As Alec continued his walk through the cavern of the 21^st Floor he watched as his Energy bar too reached full strength and he took a nice long slow breath of the cool damp air here in the cavern. As the large man walked along he ensured to keep his senses alert for any monsters that might be hiding nearby and waiting in ambush but all seemed quiet for the moment and Alec took the opportunity afforded by the silence to revel in the solitude. Alec had never minded being alone like some people he enjoyed the peace and quiet. That was one of the reasons he had chosen a remote corner of the Fourth Floor to make his home. Not many people enjoyed the cold and fewer still travelled to the far remote areas for fear of roaming monsters and such but he liked it and the solitude it afforded. As the large man continued his walk he looked over and spotted a weird patch of branches that looked like they were concealing a hole or something. As Alec walked over and began removing the branches he quickly spotted the Treasure Chest hidden beneath and a broad grin spread across his face as he puled it out of the hole.

As Alec pulled the Treasure Chest free of its hidey hole a broad smile spread across his face. For some reason the heavily muscled man just knew that this was going to contain some seriously good loot, he couldn’t explain why he just knew it down to the core of his being. The large man reached down and grasped the lock in his oversized hand squeezing and twisting at the same time. The lock exploded into a tiny shower of gray pixels that sprinkled and fell from his hand like sand as he opened his clenched fist. Alec reached out and placed a hand on the lid of the Treasure Chest and lifted it revealing a very large pile of Col atop of which was laid a set of armor, a weapon and a pair of consumables. All in all a very hefty score which brought a wide toothy smile to the large mans stern features and softened them greatly as he placed the items into this inventory and stood up ready to continue of his way yet again.

Alec was on a bit of a high after such a great score in the Treasure Chest he had found sop he was nearly caught off guard when he turned a corner in the cavern and nearly walked smack dab into the middle of a quartet of Giant Moles. Thinking quickly and purely on instinct the large man activated the Sword Art Timber Slash and instantly dropped low swinging out in a wide side arcing swing that blurred as it slammed into the side of all four Giant Moles hacking large Vs’ out of the sides of the beasts and opening gaping rents in their flesh that jetted red pixels freely into the air. The Moles fought back taking nips and bites at the large man leaving small rings of tiny red dots in his flesh as he swung his other arm holding Mirror’s Embrace across them slicing into several of the beasts and leaving thin red slashes across their backs as his shield edge cut deeply and quickly into their hides.

Alec stood ready his shield Mirror’s Embrace held before him as he awaited his opportunity to attack the Giant Moles before him. As he waited he quickly activated his Sword Art Timber Slash and once his twin crescent shaped axe heads were charged he lashed out swinging low and wide in an arc aimed for his opponents sides. His Forearm Axe flashed and blurred as it struck only half his intended targets blurring as those it struck received eleven blurred hits. The two Alec missed he stumbled and tripped nearly falling on his face as the beasts surged in snapping and nipping at his arms and legs taking small bites from the man and leaving small red circles of red dots in their wake as a reminder of their presence. Alec swung his shield around and sliced across the tops of the Giant Moles opening thin red slashes in their hides where his razor sharp shield made contact with their hairy bodies.

Alec cursed at himself for slipping and stumbling which had caused him to miss his strikes. He was aiming for the Front Lines and a spot on the Raid Team, there was no room for a fumble footed clutz up there he needed to be on his A game if he didn’t want to look like a fool on his first outing with them. The large man took a few deep breaths as he once more activates his Sword Art Timber Slash. As his twin axe heads began to glow with energy the Tank swung out wide and his weapon streaked in and slammed into the sides in a blur of motion and speed hitting all four targets, one of which exploded into a cloud of red pixels which rained down twinkling as it fell. The three remaining surged forward snapping at biting at the large man leaving small gashes and nips taken from his skin. Alec responded by swinging his shield across the remaining opponents and causing two more to explode into pixels, leaving only one left.

