» About: Jaxx is the product of a troubled childhood. Its cliched, but there is no other way to explain her behavior. She is a cruel, with a short temper and a sharp tongue. Her humor generally comes at the expense of others. She is incredibly distrusting, but when it comes down to it, she is an expert when it comes to working with other people. Jaxx is quite skilled at convincing others to do her dirty work, and has a knack for knowing just what buttons to push. Her charm, fluid sexuality, and ruthlessness can often get her anything that she wants in life. She is aware of this fact, and she is not afraid to go to extremes. She has nothing to lose.

 

Her self-centered tendencies began at a young age. She never knew her father, but her mother's brother was toxic. Relentless harassment and abuse turned her into a hard, angry young woman. At sixteen, she dropped out of school and lived with anyone who would take her in. She worked for her food and rent, but quickly discovered means of cheating people. Since then, she has been moving about the country, taking anything she needed, and forging no ties. She has no interest in video games, and only put on the nerve gear when the man she was living with that week encouraged her to. 

 

 

» Virtues:
Adaptable: Jaxx is incredibly adaptable. Her life, for as long as she can remember, has been about making modifications, and going with the flow. If anything changes in her life, she does not bat an eye. Instead, she simply makes the necessary alterations to her own plan. This will prove beneficial in a world as unknown as SAO.

Convincing: Though she is by no means social, Jaxx does know how to talk to people. She can put on any face she deems necessary, just to promise them whatever they want to hear. This has helped her get out of many binds in the past, and weasel her way into areas generally marked off-limits. If she needs anything in the game, she figures she will have no difficulty getting it from unsuspecting players.

Ruthless: Put simply, Jaxx will stop at nothing to get what she wants. She has a plans A to Z lined up, and she will not hesitate to use any of them. She is rarely affected by the plights of others, and so she has no issue with walking over whoever she needs to in order to be happy. Clearing the game would be nice, but she is determined to enjoy herself in the process. If that means abusing other players, so be it.

 

» Flaws:
Short Temper: For the most part, Jaxx succeeds in keeping her emotions in check. This allows her to take on any role, depending on the situation. If she needs to be the sweet little girl, or the damsel in distress, she can pull it off. However, she does have a short temper. Certain triggers will send her into a fit of rage. Physical violence often follows.

Loner: Though she will pretend to form relationships, Jaxx prefers to keep herself free of ties. Only a handful of times in her life has she actually grown to care about someone. This has served her fine in the real world, but SAO might prove to be a bit more difficult. When everyone is focused on survival, what place will there be for her?

Liar: The creative lies that the woman can spin have kept her alive for twenty three years. But the webs can occasionally grow too complex, and someone call call her out on her dishonesty. When this happened in the past, Jaxx generally just left town. But how will she be able to escape this in SAO?
