It was finally time for Rebekah to leave. She turned to Nemo telling him that she wanted to leave now. "You can leave by only if you return all of your stuff you had collected." Nemo demanded the pink haired girl. Rebekah looked at her inventory, there was no way she was going to return over 100 materials and a gleaming scale. She knew that this was coming and would now have to face Nemo in a battle. Rebekah pulled out her rapier to ensure that she was ready for what was coming next. "I will not return what I have collected. Everything I have collected is mine." Rebekah spoke. Nemo began changing into a monster. This was the boss that she was going to have to face. Luckily the boss did not look too strong and Rebekah should be able to take it down without too much trouble. Rebekah decided to strike first before Nemo could respond by stunning the dragon immediately. This will give her time to think about her move to follow up with. Rebekah 0 Posted March 27, 2022 Author #42 Report Share Posted March 27, 2022 (edited) With the dragon stunned, Rebekah knew that the next attack could be pivotal as she could deal potentially drop the boss to just over a quarter health before it could even strike or hit Rebekah. She knew that was the plan and Rebekah immediately got to work preparing another sword art to strike the dragon. She would have to be careful as the dragon would try to attack her next turn. That was what had worried her but Rebekah knew that she was strong enough to take this dragon down especially with her current stats. Rebekah made sure that she was quite strong and launched her second sword art to follow up on the opening stun. Rebekah had made contact with the dragon once again with her sword. That was the easy part. She then had the foresight to predict the dragon would try to hit her with its fangs. However, the dragon was too slow this time and Rebekah had easily been able to dodge the attack. She thought this was the best time to taunt the dragon for missing the attack, "You need to be faster than that to hit me." Rebekah said. Maybe that was not the smartest thing to say in battle but she will have to live with the consequences. The dragon felt really irritated. She had attracted the attention of the dragon, so she will now need to ensure that she will need to finish the deed as quick as possible. It was going to be tough as the dragon would be going all out to evade her attack after she had provoked it. The dragon was constantly moving, making it hard for Rebekah to get a strike in. She knew that she would have to try. Rebekah pulled out her rapier and activated the same sword skill that she had just used a moment ago. She had hoped that this time it would be good enough to finish this fight. With a clean strike, Nemo's health bar had dropped down to 10 HP and he reverted back to a human. This time Nemo was no longer as aggressive. The fight was finally over and Rebekah wanted to know what Nemo would say before she can finally leave this garden. Rebekah obliged and followed the NPC once again. "Here is the crystal that you can use to teleport back to the teleportation gate. When you use it here in the middle of the garden it will activate so you can return home." Nemo said. "You are welcome to come back anytime. Thank you so much for your help with the garden today. It made my job a lot easier. Please remember to come back and visit." Rebekah took the time to find the words to respond to Nemo, "Do not worry, I will be back soon for another visit. It has been a long day and take care Nemo. I wish to see the produce that you grow end up in the grocery stores and restaurants of the other floors." With that said, Rebekah walked up to the wrap panel and activated it with the crystal. The next thing she knew was she was back a the teleportation gate at Coral.
