Background:

Hiro was a rather standard child, born to a set of normal parents. Almost far too generic his early life would be, save the fact he didn't get out much. Those japanese parents of his pushed him heavily however from a very young age, expecting greatness from their first born. He excelled under their guidance and tutelage, their ambition becoming his. Those aspirations brought him to medical school, at a prestige one at that. A genetic disorder developed during his earlier years, causing him to start to lose feeling over most of his body and ruined his chances of becoming a surgeon. Irritated by his lack of success, his drive remained as he fought against his condition. With the introduction of the nerve gear, the possibility to bypass his condition by bypassing his own nervous system could offer him a way to train himself personally and perhaps write the wrong that god had given him.

Virtues
Studied - Hiroshi was a learned child turned learned adult. There was no book safe from his expanding mind or clutches. What he lacks in street smarts he makes up for in spades in medical knowledge regarding the human anatomy.
Guarded - A very reclusive man, Hiroshi doesn't share often. It would be rather common place for the man to keep very tight lips. His mind works a mile a minute, and with how little he shares your always going to end up 4 steps behind the thought process.
Intelligent - Stuck to a book, to knowledge as a full send assessment of worth. The man spends all of his time and energy studying hardily at anything that challenges him. Good luck understanding his notes though.

Flaws
Isolated - A reclusive man that does not open up easy. It causes a form of stasis where trust does not flow easily. Moreover he finds himself uncomfortable in the presence of others.
Euthanasia - Hiroshi is stricken with a condition that has damaged his nervous system. He can no longer feel sensations such as pain, pleasure or human touch. The only sensation that can register is intense hot and cold.
Brash - His intelligence and pursuit of knowledge causes him to take steps that most might believe inhumane. There were a lot of animals harmed in the making of this man, and its a surprise he's made it this long without landing in jail. Watch your step around him, otherwise you might be carved up like a christmas turkey.
