Lucis born into a family of who worked with the company, Argus. His parents are hard workers, who worked hard on developing the NerveGear for the world to enjoy. Many children at school are envy of him, because he was one of the 200,000 players to obtain a NerveGear. His parents are always working and Lucis was never able to get the attention of his parents. Lucis starts to grow distant from his family and took upon a new last name of his own, Noragami. His family's surname is Yoshida and the only child in that family that held his name was a boy by the name of Kaito. Lucis and Kaito had their differences, but Kaito has a strong desire to make Lucis disappear. 

 

Some time later, Lucis and Kaito had a huge argument over something silly, and suddenly, Kaito left the Yoshida family. Lucis in his mind is no longer a Yoshida, but losing someone close to him, causes him to close the world off. Lucis' family hired a search party for Kaito, but he was never found. Somewhere inside of Lucis, he felt guilty, but at the same time it was one step closer to leaving his family behind. Kaito is the type of person to keep his hair short and Lucis grew his hair out and kept it in a pony tail.

 

One day he locked himself in his room and lay on his bed, staring at the ceiling. Lucis had nothing to look forward and was still trapped in the Yoshida family. He took his NerveGear and placed it over his head, as he listens over his radio, awaiting for Sword Art Online to go online. He closes his eyes and grins with his final words, "LINK START!"

Courage - Lucis does the craziest things you can ever imagine. He'd take on a monster floors above him even. In the world of Sword Art Online, bravery is a very scarce virtue. Many people are still trying to cope with their new reality, but its merely too hard to cope with. This was the same for the young adventurer as well, but he was able to cope rather quickly indeed. But for the sapphire eyed boy, he was able to do the riskiest tasks with ease. He understood that if he dies, he dies. 

Zeal - Lucis always has a feeling of strong eagerness, Tireless devotion. Ever since he fell into the world of Virtual Realtiy, he has been eager to see what's in store for him. There are times when you shouldn't feel eager about things, but Lucis is optimistic and will try to find the good in any bad situation. He would never work in a bad environment, but when things get rough, Lucis would be the one to get rid of the negative feelings as soon as possible. There will be times when things are bad, but what's the use of being sad about the past?

Commitment - Lucis will always stick to a task to the very end, because when the going gets tough, the tough get going. He will never stop making mistakes, because of how committed he is to a task, but mistakes are proof that you are trying. The greatest pleasure in life for Nora is doing what people say he cannot do. He wants to prove to everyone that he could still be a somebody without parents of his own. He was able to take care of himself like everyone else, because he was committed to do so.

Blunt - Lucis will be blunt towards other and will not show any type of kindness. People's emotion will never affect him and will not let his emotions get in the way. He's likely to become a player-killer to show other players that if they ever mess with him, they'll never leave the game alive. In real life, he doesn't have any friends or family to rely on. Nora always beats the living hell out of anyone who would piss him off, but in the inside he just doesn't want to be disturbed.

Absentminded - Lucis is always preoccupied to the extent of being unaware of his surroundings. Abstracted, daydreaming, inattentive, oblivious, or forgetful. When he heads to work, he would sometimes wander around Kawagoe City, but always find his way to work. (Late though.) There are times when Lucis might get into a few accidents here and there, but his mind is always in the right place when he's serious. Lucis is always finding himself in a park, but it doesn't seem to phase him as he falls into patches of flowers. It doesn't hurt to have someone helping him out here and there.

Impatient - Ever since the game has started, he became impatient and wanted to be the strongest in the game as fast as possible, but things might change. He doesn't know what he'll find in this game. Also his impatient causes many disasters with many plans. He wants to get rid of any monsters in the way to save anyone.

Roleplays 

 

Ark 1: Beginnings

Noctis begins his adventure in the heart of Starter City. He slays three Frenzy Boars, as he trains to become a blacksmith. Noctis surprises both the blacksmith and himself, when he crafted a mysterious sword. Noctis receives a certificate to open a shop of his own and completes his quest to

Earn a Living.

 

Noctis meets with a random player, but seems to be lost. The player seems to be idling by for no reason, but rumors had it that players who stand idle must have been admitted to the hospital back in the real world. It gave Noctis' chills, but he ignored the rumors and proceed on finding a building to open his shop.

 

Noctis suddenly teleported all the way to Armadillo Village, but had to back out of a quest he had taken. For multiple reasons, one he was afraid that he would get himself killed without proper gear, and the fact that two days have gone by and he had no lead on the missing cargo. He's planning on soloing the quest this time. No more distractions.

 

After heading back to Starter City, Noctis started the Â«Secret Medicine of the Forest» and had a few rough ins with the Frenzy Boars. He was able to take them out and had a quick nap after the battle. It was his very first time experiencing fatigue, but he was able to recover from it rather quick. He went on to defeat the Little Nepent, and obtained the Anneal Blade in the process.

 

Planning on taking another quest, but instead, Noctis helped out a couple of players hunt for Frenzy Boars. The hunt ended rather quick, but he didn't have time to stay long. Noctis and Szu became friends at the end of the hunt, and Noctis heads off back into the city. He had no more time for questing or training in general. Just resting was what he needed at the moment.
