Wulfrin 0 Posted August 9 #1 Share Posted August 9 (edited) "Alright," Wulfrin stretched as he stepped into the territory of Florenthia Village. "Before we go chasing down the big bear that is Kumatetsu, it'll be best if we expand your tool box just a bit Astra." Wulfrin was in full combat gear, The Blade of Zariel sheathed behind his right shoulder and his Helldusk Armor primed for dishing out serious pain to anything that may come their way. As the entered the gate, Wulfrin produced a vial of dark liquid. With a small cloth he methodically applied the salve to his armor, it's minty fragrance seemingly drawing attention from all the creatures around them. "Yo Remington!" Wulfrin called over to a guard passing by. "Is Sewallus around anywhere? It should be about time for another hunt of The Monkey King." "Yeah he his," Remington pointed towards a nearby medical tent. "He just got back from a scouting mission. I think i remember hearing him mention that unruly gorilla. He'll be happy to know you're here." "Alright so," Wulfrin turned his attention back to Astra. "Once we get Sewallus into our party, we'll make our way out into the jungle. Astra 0 Posted Sunday at 04:41 PM #2 Share Posted Sunday at 04:41 PM "Having more in my arsenal wouldn't hurt," Astra replied as he stepped off of the teleport gate. Now donning his combat gear, he stretched his limbs and twisted his torso to loosen up. The master and student now found themselves in Florenthia Village, a humble village where most of the denizens seem to live in relative peace. Visually it may not have been as striking or well built as Ellesmera, but Astra still found comfort amidst the trees. Finding Sewallus in the village was a fairly easy task. The druid stood out amidst his peers with his armor of elven make, adorned with gnarled roots. When the duo approached the man, Astra took the lead in the conversation. "Hey Sewallus," the boy said with a wave. "We're about to go head out and murk the Monkey King. Feel like finishing the job with us?" Having once fought the Monkey King before, Astra was already well aware of Sewallus fleeing his first battle with the beast. There was no shame in that, in fact, Astra found it admirable that the druid would want to continue his fight. For a moment Astra caught himself wondering how much was Cardinal's doing, or how much of it was personality based. Either way, it didn't matter too much. Sewallus would be an asset in the fight, tanking hits while Wulfrin and Astra dealt their damage. Naturally, Sewallus accepted the invitation offer from the starkly white player. With the party situation out of the way, the trio could make their way to the den of the Monkey King. "If I'm being honest, I'm kind of looking forward to this fight. It'll feel good to take this thing down." *** Astra consumes 1x portion of Sharkuterie Board - ACC 2 [Filled] EVA 2 (4/6 remain) Astra | HP: 400/400 | EN: 56/56 | DMG: 13 | MIT: 54 | ACC: 8 | EVA: 3 | REC: 2 | BLD: 24 Spoiler Name: Astra True Tier: 2 Level: 19 Paragon Level: 1 HP: 400/400 EN: 56/56 Stats: Damage: 13 Mitigation: 54 Accuracy: 7 Evasion: 2 Recovery: 2 Bleed: 24 Equipped Gear: Weapon/Armor/Trinket: - Seeker's Blade | T2 Perfect Straight Sword | DMG 2 | BLD 1 Armor/Trinket: - Seeker's Attire | T2 Perfect Light Armor | MIT 2 | REC 1 Shield/Armor/Trinket: - Initiates Draw | T1 Perfect Trinket | ACC 3 Combat Mastery: - N/A Combat Shift: - TECH Familiar Skill: - N/A Custom Skill: - N/A Skills: - Straight Sword R5 - Light Armor R5 Extra Skills: - Concentration Action: Free Action Cooldown: 5 Turns Effect: As a free action, gain Absolute Accuracy on your next attack. Wulfrin 0 Posted 10 hours ago Author #3 Share Posted 10 hours ago (edited) Wulfrin gave Sewallus a fist bump as they started off towards the Monkey King's Lair. It was the third most common mob for Wulfrin to take out lately. At the top of the list was Terra Firma, a super easy carry and the reward was worth it for raids. The second was Cerberus, but that was only because he had to chop through the three headed dog to access Avernus. The Monkey King only made this list as it was another relatively easy carry for new players plus the sword art dropped was well worth the hassle. As they approached the lair, Wulfrin drew his celestial steel longsword. It was once weilded by an archangel, and now in Wulfrin's hands, served as his primary weapon when he needed maximum damage. "Glad to hear it," Wulfrin replied to Astra's enthusiasm. "We'll get you the sword art and then move onto the big bear, Kumatetsu." "You're hunting Kumatetsu as well?" Sewallus chimed in quzzically. "Sounds like quite the hunting trip." "Yep. Astra's trying to get some power behind his sword arm. I'm helping him train up. Wont be long before he and I will be fighting as equals." * * * Recovery? Not Needed Wulfrin is at full HP and EN Cooldowns: Post Action: [x16] Tech-A vs Monkey King (16 EN) -2 Stamina -1 Well Rested 3/3 Free Action: ID 251310 | BD 8+8=16 hit | CD 3 | 23*16=368-60=308 DMG to Monkey King.
