Scarabaeus 0 Posted August 28, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 28, 2019 Yusuke on the fourth floor had looked around, he had looked for a rather specific person. Eventually he had found the older woman that was linked to the familiar quest and got the food to feed a familiar. He sighed, he didn't want to do this on his lonesome but if he had to he would. However quickly getting distracted from his main objective and went to go get tea. Sitting down holding the cup of tea close to get his hands and some of him warm he took a sip and let out a refreshing hum. Looking outward on the snowy floor thinking to himself what familiar he even wanted to go get, would it be something common to one on earth or something a little more... unique to this world. Eventually he just shrugged it off as he enjoyed his cup of tea, obviously still off track. @Cordelia
Cordelia 0 Posted August 29, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 29, 2019 Cordelia deadpanned as she charged into the cafe. "Thank the stars it's warm," she mumbled to herself as she rubbed her arms a couple of times. Why was she on this blasted floor again? Some questions just can't be answered, young grasshopper. Cordelia brushed a few stray strands of hair out of her face as she looked around the shop. It was relatively... empty. Well, maybe for the guy behind the counter and the other dude who seemed to be drinking a cup of something. Bah, she didn't do good with crowds, anyway. Well, it couldn't hurt to make a friend while she was in the frozen wasteland of a floor, right? Shuffling over to the stranger, she gave him a close-eyed smile and a small wave. "Hi there, stranger! You looked a bit lonesome all alone here so I thought that you might need some company. Is that alright with you?"
Scarabaeus 0 Posted August 29, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted August 29, 2019 Yusuke had looked up letting out a hum then once again he was in his moods thinking she was a great candidate to be a model, he had said out "That's fine, I don't mind the company just... stay still for a second for me." he then moved his fingers outward and formed a box looking through it. He had smiled and said "Yes... elegant and beautiful!" he stepped up had offered her a hand saying with a bow "Greetings, I apologize for the sudden expression of emotion. I just was captivated by your look and wonder if you ever considered modeling for a painting. My name is Scarabaeus or Scarab for short. I'm an artist just looking to create his masterpiece. I hope you can forgive my enthusiasm." he then sat back down and offered a hand forward toward the seat in front of him "Want to sit down and talk? It's rather... low in people out there. I wouldn't mind some company." @Cordelia
Cordelia 0 Posted August 29, 2019 #4 Share Posted August 29, 2019 Cordelia blinked as she felt her face go stiff. "Uhm, alright?" She said, laughing nervously for a few seconds, pressing her now rigid arms against her side rather firmly. She visibly relaxed as she offered her small hand to him, shaking his rather firmly before withdrawing hers. "Ah, it's quite fine," she murmured, offering him a small smile as she felt her face heat up just a tad bit. "Modelling? Painting?" She echoed with a dumbfound expression. "W-well," she sputtered, clearing her throat as she pressed a hand against her chest. Has she modeled before? Yes-- but that was when she was like, six! Her mother just wanted her oh-so-precious daughter to be plastered on a magazine with just... y'know, a few of her own designs. She never wanted to take up a job like that again. Everyone was so uptight and strict! "Oh, uhm, nice to meet you. You can call me Cordelia," she beamed with a genuine smile. Her steely gray eyes flickered over to the empty seat before shrugging. "Sure, why not?" She said, plopping herself right in the chair. "So, uh. What are you doing here all alone?"
