Background: 

Elowen grew up in a home where being 'easy to handle' was praised more than being honest. Adults liked her because she was sweet, polite, agreeable, and quiet. Kids liked her because she laughed easily and forgave too quickly. 

But as she got older, she began to notice that adult loved her sweet nature more than they loved her. The moment she showed frustration or sadness or anger, the warmth she received vanished. She learned to say, "Im okay." Even when she wasn't 

She never stopped being as sweet as a button, but she did stop giving it away blindly. Now, she chose her people intentionally. She protects her heart without hardening it- and thats what makes her rare. 

Those that know her best though, will tell you that she can be full of wit and mischief. Her trouble-making comes from curiosity, not rebellion. She wants to experience. Embrace the world and the things it has to offer. She doesnt break rules to be dramatic- she breaks them genuinely not realizing they even existed. Her family and friends hold her dear to their hearts, she is well liked, and well despised in equal measure. In her down time, Elowen likes to game, which brings us to present day.

[Emotionally warm] People feel safe being themselves around her. She is very down to earth. She listens well, and always gives sweet, reassuring smiles. 

[Resilient] She gets hurt, but she gets back up without turning bitter. She faces her battles head on. She always has a gokd attitude about it. 

[Loyal] Once she chooses someone, they are hers. She shows up, every time. She will never betray her loved ones. 

 

Flaws:

[Impulsive] If there are two choices, she chooses the one that will make her heart skip. She doesn't take long to think about the things she wants to pursue. She goes after the desired prize head on. No hesitation. 

[Avoids Confrontation] She will run from a conflict instead of arguing. If she hits her emotional limit, it spills out all at once. She fears that the conflict will destroy things over time. 

[Overextends herself] She is quick to tend to the needs of others. She often ignores her own as though they do not exist. She reaches fatigue without realizing it until its too late.
