Background:

Henrietta was born to Lukas and Mia Mandel, raised in a lower to middle class home. Every day was a small struggle, where it was questionable if food would be available. It was in their struggles that Henrietta from a very young age was taught through circumstance to take nothing for granted, and to push herself to take control of the situation. Lying, cheating, theft you name it. Nothing was off the table, if they planned to not starve. It was a family affair, and Henrietta really learned from the best. School was an after thought, what she lacked in book smarts she made up easily in street smarts. Into young adult hood, their collective wealth grew to the point where hunger was no longer the main issue. Rent was paid, utilities upkept. Life was good.

That family never could settle down for too long, given their inability to claim an actual job for all the little schemes and swindled wealth. The authorities were always a couple steps behind. Into adulthood, Henrietta continued to work with her parents while really branching out her wings. Blood was thicker then anything else, and the skills she had learned kept her safe and out of prison. Happenstance and a few bad decisions later, she'd end up in Aincrad. Her parents would struggle without her, and her life was put on hold. There wasn't much of it, but at least it was hers.

Virtues
Clever - Hanma is pretty in the know most of the time. The woman knows how to exploit a weakness, and takes great pride in doing so. Her pockets are filled with all manner of tool and technique ready to finish the job.
Adaptive - Henrietta is quick to change her mode of thinking. Whenever she's caught off guard, she will turn on a dime and try something completely different. When the situation grows dire, she does not hesitate to think outside the box.
Coy - A little mischievous and a lot playful. Hanma excels in slight misdirection, confusing her opposition. Mind games are all the rage these days, and Hanma brought more then one controller. Sorry Psycho Mantis.

Flaws
Brash - Hanma is a little bold and really puts herself out there. She doesn't exactly pull any punches though, so what pops into her head tends to be the first thing out of her mouth. She can certainly maintain control of a conversation, just it might not lead anywhere.
Forward - Henrietta leads right into the thick of it. The woman cannot push the brakes, and will steam roll straight into a conversation. Whats tact, a kind of breath mint?
Near-Sighted - The girl only sees whats directly in front of her. The big picture entirely eludes the broad, isn't really one to notice the finer details. Henrietta tends to get blind sided by anything not handed to her in black and white.
