[SP-F1] <<Earning a Living>> Becomming a Master Chef!! (Complete)

Alyss had just accepted the quest to get a profession and was on her way to the location where she was to start her first day of training in the profession Cooking.

 

She arrived at the restaurant and looked around and smiled as she did hear some noise in the back and went to the desk and smacked the bell and waited.

 

Soon came out a elderly woman and said "You must be here to take the Cooking profession, am i right?" the old lady said looking at Alyss.

 

She looked back at the lady and said "Your right miss, I'm here to learn how to become a cook and was sent here to learn the basics about how to do so in this world"

 

The elderly woman smiled and said "Come with me out in the back then i show you where the kitchen stuff is then you be making the food for the orders that come in today"

 

Alyss was excited to having found her profession and getting ready to learn it fully as she went out in the kitchen.

As Alyss and the still no named elderly lady went out into the kitchen in the back Alyss had a wide smile.

 

The elderly lady then said "I'm Olivia by the way, hopefully we become good friends over the next days time where your here helping me out to learn the basics of cooking"

 

Alyss looked around the kitchen and it was not very big it seemed like around the size of her own kitchen at her place, just this one also had its own garden with all the ingredients you could ever need to make food.

 

Olivia then said "This is gonna be your work space for today, so start chopping some Garlic's and Tomatoes and Cucumbers so we have just a little ready when someone comes to order food, early in the day we only got cold servings and when we get closer to night we start with warm food" she said and went back out into the restaurant

 

Alyss went out in the back and first took some Garlic then some onions and a few cucumbers and also some tomatoes and then went back into the kitchen and first washed the tomatoes under the water, then cucumbers and then the onions. After having washed the onions she found a Cutting Board and a Sharp knife.

Alyss was so ready to start chopping those ingredients she had found to get ready to make what ever food got ordered, so she first started cutting the tomatoes into slices of around a half cm each and did put em in a bowl and placed em for them self.

 

There next she started on the cucumber and did slice 1/3 up in Julienne and the other in slices and small squares since she did not really know what she could en up having to make for the customers if there would be any.

 

After the Tomatoes and Cucumbers had been sliced and cut out into smaller pieces, Alyss started with the onions and did slice half of the onions into rings and the other half into 1x1 squares.

 

Finally it had come to the garlics which she did first crush then started chopping into smaller bits, so it was easier to use.

 

As the last step in her preparation she did put each of them into a separate bowl.

Alyss was so ready for some people to come ordering as she thought it was like in the real world when you cook.

 

But she would be surprised when her first customer come in since she had to make the cooking successful with the crafting system in this game, so she knew it would be more then luck she needed to get it done. maybe if she were lucky her first dish would be good.

 

Olivia soon came out with a smile and said "Are you ready for this?, there should be someone coming in the door any second now"

 

Alyss just smiled "I was born for this, so let em come i throw out the dishes faster then they can hand you the money" she said and giggled.

 

Olivia had only just gotten back out in the front as the first customer came in and ordered a Sandwich as she went out to the kitchen and told Alyss that first order was a sandwich.

 

Alyss got ready to test her luck in food making as she did press the cook button and it did success but it was horrible looking that sandwich but but better then nothing right?.

ID 8434 CD 7 (Bad Item)

 

Alyss had made her first sandwich with her cooking and it went quite horrible she walked out with the sandwich to Olivia and she looked at it.

 

"You got a long way to go kiddo, with those cooking skills you got right now, i don't hope you were aiming to open a place of your own." She then went over to serve it for the customer.

 

Alyss then went back out in the kitchen and tried again to make another sandwich and yet again her luck was horrible but at least it did still succeed and not explode in her face so she looked at what she had made this time, it was a little bit better then last time but still bad quality so not something a chef would be proud of, but a beginner in a game is something else.

 

Alyss was rather proud to have succeed to cook two times without failing. but then again it could not be much worse then what she had made atm.

 

She heard the door go up and another customer come in to the place.

ID 8439 CD 5 (Bad Quality Food)

 

As the next customer had come into the place went to Olivia and ordered a Shrimp Cocktail as she went out to Alyss and said "One Shrimp Cocktail and at least try make it look nice" she said to Alyss that was having a streak of bad quality already,

 

But then hey its better then spoiled she kept on telling her self, as she did try make a shrimp cocktail and yet again she did make it but it did not quite look eatable but she just poured some more thousand island over it so it did not look to bad, as she went out to Olivia with it and handed her.

 

"Here you go, almost better then what i made before" she said and went back into the kitchen disappointed of her cooking skills.

ID 8442 CD 6 (Bad Quaility Food)

 

Olivia went out with the Shrimp cocktail for the customer and got back again as the one who had gotten a sandwich a while ago came up with there dish and said "Not the best sandwich i had but neither was it the worst, so thanks for the meal" the person said and went away again, as yet another customer came into the shop to order some food.

 

This guy ordered a Tuna salad, Alyss could hear it from the back but waited for Olivia to come out and say it, as Olivia soon came out and said "One Tuna Salad" as she went back into the restaurant.