Alec had just destroyed three of the Giant Moles he currently faced and now had only one left to fight. The large man shifted his feet and adjusted his stance to face the sole remaining opponent he fought. As he readied to strike the heavily muscled Tank activated his strongest single target Sword Art Ukon Kirves causing his twin axe heads to begin glowing with the stored up energy. Then in a flash Alec surged forward his axe heads blurring as they struck into the lone Giant Mole hitting it eleven times in the side and causing its body to waver and contort before exploding into a shower of tiny pixels that twinkled and sparkled as they rained down to the ground before disappearing into nothing. The large Tank stood once more relaxing as his last opponent disappeared. The large man took several calming breaths he walked over to the pile of loot laying on the ground and began inspecting it.

As the final Giant Mole in the latest pack disappeared Alec stood once more and let his thickly muscled arms fall to his side where they hung limp and relaxed. The large Tank stepped forward and looked over the pile of loot left in its wake and placed the items and Col in his inventory before setting off to walk some more. He had miles and miles to go before he slept. As the oversized Tank walked along watching happily as his health bar peaked in mere moments and his Energy bar was rocketing as well and would soon be at full and ready for him to find another pack to hunt down. As he walked he glanced down and spotted another pair of Materials lying on the ground behind a stalagmite. As he bent down to retrieve them he eyed a lonely single solitary egg lying beside them so out of habit he scooped it up as well and placed all three items in his inventory as he stood up and continued on his trek.

Alec watched as his Energy bar quickly joined his health bar at full levels. The large man continued his walk through the caverns in search of Materials, Eggs and monsters to fight. He had quite a few already but sensed he was going to need probably double what he currently had to be able to get anything of any worth so the large man continued his lone walk through the cavern accompanied only by his trusty companion Humphrey. “Sorry this is so easy for you pal.” Alec offered in his deep baritone rumble. “Well, sorry, not sorry.” He amended. If he truly needed his companions help it meant he was in a serious fight and his life was on the line but so far he hadn’t run into anything too difficult yet and that was just fine too. As Alec walked he looked around the ground some more and was rewarded with two more Materials and another 3 Eggs to add to his collection. The numbers were growing slowly but at least at a semi steady pace he thought to himself with a faint smile.

Alec continued his walk through the cavern when he spotted another pack of the Giant Moles up ahead. The heavily muscled Tank picked up his pace and strode purposefully toward the group activating his Sword Art Timber Slash as he approached. Once the Tank reached the pack he stopped and swung his Forearm Axe out in a wide side armed swing. The lead Mole adeptly dodged out of the way making the strike seem clumsy but Alec’s axe head streaked for the remaining three blurring as it slammed into their bodies striking eleven times on each of them opening large rents and gashes in their sides that spewed red pixels into the air. The leading two Moles dove in and delivered strikes to the large Tank that Alec was unable to block or get his shield around fast enough to deal retributive damage back at them but was able to block the trailing two Moles and kept them from doing any damage to himself.

Alec stood his shield Mirror’s Embrace held before him, his arm affixed with his Forearm Axe held cocked at his side ready to strike. As he readied himself he quickly activated his Sword Art Timber Slash and as the energy built with his axe heads they began to glow with power. When his weapon was ready the heavily muscled Tank swung his arm out wide in an arcing slash that connected with two his four targets. The axe heads blurred as they connected with eleven individual strikes to each target. The Moles reared back and lunged biting and clawing at the Tank opening tiny cuts and wounds in his arms and legs. As the Moles withdrew Alec took the opportunity and swung his razor edged shield around slicing through the Moles who had dared damage him. The cuts left red slashes on their bodies which released red pixels into the air simulating body from their bodies as their haelth bars dropped.

Alec eyed the four Giant Moles before him and stood ready to attack. As he watched their movements awaiting an opening the heavily muscled Tank activated his Timber Slash Sword Art and swung his crescent shaped battle axe heads around in a wide low arc towards his foes. The swing came fast and blurred as it struck three of the four Giant Moles blurring as he connected eleven times with each of the targets. Two of the attacking Moles proved more agile than Alec dashing out of his reach after inflicting minor wounds to the Tank. The other two proved to not be so lucky as Alec sliced into them with his razor sharp shield edge slicing clean through and causing them to explode into pixels as their bodies were destroyed. Halfway there Alec thought to himself as he readied to finish off the last two in the pack. It was only a matter of time even though this fight seemed to be going slower, maybe he was just getting tired he continued to think to himself.

