His father was a very successful CEO of a very prominent computer company, and his family was always traveling. From his birth he was labeled a genius. He had mastered the cello, violin, harp, accordion, guitar and piano by the age of ten. Because of his frequent travels and natural abilities he is fluent in every major European language as well as Russian and Japanese. He received advanced education from around the world, and studied many topics; upon completion of middle school he began work on reinventing the wheel. He designed a new fuel type, and engine to use it. He dropped out halfway through high school to build his first vehicle a side-by-side ATV, which sold wonderfully. After making so much money on his first vehicle he accepted a contact with Porsche to build the best car in the world. He utilized his new engine and his father’s computer resources to build a sports car that was truly unique. Each one came with a unique A.I. inside to assist with driving and navigation. Soon he became wealthier than his father as his team designed more cars for the common man, every car that did not bear his mark was considered obsolete. He single handedly began a second industrial revolution. Throughout all the fame and fortune Charles managed to stay true to his two best friends, Rocky and Hans. Because they were both orphans he bought a mansion for them to share. He never let work interfere with spending time with them, and often allowed them to put input into his designs. Because he did not like unintelligence he often got angry with the people around him, his friends were an exception and were always there to carry his thoughts elsewhere. On a trip to Japan he was robbed and nearly killed but saved by a young woman who took him into her house and healed him. In-between the various business meetings he would visit Rio often using her as a guide around the city of Tokyo. He began to fall in love with her. One day he asked to meet her parents, when they got to their house they were being robbed and he incapacitated the attackers. Rio’s family was very grateful for what he did and approved of the couple. When he had to return to Germany he reveled his true identity and asked her to come with him, she agreed. When he learned that each of his friends got a copy of Sao and he didn’t, he became angry. When they all met in his casino for poker he bet Hans his cop of Sao for his private jet. Charles won the game in a fair match, however he felt bad for taking it and decided to trade his jet to some old man for another copy. On the day of the Launch he was at a meeting and insisted that his friends log on. When he heard that people were trapped inside he knew he needed to be with his friends. He logged on and looked for them when he saw them far away. He got close enough to see them commit suicide believing that they could escape; he is now trapped in the game without a purpose. » Virtues: 1. Charisma. Although he never knew why people he didn’t talk to hated him, yet a simple handshake and hello often made people fall to his knees, Charles has always been the center of a group and life of a party. Although his lovers were as numerous as his enemies, he only kept three good friends. Every single one of them died on the first day inside Sao. Now he tries to be a silent guardian, until his leadership is needed. 2. Sacrifice. Charles cannot stand injustice and evil. He has a strong sense of morality and will put life and limb on the line to defend what he believes in. However his own view of the world often bends when his own interests are involved. Nevertheless Charles will always fight the good fight for others, acting as a shield or a sword when needed. 3. Wisdom. Charles has always been considered “wise beyond his yearsâ€, and rightfully so, he has always had an inner sense of the best path for every situation. He is very patient in looking for the best way to do something, he is never without a plan, if he is put on the spot he will often suppress others to make sure that a rash and impulsive “mob†idea is not made. »Flaws: 1. Gambling addict. In real life Charles won a copy Sao from a game of poker with his friend. He owned a casino and made it a point to go there every night. He has trouble stopping gambling because in the real world money was never a problem for him. People ho don’t come in contact with him, view him as a bum or a lose cannon and tend to satay distant or unattached to him. 2. Intolerant. Charles had a very good education and was shielded from the outside world from his parents. Because of this, he does not like unintelligence or lack of thinking. In order to be happy he needs a plan; without a plan chaos ensues him and he loses his grip on reality and his charismatic traits. 3. Overambitious. Charles has always been a dreamer, and usually gets what he wants. When his great charisma fails him, he may turn to lying and cheating, perhaps even violence to get what he wants. Even though he has a strong disposition to help others, he views himself as better, and therefore a priority.
