» About: Haruka lives in Tokyo, Japan, in the Akihabara district. She is an only child, and her mother and father both work extremely long hours. Haruka is in class 1-3 in high school, and has made many friends there. She and her friends spend most of the day together even after school, as they all attend the same club after school and wander around Akihabara for the rest of the time. Haruka is highly responsible as her parents are unable to perform most daily tasks due to their busy schedules. 

Haruka is extremely outgoing and friendly, and is able to make friends very easily. This is also what she cares about the most; her friends are everything to her and are the only ones to care for her when she is feeling down. However, this is rare since she is very optimistic and is able to find a positive in every negative. Haruka is not very athletic, being only an average runner. However, she is very talented in music as she can sing and play many different musical instruments. She and her three closest friends are all part of a band in school. 

 

Sometimes, Haruka's friends would introduce her to a new game. Haruka does not usually use the computer or gaming systems, but will always be willing to play a game if her friends are also playing. Now Sword Art Online, the first ever VRMMO, is getting released. Haruka's friends insisted that they go line up a day early, and she agreed. Although they were not as hardcore of gamers as the people who lined up many days before, Haruka and her friends all received a copy of Sword Art Online.

» Virtues:
Optimistic: Haruka is always finding a way to change a bad thing into a good thing, and is almost never disappointed or sad. When she makes a mistake, she moves on and continues to face future challenges. However, if her actions hinder a friend, she will begin to feel down as she dislikes causing trouble for others.

Outgoing: Haruka has never been a shy person. Every day, she is always the most talkative out of all her friends. She is never afraid to answer any questions the teacher asks, nor is ever afraid to do a presentation to the public no matter how much pressure there is.

Caring: Haruka is extremely caring to everyone in the world, and often claims that she loves everyone. She treats all her friends with honour and respect, and is very grateful that she can have friends as awesome as they are. Haruka is always willing to help a friend if they are in trouble.

Impulsive: Although Haruka is outgoing, sometimes this can lead her into saying something before actually thinking about it. This may sometimes be insulting to a friend, but however she usually apologizes as soon as she finds out what she said was hurtful. This may also mean she makes some unachievable promises without thinking. If Haruka is unable to fulfil a promise she had made, she will be very sad until her friends come and cheer her up.
 
Absent-minded: Although Haruka is a great student and is always able to answer questions in class, she sometimes daydreams and just sits absent-minded. She can also be very forgetful, as she easily forgets most things and requires to be reminded all the time. However, there are some things in her life that she remembers extremely well in detail. 

Clumsy: Haruka is extremely clumsy, as she often trips in public or drops her books. Her clumsiness has hindered her in her athletics, but it usually does not bother her much.
