To be Humble [F2,4,5] (COMPLETE)

Recommended Posts

IT would seem to Zelrius as not a whole ton was going on in Aincrad as of late. And The boy just kind of moped around nowadays waiting for something to happen. In which case, Nothing ever did happen. Mostly this was based on perspective. Because tons happened in Aincrad nearly every day, But since his failure at trying to connect with Freya, Zelrius just kind of gave up on Social Life as of late. This was not something the Normally arrogant boy was used to doing as he always loathed being alone and only having himself as company. Yet despite his utter disgust in loneliness, Zelrius has had more adventures by himself then with actual people. He sighed, Realzing this fact. And at that moment, Narcissim slipped away, if but a moment, then caught bck up as he stood from his bed on the 9th Floor inn, to go Monster Hunting.

Zelrius had many plans for the future. On his return it would seem most of the command and assualt group had seemingly disappeared, Leaving the next in line down the chain to be Zelrius. Never once did he guess that the entire chain would be smashed like that right down and stopping at him, It would seem Floor 9 is proving harder to beat then most other floors combined, making it almost a little unfair. But at this point, There was nothing that could be done other then a little something the boy had in mind of his own.

So with his great speed and Agility, Zelrius maneuvered through the rocky mountains on Floor 2 to the Mountain known to belong to the Quest boss, The Wasp Queen. Oh this one was certainly one of the easiest bosses Zelrius had ever fought. And now it would prove even easier then before due to a little toy Zelrius had acquired that went by the name of "The Twinfire Blade". This curved sword ended up being one of the most powerful thus far, and was beautifullys designed to. The Blades was covered in a swirl of Blue and Red flames that mixed in some parts to form a gorgeous Purple flame. Zelrius was pretty sure this would be his one true love in life.

Zelrius, now drawing focus away from his sword and back to the primary goal, came upon the small circle opening that was a flat on the side of a distant mountain, marked only by the quest icon in the center of the flat. With in a Flurry of Blue shards clashing together, THe wasp Materilized and Zelrius didn't waste a second. He charged forth with his new "Toy" swinging at the boss. Of course, He made the first hit, and with Luck he dodged the counter of the Boss, The Wasp Queen.

Zelrius went for the stirke once more, However the Wasp Queen Evaded this time rather quickly. And for a moment Zelrius was almost positive he was going to get hit with that stinger, But he ended up moving out of the way just in time. That would make this battle only a little bit longer then I had intended it to be, Zelrius ended up thinking to himself. Naturally the Narcissist is in no hurry most of the time since he always believed all the time belonged to him, But he was being a realist today.

Zelrius had backed up a bit now, in order to get his grip back on the current situation. He analyzed all the current surroundings, unconcisously, as there were no actual objects in the circle where the Wasp was at. He had fought this wasp many times before and knew by heart everything visible by the eye within the circle, However He simpyl looked around as a way of coping for his bad eyesight, He had to be more precise. So, He charged forth and took another hit out on this overgrown Bee.

Zelrius himself could see the HP of the Wasp draining pretty fast with every flaming hit that came it's way. Zelrius laughed at it, Since this was a kind of pathetic thing. Here something that was supposed to be a "Boss" and it was practically kneeling at the feet of a singlular player  When he stopped laughing he was just in time to notice the stinger flying toward him but could not react fast enough. The blow was impacting on his HP, However, Zelrius made a nice little Counter attack.

The current enemy of his was currently in the deep REd Zone. Or So Zelrius liked to call that area in which your hp drops below 10% of your orginial Health. It was sad really, this fight. It showed just how overpowered some of the Higher levels could get and even more so, Showed just how overpowered some really are. When another stinger caught him in the Right arm, Zelrius swung his Twinfire sword down on the Wasp for the final time today.

Zelrius just blankly looked at the Panel that popped up everytime you were done with a fight. He didn't much care for the Col or Exp earned from the fight. That's not what he was after, esspically since he had plenty of both. Of course it didn't hurt at all to have those two things, But mainly Zelrius was after the drop that you got everytime you killed the wasp: The Stinger. One down two to go. Pulling out his teleport crystal, Zelrius shuddered realzing that now he must venture to Floor 4 in an effort to kill the Boss there known as Avalanche.

So here Zelrius was, in Snowfrost town another time. And this probably won't be the last. Despite is utter hate for this Floor of Snow and cold, Zelrius still found himself here atleast once a week nowadays hunting down the Avalanche Boss for its rare drop that would extremely help the Boss Fight Cause. Of Course, everything Zelrius got during this little expedition would only be used and carried by him, Selfishly, But he certainly wasn't in to the Share and care system.

