[PP-F4] A Cold Predicament (Crozeph)

Recommended Posts

Arlay walked out of the the portal and was greeted by cold weather of the floor. It was annoying at first but as he saw a lake nearby, Arlay smiled at what he saw "something to look forward is always nice" he said. Arlay made his way to the lake and admired the calm atmosphere of the place "this should help lift my spirit before taking the quest" he said. Arlay took his first quest and it seemed to be something too much for him but there is always a way to deal with this like that. Arlay could ask for the help of others on this one, or maybe guide him on how to take the safest route and it seemed the lake the is a good place to start. Arlay stood at the shore and took a deep breath, it was cold but it was also peacful enough for him.

Memories flooded and flashed before Crozeph, his brother shattering after a pink-haired girl killed him, a grave encounter with something stronger than him and his friends who takes form of their weakness, and the floor bosses he has defeated so far that left him almost dead. Crozeph knew he had to break away from this dream especially that the PKer who killed his brother is slowly resurfacing as his dream continues. Crozeph opened his eyes calmly and found himself perched on a branch and leaning on the trunk of the tree where the name of his dead brother is written "this place sure brings back memories" he told himself. Crozeph then heard footsteps threading on the snow and as he looked down he saw another person, wearing starter clothes and a canvas coat and on his back a broadsword strapped as if he's some kind of a tank.

"What brings you here my friend?" he suddenly asked as the man stood on the shore of the lake, he didn't pay attention at him. Crozeph then smiled as he watches the man admire the lake. Crozeph then breathe in deep and asked the question again, a louder version "what brings you here player" he said and hoping that the man will notice him up there.
