Earning a living [SP-F1]

Dordur had yet to select a profession and was actually getting quite bored of him not having one to craft. After deciding carefully what he wanted to be, Dordur had decided on the "alchemist" profession.

Also after gathering a few materials, Dordur had more materials then he needed so he wanted to go try and craft something, but that wouldn't be possible until after this quest.

Dordur arrived at the alchemical workshops and while he watched the alchemists testing, one of the NPCs made a mistake and created and set of a smoke bomb which absolutely captured Dordurs eyes within an unescapeable prison of smoke bombs and alchemical weapons.

 

(not actually captured within an actual prison, just saying it like that)

After having been completely amazed by the smoke bomb, Dordur decided to take a look at the different ranks for the alchemists. He would soon take a look at the other ranks but not for this thread.

 

Rank 1: Starting rank and 2 Crafts a day

1=Epic fail 1 EXP
2-4=fails 1 EXP
5-7=bad Item 1 EXP
8-9=Good Item 2 EXP
10=Uncommon Item 3 EXP

After taking a look at the crafting tables, and being not very amused at the "Rank 1: Starting rank and 2 Crafts a day" noticing that there was only 2 crafts per day for a rank 1 he became outraged and grabbed the first liquid he saw thinking it was atleast some form of beverage. Which was actually a "Paralyze potion/poison" and suddenly Dordur fell with the paralyze icon on him.

Dordur then attempted to stand up, only to fall down again due to the potion being somewhat still in effect. After over 10 tries and 10 failures, Dordur decided to just lay down while reading a book that had fallen ontop of his head. Some of the words he was able to read due to the book being ontop of his head at point blank range Were: Buy m- - sh-- from t-e t---h.

After getting quite annoyed for reading these exact same words for the past 5 minutes, Dordur rushed to stand up only to bump his head into a table that was appearantly ontop of him and spilling most of the poisons/bombs. The spilled poisons ended up melting a hole through the table and Dordur was juuuust able to dodge them until a bomb fell on the ground through the hole in the table, exploding in Dordurs face giving dordur a black head and hair.

With most people laughing at this unfortunate guy called Dordur, Dordur simply walked out ashamed of his idiocy. After walked for around an hour, Dordur had already arrived outside and to make matters worse, he encountered a few mobs called 'bandits' those mobs were aggressive and immediately started attacking dordur. The first mob dealt 2 damage while the other ones were still actually getting prepared.

After getting surprised, Dordur attempted to dodge the attack but was nonetheless hit for 2 damage, After getting hit Dordur swung at one of the enemies dealing 8 damage

The other two bandits were now ready and able to kill.

After having one of their comrades killed, the bandits were quite unhappy and attacked Dordur at the same time. but missing nonetheless for both of them. Dordur then after dodging the attacks, swung his scimitar at one of them and ended up killing him.

After the two died, the bandit mob attempted to run away but dordur would not let him, attacking him while running away hitting him in the back and slicing him in half.

Dordur then walked towards the spot where he had seen some of the butter-on-a-stick monsters, "Those should be really easy." Dordur Thought to himself while searching for them.

soon dordur noticed that 6 Butter on a stick monsters had spawned considerably far from each other, long enough to not aggro the player when one attacked. Taking this in considaration, Dordur Charged towards the first butterfly, slashing at it with his Scimitar.

Dordur had killed all of the butter monsters but it was only for a momment, after around 5 minutes of inventory sorting e.t.c. four more butter on a stick monsters spawned up, Dordur however was not very surprised and launged at at one of them who seemed to be the only one who noticed him slicing at him.

The last one left was a large one although not larger then the others by a big amount, it was still quite big. Dordur slashed at it and it fell in a single swoop as expected of a floor one monster. Soon after  the monster fell, Dordur got a notification "quest requirements completed" And so he decided to go turn the quest in.
