v e n e m o u s. Arsine may seem volatile at first, loving chemicals, science and toxins. A fascination with various poisons and the effects they have on the human anatomy. But really, she's quite kind. And won't outright hurt someone, or seek to hurt them. She doesn't believe in working hard to get out of the game. She believes that people outside the game are working around the clock to find a safe way to release them all. Besides how do they even know what a madman says is true? Do they really die? Or do they simply wake up with no time passed at all?  Let others worry about that, this world was made to have fun, so why not...do just that, and enjoy all the luxuries the world has to offer?   HISTORY Spoiler Born in Russia but moved to the states as a teenager to study. Arsine had an average life. Nothing of note. She loved venomous and poisonous insects, bugs, and creatures. She loved researching such things and the effect they had on the human body. So in the end she got her masters in Toxicology, and has helped create several antivenoms to various snakes and spiders. Hearing about Sword Art Online, she initially had little interest. Arsine wasn't really one for games. But hearing about the 'lifelike' feelings the game had, and the time dilation she chose to give it a try. Wanting to taste the most decadent of foods and enjoy herself in ways she could not and did not have time to do in the real world.  Now... she has all the time. VIRTUES Spoiler CAREFREE There is not much that would bother Arsine as she is a go with the flow kind of girl. Whilst she likes to follow a vague plan, and have some idea of what she is doing she will not get too bent out of shape or overly upset if things don't go according to plan. She thinks its more important to relax than to stress over the little things. SMART Arsine can be considered smart as she has her masters in Toxicology. Having studied various chemicals, and biological effects and what they have on the human body. Arsine enjoys matters relating to science, and the human boy. She's astute, and can pick up on social cues fairly well which makes her easy to get along with, although some might find her overly carefree attitude a little off putting considering the dire circumstances everyone in Aincrad is in. LOYAL If you hold her interest enough, she'll follow you to the ends of the earth. Arsine is loyal to those she actually holds close ties with, although the people she does hold close ties with are virtually zero. No need to get too attached to people in a virtual world after all. Perhaps this is also a vice; for she can and will blindly follow someone she admires. VICES Spoiler EASILY SWAYED Arsine is easily convinced to change her mind, if she doesn't have strong ties to something she'll allow to be swayed and see where the world takes her. Being too tired down to one moment, one reason, or one person is too limiting. Arsine is more than open to listen to others opinions if they are compelling enough. DISBELIEF Arsine does not believe in the Front-line effort. She won't stop the front-liners, but she doesn't believe there is a point. Fully convinced that if they really are 'trapped' the doctors and scientists in the real world would work out a way to help them. Arsine isn't even fully convinced that death is final in the game, but isn't one to test that theory. HEDONISTIC Arsine knows they are trapped here and are unable to escape. So She has decided to use that time in an entirely selfish manner. Arsine seeks simple pleasures, a good meal, a nice home, and comfort above all else.