 

Alyss was now on a bad quality streak of 3 dishes and could it keep going this way she tough to her self as she did press the cook tuna salad button and shortly after a tuna salad was standing there it looked like salad but there was not much tuna in it so she quickly did find some tuna and started slicing it and did throw into the salad and went out to give it to Olivia so she could serve it to the customer.

Alyss felt that this time would be better then the other three times so she still had to keep on trying to make something good. so she waited for the next order.

 

Olivia soon came out and said "Ready for some more customers " as she went back into the desk before Alyss could even respond cause of the door bell did ring, as another customer had joined the horrible cooking of Alyss.

 

The next customer ordered a Ham Sandwich as Olivia soon came out and said "i need one Ham Sandwich" as she went back into the desk and did let Alyss work.

 

Alyss had her streak of 3 bad quality food yet no total failures yet so she did find the Ham sandwich in the cook book and pressed the cook button as out came a lovely looking ham sandwich that she took and went into Olivia and smiled.

 

"Here Olivia my best try yet" she then went back out in the kitchen.

ID 8453 CD 6 ( Bad Quality Food )

 

Alyss had just handed Olivia the Ham sandwich of good quality and was proud to have gotten over bad quality in the cooking.

 

The person who had ordered the shrimp cocktail came up with the dish and said "It was a quite good cocktail, it had just the right amount of (dressing?)" as the person left and another one came into the place and gave an order.

 

"I like to order two pieces of butter bread(not sure if thats even the right name in english, but thats what google translate calls it lol)" Olivia smiled and took the payment then went out to alyss in the kitchen and said.

 

"Two pieces of Butter bread" as she went back behind the desk, and Alyss started cooking up the dish.

 

She did look it up in the cook book and did press the cook button to make yet another bad quality but it was still better then she failed the cooking so she still had not lost faith in her cooking skills as she went out with the two pieces of butter bread on a dish and placed then back to the kitchen.

Alyss already did know she could not keep being this luck with her rolls so she was yet again waiting for a customer to come in so she had something to do.

 

As the one with the Ham sandwich had just finished he went up to place his dish and said it was one of the best sandwiches he had ever had. and then left.

 

As the Ham guy left another one came in at the same time and this one did order something as simple as Garlic bread.

 

Olivia came out in the kitchen and said to Alyss "a piece of Garlic Bread"

 

Alyss knew quite well how easy that was to make in real life but was it also easy when it was chance based?.

 

Alyss did find it in her cook book and then pressed the Cook button and the next second the kitchen table was floating with smashed bread and garlic, as she said out loud "I knew this would happen at some point but why with something this easy" she was almost annoyed over the chance to craft system due to not even being able to make a garlic bread.

ID 8460 CD 11 ( Rare Quality Food )

 

Alyss had just messed up a garlic bread it was quite horrible just for her to even know she had done that, and as Olivia came out to the kitchen to see where the garlic bread was.

 

She did see the mess due to the failed cooking, "I see you failed come on try again and hurry up a little we got a customer waiting out there" she said and got back out to the customer

 

Alyss knew it was a failure her try on making Garlic bread and then did try cook it once more this time it did become more like a master piece then anything else, it was just perfectly looking this time and nothing wrong with it at all.

 

Alyss then went out with it to Olivia and looked towards the customer and said "Sorry for the wait" as she went back into the kitchen and Olivia went out to hand him his Garlic bread.

 

Next up came the person who had ordered two pieces of butter bread and said "It did taste quite nice, but i don't think i ever had something like it before" as he left.

8462 CD 4 ( Failed )

 

It was now time to close the cold kitchen and open up for the warm one since it had gotten quite late.

 

So Olivia came out to the kitchen and asked Alyss to clean up and make her self something to eat since there was some time before the next bunch of people would arrive.

 

Alyss new just what she wanted to eat, not some real food but she was in the mood for some chocolate cake.

 

So she opened the cook book and found Chocolate Cake and did press cook, next thing she knew was that nothing had actually happened, just a simple failure nothing more nothing less.

 

So she just started cleaning up the kitchen instead.

Alyss had just finished cleaning the kitchen from the mess with garlic she had made, and was now ready to take orders for warm food.

 

She had dropped all about trying to make anything for herself since it failed and she did not really have time to try once more.

 

Out by Olivia the man who had ordered the Garlic bread had finished eat and came up to Olivia and said "It was worth the wait it was quite delicious" he said and left.

 

Soon after the first customer who wanted some warm food had arrived.

 

He did order a portion of Spaghetti and meat balls as Olivia came out into the kitchen and said it to Alyss.

 

Alyss quickly started looking it up and found it quite easy and then started cooking it over the heat as she did press cook. and Blamo a quite good looking portion of Spaghetti meat balls with some cheese over it to make it look extra good.

 

She went out with the dish for Olivia so she could give it to the customer.

ID 8466 CD 1!!! ( Rotten Food )

 

Alyss felt like she was not all bad in a kitchen she had only failed twice so far where one of them was her own dinner.

