Ruby 0 Posted August 26, 2019 #1 Report Share Posted August 26, 2019 Ruby didn't exactly like this floor, however today she found herself here mostly shopping for some vanity clothes to wear as she cared about her looks when she isn't in battle even if it didn't matter at all. Walking over to a bench in a circle in the center with a fire she had rubbed her hands together breathing them to get warm again looking around, things have gotten a little more quiet than usual these days on the lower floors it seems the higher we get in the game all the players just migrate to the higher floors which is a same, despite this floor being absolutely cold it was... beautiful to see at the very least. She had sighed, today would of been a good day to relax with her girlfriend or even Hestia but unfortunately both were busy today. You might think a wolf covered in a thick, shaggy coat wouldn't mind the cold. But Riker appeared to be the exception, picking his way carefully through snow that was only an inch or two thick. He lifted each paw with dramatic flair, a bit like a Tennessee Walking Horse. The familiar cut his companion a look that practically oozed distaste, and Lessa couldn't help but grin. "As soon as we find a few mats, we'll head back, okay?" Riker gave a clearly disapproving grunt. If familiars could talk, Lessa assumed it would have been a choice four-letter word that wasn't 'sure.' With her gaze on the ground, looking for mats that poked through the snow, Lessa nearly missed the circle of benches. It was the crackle of the fire that grabbed her attention, and as she glanced up, she was only paces away from another player. "Oh," she began on a surprised inhale.
