Needing to get more materials for his crafts Zuel decided to head to a nearby cave that was rumored to have an abundance of ore that yielded excellent results. After hearing about the location Zuel began to make his way toward the cave as there were just another party of adventures leaving as Zuel would enter. I guess it is pretty well known. After entering the cave there was ore everywhere as they would respawn extremely quickly. Zuel would shrug as he would walk over to the nearest ore to get ready to mine. Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Just as he was told the results didn't disappoint as he was rewarded with 2 ore right away. Pleased with the results Zuel walked up to another ore.

It was interesting that these location made obtain materials a lot easier and even yielded more as well. Zuel decided to head deeper into the mine to get access to more ore veins since there were a lot of other players mining in the same spot that he was. Once getting to a spot where there were no other player he walked up to a vein and began to mine.  Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. However this time around he ore would break apart and he would lose the materials as he chucked the rocks away looking for another vein that he could try again from. Although he had found a decent place to mine where his workshop was this was much better for success chances so it would probably come back here for now on.

Walking up to another vein Zuel clenched his mining pick in his hand tight as he readied to begin again. Zuel's face seemed un phased by the hard labor as it was nothing compare the hardships he had to endure in real life. Having been working hard at this point to raise his level in craft only to have to wait a bit in order to get ore was a slow process but through this location it could make things go considerably faster for him. Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. However this time around he ore would break apart and he would lose the materials as he chucked the rocks away looking for another vein that he could try again from. It was unfortunate he had failed again with this increase chance but he still had a lot of mining to do.

Zuel would roll his shoulder to stretch it out because although this was a online game to them it felt like real life where even their digital bodies were actually feeling a bit of strain from what they did in the game. This made sword art online feel so much more than a game because for the thousands of players stuck in the game this was definitely more than just a game. Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Once again he had no luck as the materials crumbled away disappearing into nothing. Zuel would roll his neck as he lifted his pickaxe again resting it on his shoulder as he began to search again.

Going through his crafting list Zuel had gained a lot of experience through doing blacksmithing and had really own the craft using his unique style of synthesizing obsidian ore and forging it with lava in order to get a stronger and more unique look to his gear allowing him to great coats that are still classified as heavy armor. With all of this in mind Zuel figured he would need a lot more tier 1 materials in order to get get to level 5 blacksmithing which is where he wanted to be for the time being. Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Zuel's luck was just not with him on this because once again the materials would be destroyed disappearing into nothing. Not deterred Zuel would continue onto the next ore.

Zuel didn't seem to be annoyed at all from the fact that he had failed a couple times in a row even though it was basically a 50/50 chance for him to get ore. Random chance was random chance when it came to gaming and it was something that he knew all to well so it didn't bother him like it would another player. It was time to get some ore though as he statistically he should be getting some more tier 1 materials soon. Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Zuel's luck began to turn around as he was able to receive and salvage two tier 1 materials from the vein he was mining. He would add the materials to his inventory and press forward.

Wanting to keep the ball rolling Zuel would waste no time continuing his mining as he went into a new area of the cave where there was more ore vein were spawning rapidly so this would be a great place to farm since there was no other players around to interrupt him. Zuel would notice there was an ore that was much bigger than the others and decided to start there first as he got his pickaxe ready and walking up to it. Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. He didn't get any ore this time around as it would get destroyed and disappear but that was alright he still had plenty of veins to mine from.

As Zuel mined he wanted to study up on potential gear that he could craft and noticed that there was different tiers of gear and in order to reach the next tier he was going to have to reach level 25. There he could attempt to craft higher level tier gear and greatly improve his characters power along with the skill points he would get at that point. Hopefully it wouldn't take zuel to long to reach his goal but for now he just wanted to focus on mining this ore. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Once again he was unsuccessful to obtain ore from the vein. It was unfortunate that his luck was so poor considering the odds but he was just going to have to keep trying.

Zuel would stretch again as he had been farming for materials for quite some time now although he wasn't very successful he had still be collecting some ore so it wasn't all bad. Zuel would continue to study up on certain aspects of sword art online as he continued to make sure he had an adequate amount of knowledge of the game to survive until the end without missing anything. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Zuel saw something shining through the rubble and obtain another two tier 1 materials and added them to his inventory. His luck was changing a bit hoping that he could continue and obtain a lot more before completing the quest.

Rolling his shoulder again Zuel would take a quick breather before attempting to continue mindlessly mining ore after ore. He was making really good time though and with this new location he was able to have much better results than he had ever had before. He would drink some water almost finishing it before getting back up and back to work. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Not as great a haul as last time he still managed to obtain some ore which is all Zuel can ask for at this point. Adding it to his inventory he would wait for some of the veins to respawn before mining again.