Alec had managed to whittle the pack from four down to two. He was half way there all he had to do now was keep the pressure on and he would be home free. As he adjusted his stance for the decreased number of opponents he quickly activate Timber Slash again causing the twin battle axe blades affixed to his forearm to glow with inner power as their energies built. When they had peaked Alec swung his arm out wide slashing into the sides of the Moles as if chopping down a pair of trees in a single swing. The hits dropped his foes health bars further into the red and closer to their deaths. Both Moles charged in nipping at the large man and leaving tiny marks that would be gone in a matter of seconds as the Tanks Battle Healing kicked in and began healing the damage inflicted. As the Moles withdrew Alec swung his shield out in an arc slicing a ribbon thin slash across both Moles dropping their health bars even further into the red and even nearer to their demise.

Alec maneuvered so that he was centered on the two remaining opponents he had left from the original pack of four. As he shifted his stance and footing he once again activated Timber Slash and prepared to strike. As the large Tank stepped into range he swung his Forearm Axe out wide and connected with both Moles as if he were trying to chop them both down like trees in one fell swoop. As Alec’s empowered crescent shaped battle axe heads struck their targets the blades passed right through each offering no resistance to the heavily muscled man and causing each Giant Mole to explode in turn into showers of red pixels that rained down twinkling in the air like fresh flakes of powdery snow. As they both disappeared the large man stood up and let his arms once more hang to his sides as he stepped forward to observe the treasures left in the wake of the monsters destruction and subsequent disappearance. The large man let out a smile as he looked the total number of Materials and Eggs and Col he had attained thus far. This was proving to be a VERY lucrative day he thought to himself.

Alec took a deep breath of the cool moist air of the cavern as he once more relaxed his shoulders and back muscles which had tensed up during the fight in preparation of blocking and swinging his weapon. As Alec allowed his body to relax once more he began walking through more of the cavern keeping a wary eye and ear out for yet more wandering monsters that might be lurking nearby. Seeing and hearing none so far he continued his easy pace through the floor. As he walked the heavily muscled Tank also kept his eyes peeled for any more Materials or Eggs that might be hiding nearby. As the large man walked he spotted behind a rock outcrop a flash of color and as he walked over Alec saw another trio of eggs lying on the ground hidden from view. The large man leaned down and picked them up placing them inside his inventory as he continued on his way.

Alec watched as his Energy bar again joined his health bar at fully charged while he continued his stroll through the cavern of the 21^st Floor. As the large Tank continued his meander through the cavern he continued to keep his eyes and ears peeled for any warning signs of danger as he continued to scout for useful Materials and Eggs as he walked. The heavily muscled Tank walked along taking even calming breaths slowing his heart rate as he walked. Passing by a small cave about a meter in each direction Alec caught a flash of light from inside the small alcove. As he approached Alec peered inside and spotted a pair of shiny gems lying on the ground inside the hole. As he reached an a hand inside he quickly realized that was not all that was inside the opening. As he grasped the large handful of objects and withdrew his arm he noticed that he was holding a pair of gems and 5 eggs. A mile warmed the large mans stern face as he deposited the items into his inventory and quickly checked the totals. One hundred and fifteen Materials he had collected so far and one hundred and forty nine eggs. Not to shabby he thought to himself as he spotted yet another pack of the Giant Moles nearby and began making his way towards them.

Alec quickly spotted another pack of Giant Moles loitering nearby. The large man picked up his pace and briskly walked over to their location activating his Sword Art Timber Slash as he approached. Upon arriving the large man stopped his forward movement and swung his arm that had his Forearm Axe affixed to it out in a wide arc. As the axe heads made contact they smashed into the bodies of the Giant Moles like felling a group of trees. The axe took huge chunks out of he sides of the monsters leaving gaping angry red wounds in their sides that spilled red pixels freely from the open wounds. The Moles surged forward snapping and nipping at Alec’s exposed sides and arms leaving many pin prick sized holes where their needle like teeth punctured his skin. As the Moles began to withdraw Alec swung his shield with its razor sharp edge out in another wide arc slicing into three of the four Giant Moles opening secondary slashes on their upper backs that released more of their red pixels and allowed them to flow for a few moments as their health bars began to deplete even further. As Alec completed his attack and retributive srtike he brought Mirror’s Embrace back before him and brought his Forearm Axe back to his side as he prepared himself to strike and block once more.