 

So she was quite happy about that part, but should she keep up the day was soon over and then Olivia would teacher her the skill so she could actually level it up and become better at it.

 

Olivia had just gotten a new customer in the door that had ordered lasagne as Olivia went out to the kitchen.

 

"Alyss we need a lasagne" she said and then went back into the desk

 

Alyss loved lasagne in the real world, but knew a lot of things could go wrong even in the real world but here even more could go wrong.

 

She once again opened the cooking book and found the recipe and pressed cook, as she looked at the bar progress up to the end soon it did reach it and did just write "EPIC FAIL" over her cooking screen as she quickly covered her face as the lasagne exploded in the kitchen and once again the whole place was covered in food.

 

She was almost about to give up on cooking due to her bad luck in this game, but she did not back down just cause of this little accident and quickly started cleaning up

ID 8467 CD 9 ( Good Quality Food )

 

Alyss had just finished cleaning as she quickly started the cooking up once more hoping for better results this time since last was not so good.

 

The Lasagne could not be worse then the last one, so she pressed the button once more, knowing she had no time to waste since it was almost time for the two to call it a day.

 

As the progress bar did go up she wished it would succeed this time, and when it did reach the end it said "Good Quality" she was starting to get a hang of it.

 

She quickly did throw the Lasagne on a plate and handed Olivia to give to the customer that was waiting for his food.

 

Alyss almost felt bad for him to have to wait for her to get done with his food twice.

Alyss was so ready to be done with this day after how much food she had gotten on her cloth from her failure.

 

So she waited for the next order to come in so she could get the day over with, and soon someone did bump in the door.

 

A young girl around 10 maybe a little more, but not much she went up to order Pasta and Tomato sauce.

 

As she went down and sat down at a table Olivia went out to Alyss and said.

 

"You can do it only like 3 more customers then were done for today, so make it count i need a Pasta Tomato Sauce" she said and went back in to the desk.

 

Alyss opens up the Cooking Book once again and finds Pasta section and tomato sauce and then pressed the cook button

 

And Woolaa a dish with Pasta and Tomato Sauce, without covering the kitchen in tomatoes.

 

She was happy and went out to hand the dish to Olivia with a smile.

ID 8470 CD 9 ( Good Quality Food )

 

Alyss heard the guy who had gotten the Lasagne get up as she waited for him to say what he thought about the dish.

 

The guy said "I liked the dish, even tho i had to wait quite a long time for it" he said and then went out the door as yet another customer came in the door.

 

The new customer wanted Tomato Soup as his dish of choice, Alyss being from Europe outside of this Us server was quite happy to hear some dishes she knew.

 

Olivia went out into the kitchen and told Alyss to cook up some soup as she went back to the desk.

 

Alyss once more did her best to try not [censored] up the dish as she opened the cook book and closed her eyes and did press the button to cook.

 

Soon she had a plate of Tomato Soup in her hands as she smiled happy and went out to Olivia with the dish.

ID 8471 CD 11 (Rare Quality Food )

 

Alyss soon only had the cleaning left to do before she was off for the day so she could get a shower, and maybe a lovely glass of wine in peace.

 

it seemed like it was quite at the moment so she started cleaning the kitchen slowly.

 

As Olivia came out to the kitchen and asked "Could you make me some food i'm quite hungry i can do with anything" She said and then went back in behind the desk,

 

Alyss wanted to make her something good so she started looking over the cook book for recipes she found one for Paste Cheese sauce and smiled as she pressed it.

 

The next second the bar for her to start cooking popped up she was a little scared if it should fail, but hey why not give it a try anyway the day is soon over after all.

 

So Alyss did press the cook button and it started and there she went and had a Rare quality paste with Cheese sauce. it was quite amazing and the scent was lovely.

 

Alyss went out with the dish to Olivia and said "This is for you Olivia"

Since it was almost closing time Alyss decided to make her self some food also.

 

"Olivia when is it closing time?" she asked Olivia before she went to the kitchen to start figuring out what she wanted to cook for her self.

 

Olivia responded with "in a few so just start cleaning or make your self something to eat"

 

The guy that had the tomato soup came up with his plate and left, Then olivia went over and closed the door behind him.

 

"There Alyss now were closed so only cleaning and eating left for us"

 

Alyss started making herself a Chicken soup as she started the progress bar but once again when she tried cooking for her self it failed so still no food for herself.

Alyss had dropped the idea of getting herself something to eat and started cleaning the kitchen.

 

First cleaning the table and then the fridge, and last washing the floor. where after she took a bucket with soap water and went into the restaurant.

 

And then started cleaning the tables while Olivia was still eating her dinner, that she had lucky gotten to become a success.

 

She washed all the tables even those the customers had not used and then she did pour the rest of the water over the floor and started cleaning it.

 

And last she did go out and place the bucket in the kitchen again and smiled at Olivia "So what do you say?, about the dish is it okay?" she said and smiled at Olivia happy for her letting her come over and get a speed course in how to cook.

 

Olivia responded "It's delicous Alyss thanks for the help today, you can take your leave now."