Zuel would notice the area he was in was beginning to get exceedingly crowded as more and more players began to show up. I guess the information brokers have been busy today. Ofcourse talking about himself when thinking this too. He decided it would be better to venture a little deeper in the cave to have more room. There were no information about there being any dangers for going deeper in the cave so he wasn't worried to much but always on guard. In the next room Zuel would see a bunch of veins around untouched seeing as people didn't need to come this far to obtain them. Maybe they will yield good results. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Like before Zuel had great results with the first vein he mined in this are obtain two tier 1 materials from a single vein. After adding them to his inventory Zuel would move to the next one.

Zuel let out a sigh as he would wipe the sweat from his forehead and rest on his pickaxe for a moment while he waited a bit before readying himself to go again. This kind of work felt very rewarding compared to when he would do the same thing after a regular quest. He would think back to the time he has already spent in Aincrad and what he wanted to do after reaching his first goal. The frontline was his ultimate goal but it seem like it would be a lot of work to catch up to those players. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Not finding anything Zuel would shake it off and head to another vein.

The morning become afternoon as Zuel's day of mining was turning out to be pretty successful so far but he could still managed to obtain a lot more tier 1 materials before the day was over. It was starting to get easier it seemed even though it was just basically random chance. Zuel would wonder if there was anyway to increase his gathering or crafting skill chance and sure enough there was equipment he could equip to increase his chances.  Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Seems like he wasn't having any luck again but hopefully it would change next time around.

Taking another sip from his flask Zuel would rehydrate a bit not wanting to completely tire himself by overworking. After resting up for a bit Zuel would prepare to get ready to get back to mining for tier 1 materials. A couple of adventurers would come by as Zuel was mining but as soon as they looked at him they decided to avoid him for some reason. Zuel was used to this though not really minding the solidarity during a quest like this. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Zuel string of bad luck would continue as he didn't manage to obtain any materials from the vein.

It began to get a bit later in the day the natural light in the cave began to fade slowly but it wasn't pitch black in the cave Zuel just had to move back in the cave bit toward the entrance to get some light. As Zuel made his way back the other players would once again become afraid of his stare and avoid him running back to the entrance. Zuel wouldn't think much of it as he went back to his mining. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Zuel was able to find a huge ore piece receiving two tier 1 materials as he adds them into his inventory and continues.

Zuel had already accumulated a lot of materials so far but he really wanting to refill his workshop so they he could level up his craft and be ready to craft higher level equipment for himself once Zuel can reach higher levels. The ore veins would begin to respawn as Zuel readied his pickaxe once again. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. In the rubble he was able to pulltwo tier 1 materials from the rubble adding it to his inventory. He was getting a lot of ore this time around and should have more than enough to get him to level 5 but just to make sure Zuel continued on.

It was starting to get a little darker as the caves light began to grow dark and dark as the day went on. Zuel probably had a couple of mining attempt left before it would be time to back it up and head back to town. Even though there wasn't any danger Zuel was still a bit cautious at night time regardless if there was a threat or not since players could still be dangerous. The veins would respawn again and Zuel would get ready again. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. There wasn't any ore among the rubble of the vein as Zuel would stretched a bit.

Zuel would slide his hand through his hair to push it out of the way of his face as he was beginning to sweat a bit from mining for the whole day. Zuel was well conditioned in real life and it would somewhat carry over into Sword Art Online as well. It was probably why Zuel didn't really mind the labor work at all and working on blacksmithing. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. Zuel would dig through the rubble and find a ore shining through as he added the tier 1 material into his inventory as it began to get dark giving Zuel less time.

Almost finished for the day Zuel wanted to at least get one or two more tier 1 materials before he should head back. He had managed to obtain a lot already and was ready to start crafting again back at his workshop with all the new material he obtained. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Even though this was one of the last veins he was going to mine from it didn't have any ore inside. He was going to give it one more chance before calling it quits and heading back into town but would save this place on the map.

Giving it one more chance Zuel would yawn from being pretty tired from a day of mining but that wasn't going to stop him from attempting one more time. Walking up to another mine Zuel would strike down hard on the ore vein causing rocks to break apart to reveal what was inside the ore vain as it could be seen shining through the outer rock. Zuel continued to chip away at the ore to try to preserve the ore inside. After hitting it a couple of more times the vein would be completely depleted and Zuel would begin to sift through the ruble hoping to find ore that he could use. Ending the night on a good note Zuel managed to be successful and obtain two more tier 1 materials and add them to his inventory. It had gotten pretty late and Zuel would stretch and gather his things heading out of the cave returning to town. He would use the teleporter to get back to floor 9 in order to get back to his workshop adding all of his materials into his storage so he could use them for crafting tomorrow.
