in being loyal to however she trust, as such, she only considers some people as her close friends. She will not hesitate to put the person back in their place if they go out of hand, however.

» Flaws:

. Careless, always lose things. She has a tendency to lose important items or get herself injured. She often brushes off it with a smile. There is a chance that she can make a valuable mistake that could threaten the lives of other players, making her reluctant to join the front lines.

. Loud, mostly at the wrong time. She can be accidentally loud and attract unwanted attention from other people. Due to her tendency to be loud, people may find her annoying and think that she is an attention seeker, which does not help that she is still recovering from injuries.

. Insensitive, sometimes don't realise other people's feelings. She can occasionally make comments that will irritate or unintentionally hurt people, but she tries her best to make up for it when she realizes how her word could affect others.
