He was born Androgynous; having physical traits of both male and female genders - up until the age of 7 he was 'Chrissy' and identified mainly as a girl. Until he decided he wanted to be more masculine. His father; was against this decision, fearing that he'd get beaten up for being a 'girly boy' but his mother was willing to stand by what he chose to identify with. This caused a rift in the family; sending his father into bouts of Alcoholism. By the age of 10 his parents divorced. It wasn't pretty. His father attempted to take everything; including Custody of Chris. He succeeded, and his mother had visitation rights. Chris was showered with love and attention, in the form of expensive lessons, gifts and schooling. He immersed himself in books and language, however quickly grew bored with whatever he took on. He knows English, Japanese and Latin; however both Japanese and Latin are not perfectly fluent and he will often find himself stumbling over some of the phrasing. Chris is able to play the piano; and put on his first 'sold out' performance at the age of 15; this was also the age he was forced into adulthood; loosing his virginity to a fan of his; he sweet talked her into letting him bed her; and that's when he realized he was able to talk his way into all manner of things. He dabbled in a variety of partners, both male and female - finding that he had little care for gender; as long as they were aesthetically pleasing. At the age of 16 he fell into a bad crowd at school; he became a Prefect, and found a love for gambling one night when out on the town. He managed to swindle a swindler; on the side of the street; and had the con-man teach him all the tricks of the trade. Chris moved on up in the underground scene; whilst maintaining the visage of a perfect prefect in school, well until graduation. At the age of 18 Chris decided he didn't want to go to College and, at the dismay of his father - moved out. He spent a year with his mother; working on various business ventures; but most of them had failed, at the age of 19 he moved out of his mothers house and into a two room apartment. The living arrangements were of a lot less quality than what he was used to. And with a mere $200 to his name he went out into town; after a night of counting cards; conning street gamblers and laying beautiful men and women he set himself at a grand total of -$10,000, and a broken arm. So he started lifting stolen goods off trucks to make back the money he owed; eventually he managed to break even; living a dangerous lifestyle didn't deter him. He found it exhilarating. For his 21st Birthday; his father sent him a copy of the latest VRMMO hardware and accompanying software; SAO - he figured he would give it a whirl for a few hours. ✜Virtues✜ ​Confidence: Zadkiel is confident in his appearance and his ability to manipulate and trick others. With a friendly smile and deposition he finds that he can obtain most things. He walks around with an air of confidence, which can be mistaken as arrogance. Zadkiel puts blind trust in fate, and isn't deterred by anything negative. Defiance: A bold resistance against the normality of society and its standards. Zadkiel was born as an 'oddity' and as such has a finer appreciation for the 'outcasts' of the social norm. He finds them intriguing. He swims against the currents; and fights issues head on in eloquent verbal disputes and often wins. Eloquence: Zadkiel is very well spoken, weaving words that beguile and trick even the most perceptive of people, his looks are immaculate. With stark white hair and golden eyes. He has soft facial features with long lashes - and curved hips. The man, being androgynous, and using those looks and his words to his advantage often finds himself at the end of others affections. Honor: Despite being a con-man, and a manipulative man. Zadkiel is very honor bound. A man that sticks to his word; he refuses to cheat in games, especially games of chance or odds. If he makes a promise or statement he will do his utmost to keep to it. He, when push comes to shove is simply a man of his word, and would never turn his back on it. Not even for a large sum of money, or the promise of greater, or more exciting things, no matter how enticing that offer may be. ✜Vices✜ Gambler: The greater the stakes, the higher the gain! Zadkiel is an all or nothing kinda guy. He finds great joy in betting against the odds, and greater joy in winning. To him, everything has the possibility of being a bet, or a gamble. In the real world he carried around a pair of dice, purely for his own amusement - as he loved using them to get both in, and out of trouble. Rigging the game is something he is abhorrently against; as he feels it spoils the game of chance. Fanaticism: Zadkiel is a fanatic. Who has a fanatical outlook, exhibited by excessive enthusiasm portrayed with wild and extravagant ideals and perceptions. With body language which is erratic when they become fanatical. Simple actions such as brushing hair away from their face, or walking all become exaggerated and eyes become wide and wild, as their grin turns broad, borderline deranged. When Zadkiel starts acting this way its best to keep your distance as he has they have their sights set on something, or someone and will not stop till Zadkiel obtains their goal. ​Lazy: If Zadkiel can get someone else to do it, he will. If he can avoid a fight or confrontation, he will. Not because he is scared, or concerned for his safety or others, but because he is simply lazy. If something can be done by someone else; he will most certainly get that someone else to do it for him. If he can manipulate someone to do it, even better!