Alec stood facing off against this newest pack of Giant Moles his shield Mirror’s Embrace held before him to defend against the pack of monsters before him. As the large Tank watched their movements he awaited an opportunity and a drop in their defenses. When his chance arrived the heavily muscled man quickly activated his Sword Art Timber Slash and rushed forward his glowing axe heads trailing behind him. The large man swung his arm round in a wide arc the glowing blades streaking in slamming home into the sides of all four beasts open large wounds in their sides that vented red pixels into the air. The Giant Moles screeched and lunged forward their needle like teeth seeking the mans unprotected areas and soft flesh. Two of the Moles found purchase and bit down leaving small rings of red dots where their teeth sank into flesh. Alec managed to bring his shield up in time to block the other pair as they found only metal and armor in their way. As they retreated Alec swung his shield across his body slicing into the Moles and opening thin lines of red where the razor edge of his shield met monster flesh.

The large Tank stood his ground eyeing the four Giant Moles before him, his shield held up and ready in a defensive stance ready to fight. As he gauged their movements and waited for his opening to attack Alec stood patiently waiting. There he thought as he watched them split for just a moment as he activated Timber Slash once more. The heavily muscled man surged forward his twin axe heads glowing with stored up inner power ready to be released once more. As the large man rushed in his swung his Forearm Axe in a wide arc as if aiming for and tree trunk in the woods back home. The glowing axe streaked in and blurred as it slammed home the sides of all four opponents. The glowing heads cleaved clean through two of the beasts causing a pair of explosions in quick succession as they burst into clouds of pixels. The two remaining Moles dove forward scrabbling and biting for purchase on Alec’s armor and shield. One managed to find a soft spot and sunk its needle like teeth into Alec’s side leaving a small ring of red dots as the other bounced harmlessly of the mans shield. Alec swung his shield down slicing through the Mole that had bit him and causing it too to burst into pixels. Leaving only one who was woefully low on hit points.

Alec stood calmly facing the last of the most recent pack of Giant Moles. The large man stood with his shield held in front of him as he stared over its edge at the Giant Mole facing him. Shifting his feet ever so slightly the large man waited for a chance to strike at the beast and deliver the killing blow. As he watched and waited the Giant Mole stepped forward and Alec responded with a pair of quick steps closing the distance as he lowered his center of gravity and twisted dropping his shoulder. Then the large man burst into motion twisting his hip and drawing his arm around in a diagonal swing from above burying one of his crescent shaped axe heads affixed to his forearm deeply into the Giant Moles skull burying the weapon up to the metal bracer it was attached to. The Mole let out a screech as it began to waver and contort shimmering in and out of existence before finally exploding into a shower of pixels that flew into the air before raining down around the man who calmly stood up turning towards the Bear cub sit patiently watching nearby and throwing out a big thumbs up and cheesy smile. “ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!!” Alec bellowed out in his deep baritone rumble.

Alec stood up tall and straight after dispatching his most recent set of foes and took a deep calming breath as he glanced around his surroundings. The cavern of the 21^st Floor where he found himself hunting was one of three known high spawn farming grounds. Monsters were more likely to travel this floor and contain better loot drops that other random roaming mobs not to mention the higher drop rates for Gathering and Fishing or at least so he’d been told. So far he was doing pretty well for himself. He had amassed a large amount of Col and Materials so far, not to mention a pretty good amount of Weapons, Armor and Consumables which he hoped would yield something cool and useful when he took them in to get identified. As Alec began to walk he watched as his nearly full health bar filled completely up and his Energy bar was quickly headed the same was. Glancing down the lone Tank spotted a single solitary egg lying on the ground. Huh, he thought to himself. Someone must have dropped this. He couldn’t remember if he’d seen a sole egg lying around. They seemed more to lay in small clutches but who was he look a gift horse in the mouth he thought as he pocketed the egg and continued on.
