She was pretty and popular… but on that fateful day when she had met Ayato, her whole life seemed to flip around and take a turn for the worst. Her whole perspective of the entire male population changing... And unexpectedly, she made a new friend. A boy with chestnut brown hair and bright amber eyes, an undying smile and a cheerful attitude. Whether she liked him or not was beyond what she could make out. The two of them would sometimes pretend that they were role playing, Aka being the queen and Ayato being the prince in shining armor. They would do so many things together, from pranking to going on small adventures in their self proclaimed kingdom… which was really Aka’s backyard. You could say they would be close friends for quite a while, but life was a game of cards. It gave, but it also took away. What happened next..? She had been driving home with her family one day, from a fun day at the park. It was dark, and all you could see were the flashing headlights of cars nearby. Unfortunately, there had been a drunk driver on the road at that very same time, speeding and swerving around dangerously. The car crashed into theirs, flipping it over to the side… a huge mess being made. Shattered glass and honking cars, the distant sounds of a cops car. It took her a while to process her current situation, eyes widened in panic. That was the last thing she remembered. Aka woke up in a room bleached white, no windows and nothing but sharp objects, an IV(?) pierced deep into her skin. “What happened…?†she thought in confusion. But then she remembered what happened last night. Remembering and having a small flashback of the glaring notices and the bright lights that were in her face. The faint notices of her mothers voice... A slight dizziness before she saw darkness and ended up in this strange place with white walls... That was it, they had gotten into an accident. She felt scared and anxious, her fear heightening even more as her attention focused on her parents. Where were they? Were they… alright? Later on the official announcement of her mother’s death was heard. Her whole body was covered in a strange white sheet, her corpse being rolled away into a freezing room, the place where all the fallen were kept right before burial. â€Why me?†she’d think. Her father was alive, and there was Ayato who would be there for her. Or so she had thought. Shortly after, she had been forced to move away into another part of Japan, all the way in Tokyo: the thriving capital of Japan. The only way she could contact Ayato was by phone… but things still weren’t any better. Years had past, she had been the same. (OOC: Also this disorder gives her thoughts, dreams, and flashbacks of the memory, and these extra side effect(s); numbing; detachment; muteness; derealization; depersonalization or dissociative amnesia.)«Present Time» Later on in life after being as silent as a mouse to mostly everyone.. She managed to get her hands on the game Sword Art Online. Her father once getting it for her in hopes to cheer her up a bit. Even though she showed no emotions to him, he felt love for his daughter hoping for her to grow up and be a greater and more successful person in life. So, after a while of contemplating on whether or not to get the game for her. After weeks and weeks of contemplating he finally decided to get Sword Art Online for her. The next thing he knew she had said "Link Start!" and had gotten into the game of Sword Art Online.«Appearance»Aka has two long pigtails that go down to her waist. A light hazel color on the roots of her hair that ombres into a darker hazel. Blue bows tying up the long hair into pigtails. Curious turquoise pupils, accompanied with smaller lips. her skin more of a pale white rather than a darker skin tone. Her usual attire being a crimson colored shirt with white/greyish lace on the color of the rather light and loose crimson shirt, a darker colored bow on the waist that ties. Accompanied with a lighter yellow colored skirt under the loose garment. And light grey moccasins that accompany the clothing.«Virtues»Pacifist In Akari’s aspect, fighting or any unreasonable act of violence is merely nonsense. She is against rudeness or crude acts, and sometimes goes out of her way to stop them from happening if she were to witness it. Most of the time, she hands situations calmly… not afraid of the consequences that might follow behind her.“Fighting is a mere game in this world. Reasonable people that understand the true meaning behind fighting, wouldn't participate in it.â€Diligent Earlier in her years, Ayato had taught her a life lesson about diligence and persistence. She used to be one who’d give up rather easily, but now she’ll strive to get things done. Even if it endangered her, she’ll work hard to get things done and done right. “If you don’t keep on trying… what’s the point of even attempting?†Ayato would tell her. Her determination is a double edged sword. Akari has a great work ethic… but a wide chance of dangerous situations that might occur.“Successfulness comes after the years of persistence and hard work.â€Smart Akari knows an adequate amount of knowledge, due to the amount of time she had spent in extracurricular activities and such. There wasn’t much to do anyways, so Akari tended to deprive herself with endless stacks of books. They ranged from easy to above level. It brought her so much fame, yet she hadn’t even felt satisfied even so. She felt as if… there wasn’t anything to look forward to anymore. What was the purpose of all this hard work?“Knowledge is something to thrive for. If you have enough of it, it will help you in years to come and in sticky situations.â€Â«Flaws»Mute She barely ever talks to anyone unless she feels that you need to know it without dismay. Or if she thinks that she can trust her with what she says or talks about as in secrets or even that she could even just talk. She becomes mute at times in the middle of talking or even she could stare at one thing for a long time and become mute. Sometimes just remembering something from the past suddenly could make her be mute for a few seconds to even hours.“Is there a cure for such a tragedy? What would it take to see her smile again..?â€Unemotional She almost never shows the REAL side of herself, only giving you the side of herself that's never true. Barely no one's ever seen her real side. And rarely anyone WILL see it. Until then you see her fake side, as if a facade. She's truly a pretty good faker too. Many people believe that it's her real side after that huge car crash... Though It's only a mere facade truthfully.“A huge structure in the way of getting to her truthful side.â€Blunt Another thing about this facade of a human is that she will easily blurt out something that's about someone different and would have no feelings about randomly blurting it out and ruining or smashing their heart. he could easily tell you what she thinks about one thing or another without any thinking of it or any 'frosting and sprinkles' as Ayato would say. She could easily just blurt out random things without dismay or thought. Though when I managed to get a hold of Ayato and made up a plot instead, Then Akari was designed to have the more horrendic history. • Akari was originally going to be more cheerful and playful, Though after a bit of thought I decided that this might be funner to roleplay then Cheerfulness. • Akari was originally planned to have the Face Claim Megurine Luka. I didn't decide to use it, but later up the road (if it's not taken) I hope to use it for my second character. • When I first imagined Akari I imagined her of more of a singer and dancer, though as I reorganized I thought of making her more emotionless and Anti-Social.
