[SP-FL2] Leveling to become stronger PT.1 [Complete]

Recommended Posts

Dameon was now questing and hunting to gain much needed and valuable skill points on the second floor just outside the city of Erbus. His shop was close by though he was not planning on collecting or farming mats so much as he was planning on swinging away at everything to gain much needed experience.

Dameon roamed the wilderness looking for a good spot to start farming. He wanted to be away from other players as much as he could so he could just kill anything and everything that was in front of him. Many players had the same or similar ideas so he needed to make sure he was out of the way even more so than usual.

Dameon finally came across a field and was satisfied with the amount of creatures in it and there was no sign of other players nearby. He found a wolf and ran up to it and began to attack it by slashing his sword horizontally to start the fight.

Dameon had missed the wolf but the wolf had also missed his attack. Dameon's new armor added a lot of evasion and as a result the wold had almost a 0% chance of hitting him and even if it did the mitigation would result in the wolf dealing no damage at all. Dameon swung again to recover from his miss.

His attack again was no good and the wolf backed off after having seen it did nothing and his sword had missed. Dameon couldn't wait to receive his new gear he had commission others to make for him. He would be far head and better off once he had them.

This time his blade connected and yet again he crit for a bonus two damage and killed the wolf on the spot. No loot dropped but he scratched his head in amazement as he had realized up to this point every attack was a miss except his crits. He approached another wolf and attacked.

Much like the previous wolves he missed his initial attack. At this rate the only way he would hit the wolf was with a crital attack exactly like the last three wolves had died. He kind of laughed at the idea but knew with his luck he would miss every attack for the next hour.

He swore to himself realizing he had jinxed himself as he missed yet again. Still he swung his blade not wanting to waste any more time than he needed. He was gaining experience but at a very slow rate but he needed to be out doing what he was to even have a chance of leveling.
