Background:

A girl with a modest upbringing, she was always blessed with a striking appearance even from a young age. Throughout most of her life she has been the apple of envy, praise and an object for attention. She revels in it, it fuels her. Throughout her teenage years, she had discovered that with a little bit of honey on her tongue, and the correctly batted eyelash would go far. That fact extended to both men and women, who were either excited to get to be her friend or get with her. None of them ever had a shot, given not a single one ever struck her as good enough.

Once she'd cleared high school with grades purchased by her entourage that did it all for her, she moved on into a career in advertisement. To which she became a freeloader and got paid to basically do nothing, while everyone else just agreed to allow her to take all the credit. Being one of the highest among those working at the company, she and a few others were given a product to test before designing the ad campaign around it. Rosalee was the one dumb enough to put on the Nerve Gear first, and now she's stuck in here trying to make others do all the work for her.

Virtues
Beautiful - The woman is absolutely stunning, lots of foundation and make up to really put the icing on that perfectly cooked cake. Her hair color changes often, normally into more eye catching flavors like pinks or purples. Much like her namesake, she's quite the looker and knows how to exploit it.
Likeable - Call it feminine wiles, or charm but she knows how to make friends. It wouldn't be too off base to see her surrounded by other people, some even drooling. Everyone is absolutely dying to meet her.
Strategist - The woman knows how to think outside of the box, or put all her problems in one.  Rosaria spends her time solving puzzles and problems with unorthodox solutions. Trying to start a fire, Why not a magnifying glass?

Flaws
Snide - Rosaria is a little full of herself. Scratch that, if she was any fuller of herself she'd be too fat to walk around. Combine that with her abrasive and demeaning attitude toward people that don't conform to her simp harem and you end up with a recipe for suck.
Manipulative - Leaning into her likeability, the woman knows how to play with others emotions like a ball of yarn. Use her beauty, a little bit of that charm laid on thick and most will bend over backward. Lets just hope you can get up after breaking your spine.
Two-Faced - Sugar on the outside, but vinegar underneath it. It isn't completely outside the realm of feasibility for the woman to shift from being your best friend to the most horrific mega bitch you've ever met. That politeness is just surface deep, she isn't your friend.
