Background:

Wang Zhiwei has held a very fulfilling life, one of tests and successes to which he finds himself prideful and fueled to greatness. From a very young age the boy pushed himself to the creed of his parents, his given name a testament to their expectations. Every day an experience and a trial to overcome, and in all things Yuyang thrived through sheer perseverance. The boy took to a habit of sizing himself up against others on the playground, getting into fights just to prove his worth. Any that he lost would immediately find a rematch until his victory would become inevitable. Becoming quite the martial artist, an equal fit for the lad saw him excel in a whole new light. Moreover his more 'strength based' sense of accomplishment finally had a good outlet instead of flying rampant causing all manner of issues.

All of his energy was directed here, all of his effort and time. Yuyang had something to prove, and where it came from was a bit outside of his parents expectation. However true his given name was, this sort of all encompassing ambition and desire to become the best had left other aspects of his life to suffer. He had become nothing more then a cage fighter, looking forward to the next trade of blood. His parents had failed him, and his future was locked in. In the same interests, he'd find himself here by unknown means. Yet his desire to take the top, to be the best remained despite the game being entirely different. The man was only a fist, no longer a person.

Virtues
Reliable - Zhiwei will always try to fulfill what he's asked, and tends to follow through with his tasks. The man is ready and willing to push himself and achieve greatness and this extends to his allegiance. Ask him for a 1000 push ups, and if he accepts you can bet your ass he's going to be still doing them by morning.
Virtuous - Yuyang holds a strong sense of moral expectancy, but in the same vein he expects others to do the same. It is dishonorable to undermine your decisions and your word. To fail to uphold his sense of decency is to prove the value of your word to be worthless.
Lion-Hearted - Courage flows through this man like blood. Yuyang doesn't back down, and even when he is forced to rethink his approach that isn't grounds for fear. Every problem has a solution, and the man will persist without fear until it is reached.

Flaws
Brutal - There is value in strength. Yuyang does not pull his punches, expecting that his opponents do not either. A victory achieved when participants do not 'give their all' is pointless, and that victory needs to be absolute to have worth.
Persistent - Zhiwei due to his upbringing does not give in. The man never gives up, always turning the script around and attempting another approach. High expectations cause this man to refuse defeat.
Apathetic - There is only value in skill, in self worth and the ability to continue past your breaking point. Trivial emotions such as kindness, compassion will always play second fiddle to a strength of chi and self. Rise to the occasion and you will earn his respect, don't and you are beneath him.