The cold was just another reason why Zelrius didn't waste a second making his way to the Mountain Avalanche spawned at. He ran through the snow, This time with his Duster on that was to and did keep him warm during his trip. Quickly he ran up the side of the slope and was in the area. Just as it had many times before now, Avalanche Spawned and was ready to be destroyed by the narcissist. Drawing his beautiful Flaming Sword, Zelrius swung over his shoulder and down on the boss, Dealing High Amounts of Damage.

Just like that the Fight had begun, and just like Zelrius had already done more then considerable damage. At that moment Zelrius was slightly astonished, Now realizing that it wasn't but two months ago he could never dream of doing the amount of damage that the boy did quite so often. It would seem now that The Avalanche made a move, Throwing a fist down. Zelrius Evaded the Fist with ease and made quite a quick counter attack

Zelrius couldn't believe how much easier his skills and Twinfire Skill made this fight. Before He didn't think He could Solo this boss With so much ease. In fact, when it first apeeared, Zelrius couldn't have soloed it. But now, The bastard was far too easy of an enemy. It would seem that none of the previous notions mattered. Once again Avalanche tried a counter attack, This time throwing a rock at Zelrius, But with the Boots of Speed and Skills, Zelrius once again evaded and struck the Boss once more.

Zelrius simply hopped back infront of the boss. He knew how aggrovated the boss jjust was. Most if not all CPU's get rather angry in this game if you just keep hitting them and they cannot even touch you. This time The Avalanche went for a grip around Zelrius, which was even dumber then anything else the Avalanche could've possibly done, All the boy had to do was jab his sword right into the Palm of Avalanche's hand to get a free hit.

(Woo I can Perma Roller on this Device it's just a bit of a oain in the arse)

Zelrius had to laugh a little it was once that these bosses were quite formiddible opponents and that they may at one point have been an actual challenge to Zelrius, But now they're Damage was spotty at best and They're evasion was none at all. Zelrius spun his twinfire sword in his hand then charged forth for yet another attack, Hopefullu being the last. Once this battle was done, Zelrius would move forward to the Sand Shark of Floor . Then he'd be in a bit of a stand still for a while Zelrius supposed.

Zelrius gritted his teeth a bit in annoyance. Not only did Zelrius hate the biting cold of this floor, but now Avalanche for the first time in this entire fight was no longer taking burn damage from the Twin Fire Sword. He Absolutely hated this whole ordeal he was now in. So that is again why when Zelrius tried to attack and missed then evaded Avalanche's counter, Zelrius grew even more annoyed

Zelrius got a bit frustrated now when his next attack missed, but not by a whole lot. That was what pissed him off even more is right there this fight could be over, but No, The Enemy just had to keep trying even though as of right now there was absolutely no way in hell it was going to win this fight. Again, Despite that, Avalanche took another swing at Zelrius and made a hit, But due to Zelrius's immense Armor, He simply stood there and took the small hit that did little to no Damage.

Now Avalanche made yet another blow against Zelrius. And by the force that was pushed into the blow, Zelrius could tell that it had meant to do extra damage, But because of Zelrius's Guantlents, No such extra damage was dealt. He sighed and just stood nonchalantly as the Fist of Avalanche hit him, And nothing happened except a slight unnoticable drop in his Hp..

Zelrius yawned. He was tired of this battle. He was tired of the Cold of Floor 4, and overall He was just tired. Today wasn't very exciting in particular but it was as of late, there was a lot going on around him and little to no time to react. Of course he didn't mind the responibility of the Boss fight. Not in the slightest he enjoyed it. But It was all just new to him and would take just a tiny bit for this particular narcissist to get used to. Drawing his sword, He thrust it forward, Ending the life of the Boss known as Avalanche

Receieved Quest Drop

Moving on.

Zelrius pulled out one of his last remaining Teleportation Crystals and was off to the City of Ignius on Floor 5. Zelrius almost missed the sandstone buildings and lush colorful decorations that were on every wall and ceiling of each building. Floor 9 was much more bland and straightforward than any other floor thus far. But that was also one of the reasons Zelrius Liked the Floor so much. It didn't attract a whole lot of people. All that aside, Zelrius made his trek to the Place not far from here where Sand Shark Spawned in.

Zelrius was not sastified or the least bit entertained or pleased when the Boss known as Sand Shark popped out of the sand and attempted to bite  the Arrogant boy. Zelrius merely stepped out of the way and got a side fin to the face. That hurt a little but was not very clever on the Shark's behalf. This being because as it sunk back down, Zelrius thrust his sword in after it, Hitting the Shark and Dealing the alotted amount of damage
