Raised by no one, he would always try to find friends from his neighborhood. Due to Calvin being lonely with no friends to play with, Calvin fell in a deep depression with no one to comfort him and stopped trying to find friends to play with, thus leading him to buy a game called Sword Art Online. He thought he could make virtual friends then real friends. Calvin has immense skill as a sword user, managing to smelt a sword from scrap during middle school, he was able to make one friend, but that one friend had gone and moved far. He was determined to find that friend once more. His only friend was the only thing holding him together, but now he's gone. He currently lives at Kawagoe City in the Saitama. Neighbors near buy take care of him as he lives by himself. They pay for his bills and bought the house for him. He soon finds out about what they did for him. He did all he can to repay them, but they refuse his services, but continue to pay them off. Calvin told them that one day he'll become a hero and save people. Virtues: »Loyalty: Calvin's loyalty gives him the respect he wants during his time in the "death game." He creates many bonds with people in the real world, but his closest bond is to his friend. His loyalty will help him find friend of his. He will never take advantage of anyone whether it's an ally or enemy. That's what makes Calvin a loyal person. »Bravery: Calvin does the craziest things you can ever imagine. He'd take on a monster floors above him even. In the world of Sword Art Online, bravery is a very scarce virtue. Many people are still trying to cope with their new reality, but its merely too hard to cope with. This was the same for the young adventurer as well, but he was able to cope rather quickly indeed. But for the emerald eyed boy, he was able to do the riskiest tasks with ease. He understood that if he dies, he dies. That fact doesn't seem to bother him anyways. Why let the fact that death lingers around you bring you down? »Respectful: Calvin is very respectful and formal. He always bows when he meets someone new, especially if it's somebody older than him. He treats others, even if they're strangers, with an elegant reprise of kindness and fairness, no matter how stingy or rude they may be. He will always show respect no matter who it may be. Flaws: »Stubborn: Unreasonably, often perversely unyielding; bull-headed. Firmly resolved or determined; resolute. Calvin is stubborn and has a lot of ego and pride, so he will not back down from any challenge, even if it is hopeless. He will keep pushing forward till the end but can also cause her trouble. As such, it is a double edge sword to him. »Blunt: At times, Calvin does not have the patience to diplomatically tell people what is on his mind, or the tact to hide his opinion. Thus, he bluntly states his thoughts, momentarily not caring about the emotions of other people. »Claustrophobia: Calvin has the fear of having no escape, and being closed in to a small space. It is typically classified as an anxiety disorder and often results in a rather severe panic attack. It is also confused sometimes with Cleithrophobia.
