The story of the amazing hero, Jack!
That's how he always imagined it would start. With a bang, a spotlight, and his name echoing through history. Unfortunately, reality has other plans for our dear Jack.

Jack was born in a small American town he could barely remember, to parents he never knew. Abandoned at birth, he was raised in foster care, bouncing between homes until he stopped hoping for stability. From an early age, the one thing that did stay constant was his love for stories. Heroes who rose from nothing. Adventurers who defied fate. Warriors who changed their worlds.

Jack wanted to be one of them.

He spent countless hours glued to his computer, watching pixels move as if they held meaning. When he wasn't gaming, he devoured books and online serials about chosen ones and destined saviors. In his imagination, he was the hero, the one who made the impossible possible. But when the screen dimmed and the credits rolled, he was still just Jack. Another face in a cubicle, another average name in a spreadsheet.

In his twenties, Jack tried to change that. He took up martial arts, fencing, even parkour, chasing a spark of the thrill he saw in games. But each time, he quit before mastering it. Reality didn't play by the same rules as his fantasies. You don't level up from effort alone.

By day, he became a data analyst, quiet, reliable, forgettable. By night, he escaped into worlds where he could matter. MMORPGs were his sanctuary, a place where he could rewrite himself one avatar at a time. He would always have his usernames always hint at some heroism like Valor, Chosen, Legend. Yet no matter how many raids he joined or quests he cleared, he could never shake the feeling that he was pretending.

Then came Sword Art Online. A revolutionary full-dive VRMMORPG that promised a world indistinguishable from reality. A world where anyone could become the hero they dreamed of being.

Jack didn't hesitate. He was able to find someone who could get him the game on release day, heart pounding with a hope he hadn't felt in years. Maybe, just maybe, this would be his story.

When the NerveGear powered on and the world around him dissolved into light, Jack smiled.

For the first time, he felt like the opening chapter of his story had truly begun, he just didn't know what was going to happen next.

Once Jack trusts someone, he sticks by them no matter what. Loyalty, to him, is sacred, a bond that shouldn't be broken easily. While this makes him a steadfast friend and ally, it also means betrayal cuts him deeply, sometimes leaving wounds that never fully heal.

+ Analytical Mind
Jack's background in data analysis gives him an edge in understanding complex systems. He instinctively notices patterns others might overlook, whether it's the rhythm of an enemy's attack or the drop rate of rare materials. This methodical approach often saves him in tight situations, turning careful observation into strategy.

+ Imaginative
Years of reading fantasy novels and playing RPGs have given Jack an unusually creative perspective. He tends to approach problems from unexpected angles, using imagination as his greatest weapon. Whether it's devising unorthodox tactics in battle or finding meaning in small details, his mind rarely stays confined to the obvious path.

This insecurity makes him second-guess his abilities, often understanding his own worth even when others see his potential.

– Overly Trusting
Because he craves connection and believes in the good in people, Jack sometimes lets his guard down too quickly. He wants to believe others have the same sincerity he does, even when the warning signs are obvious. This openness, while endearing, leaves him vulnerable to betrayal and manipulation in a world where not everyone has pure intentions.

– Perfectionist Mindset
Jack holds himself to impossibly high standards, convinced that anything less than perfect is failure. He spends far too much time revising plans, rethinking strategies, or repeating small mistakes until they're "right." This mindset often frustrates others during group efforts, as his need for precision can slow progress and breed unnecessary tension.

– Fear of Irrelevance
Jack's greatest fear isn't death, it's being forgotten. The idea that his life, both in reality and in the game, might leave no impact gnaws at him constantly. This fear sometimes drives him to take reckless risks, hoping to prove that he matters, that someone will remember his name when all is said and done.
