When she was young, she was diagnosed with dyslexia. During her times at school she struggled since she couldn't read or write on the same level as her classmates. They laughed and called her a retard since she mentally couldn't keep up with them. This continued for two years, causing her to hate school. She tried, very hard to overcome her dyslexia but there was little to no improvement. The bullying got worse as the years progressed. It all changed, one day during gym class she learned that she had a talent for Martial Arts. Her parents enrolled her in classes and she excelled in them. The people who once bullied her stopped since they are frightened that she would one day get her revenge on them. She joined tournaments and won most of them. This new skill made her bold and even made her more outgoing. This new confidence help her overcome her dyslexia and helped her improve significantly. She was at Tokyo with her parents for a Martial Arts tournament when she heard about SAO. She was excited to hear about virtual reality. She manage to convince her parents to rent a NerveGear device so she could play the game. After her tournament which she won, she decided to play Sword Art Online as a treat for winning. After launching the game, she picked her username, Tsukiakari since her name means the moon in Latin and her username means moonlight in Japanese. She dove into the world of SAO leaving a world she may never return to. In the game, Tsukiakari became more bold and adventurous. She is motivated by the idea of going to the outside world again. Her submissive attitude disappeared as she became more harsher and colder. She doesn't like making friends but sometimes she can’t help it to make new friends. She has a lot of trust issue here too. She only trust those who have gained her trust and respect. She does enjoy some company from time to time. » Virtues: Optimism- Despite her cold exterior, Luna is always optimistic, even when times are somber. She knows if she doesn't keep a cheerful mindset she has a higher chance of dying so she always strive to keep a positive mind set. This mindset also motivates her to keep fighting no matter what. Bold- Luna knows that if she doesn't do something to help herself she may never return to the real world again. She will do anything for the right to live again, even if it means staring death in the eye. Her boldness is the only thing that motivates her not to just except her fate Strong Hearted- Luna never gives up. She fights for the right to live again. She wants to beat the game so she can return to her normal life. Even when hope is lost she will never give up, she will fight until her HP reaches zero. » Flaws: Untrusting- Luna doesn't trust most people because a friend can easily turn into a foe. A friendly green marked person can actually be a orange marked person who wants to kill her, she doesn't take chances with people like this if her life is on the line. Callous- Luna almost never expresses her emotions to anyone. She keeps a stone face and refuses to show anyone how she is feeling then. She thinks if she expresses her emotions, it is a sign of weakness and can draw orange and red marked people to her. Indifferent- Luna doesn't really care what happens to others. If her friend dies she will only shrug and say that they are in a much better place now. She will only at least show a slight bit of concern only if something bad happens to someone she trusts and respects.
