SP F1 Secret Medicine of the Forest (Complete)

Klick was roaming around the town square alone when suddently he fell to his knees. he screamed, knowing nobody was around, in anger and rolled onto his back. "I AM BORED OMG" He had done nothing all day and felt that if he was trapped in a videogame, that he should be doing a quest or killing something. After becoming bored of acting like a toddler, which he really should not do because he is a guild leader now, he got up and walked to the quest bulletin board. There he searched for any fun quest. Suddenly his eyes let up. He ripped the paper from the board and immediately accepted the quest.

The note read:

"I need someone to retrieve a medicine ingredient, «Little Nepent's Ovule», from a Little Nepent with a large blooming flower for my ill wife. I will award anyone who completes this task with my treasured blade"

Klick loved trophies, Even though he was not one to use weapons. He could hang the blade on his wall and admire his own accomplishment. The best part of this was no speaking required. This was a straight deliver quest. He ran to his shop grabbed anarchy, diplomacy, and nullifying Gauntlets. Then he rushed out putting on his gear as he left the shop. Then he ran out of starter city and his next big mission was underway, next stop: The forest.

Klick stood infront of the dark forest with his gear. He was not afraid of the dark, just overly cautious to the point where if something was to jump out, he might scream and kick it in the face. However he was not afraid of the dark. The sounds of monsters clicking, growling, walking, and rustling leaves echoed all arounded him, making it nearly impossible to determine there location. He looked at his mission note paper, to see what he had to kill. "Nepent." he said quietly. He had never head of it, so he wondered how would he know if he found one. After a few more minutes of procrastating, he finally walked into to his tombston... i mean the forest.

Instantly after walking into the death tra... i mean into the forest, Something jumped out from a bush with saliva dripping from its mouth. Klick managed to deflected the attack which caused his shield to glow slightly, but was not fast enough to react and get a good counter attack. Klick turned around but the creature quickly dashed behind cover and hid in the thick vegitation. Klick sigh, knowing this was going to be a long fight and he was on the defense again. He did not move an inch and waited for the creature to move closer so hie could punch it in the face or gut or what ever body part it had. The creature moved around the different leaves keeping its appearance hidden.

There was a loud Thump and the ground started to shake. Klick bend his knees trying to keep his balance but failed and fell on his back. Then a brown Root Came out of the ground and dived towards his face. Klick raised his shield deflecting the root into the ground next to him and rolled around from under it. As he rose to his feet the root came out the ground but scrapped his shield. Klick's shield started to glow and Klick felt his body become alittle denser. The root rotated around coming at him again but this time Klick punched it head on. The root disintegrated as it hit his fist and retreated.

The root came rushing back underground. Klick could see the earth being lefted as the root traveled fast. It stopped under him and rose out the ground. Klick back flipped to dodge but a vine came out from behind him binding him and tossing him up into the air. Then the root slamed him into the ground holding him down. Klick Punched the root a few times nearly snaping it in half. The vine grabbed his hand and tried to hold it back. Klick gave in alittle but then yanked his hand forward snapping the vine and punching the root off of him. Then he jumped to his feet smashed his fist together. Surpising he did not feel anything but he new he was taking damage and he felt the densness wear off.

Again the root tunneled underground charging at Klick. Klick jumped back as the it rose into the air, and turned around knowing a vine was coming from behind him. He was correct it was the same trick. Klick tried to block but it grabbed his shield, holding him down. Then the root came down and smashed him into the ground again. Klick crawled out from other the brown snake like wooden thing and punched the vine freeing his shield and then lunged and smashed to vine into the ground with a overhand. The root bounced a few times before retreating along with the vines. Klick fell to his knees for a second recovering from the hit. That last attack really stun despite the damage being the same.

Vines appeared from every where around Klick randomly swing and hammering down on him. Klick was jumping, blocking, ducking, grabbing, and doing anything he could to avoid a vine to the face. He grabbed one of the vines, but it slipped out his hand. Then he tried to punch the vine, but it bended with to the shape of his hand, causing minimal if any damage. This procceded for several minutes until klick managed to start hammering them away with his shield. The vines retreated one after another until there was none left. Klick started breathing heavily as all that movement was very exhausting on his body with his armor and shield. However the dense feeling from before came back.

Klick ran in the direction of the vines in hopes of catching the creature after such a powerful attack. He rushed into the brush but what he came in contact with was just 3 roots which tried to collapse on him. He stood between them and block the middle root with his shield. Then the othe roots tried to sweep him but He pushed the root up and jumped over them both. Then both roots procceded to retreat in 3 different directions confusing Klick. He did not know which one to follow and they moved so much faster then he did. Klick sighed and just waited for the next attack

As Klick waited, nothing happened. Silence was the only thing attacking his hit points right now, and it was doing a good job. Klick slowly walked towards the direction the root that he blocked disappeared too. This direction was north. As he walked he saw a fallen tree. He stepped over the tree into a vine loop which wrapped around his foot pulling him into the air. Then a bunch of Vines started to batter him around like a pinata. However Klick blocked if not snapped each of the vines until they released him and landed on his feet. Then he watched as the vines disappeared into oblvivion of darkness.

As Klick was staring up at the vines disappearing a root rumbled the ground below him knocking him to his buttox. Klick watched as the root slammed down and nearly crushed him. Klicked successfully rolled to avoid being crushed and got back up to his feet. Before the root could adjust, Klick 3 punched combo it with a jab, hook, haymaker sending the root flying into a tree. As Klick ran up to punch it again, the root pulled back and klick ended up punching a tree. To which his fist became lodged. Klick tried to pull it out however it was in there pretty good. "GOD DARN IT"

Klick continued to pull, but his hand was stuck in the tree. "CRAP CRAP... Comeon hand... come out before..." Suddently he heard the ground start to tremor. Sweat started rolling down his head as he knew something was coming and he could not dodge it. He looked around for his shield which was not on his person but was right beside him. He reached to pick it up but it was too far. Then he saw the ground infront of him boging up as the root was burrowing under ground. he started pulling harder on the tree to free his hand. He used his feet and started punching the tree with his other hand, but it did not budge. The root came out of the ground like a shark and klick said the most famous phrase in the world before getting smashed into the ground, "mommy."

The root continued to drag klick through the ground. Klick grabbed the root's head and anchored his feet into the ground. Then he procceded to push back, slowing down the root. After a few more seconds, he managed to completely stop the root long enough for him to deflect it to another side. He dived out of the way as the root shot off at double the speed crashing into another tree. He ran up to his shield and picked it up ready and armed to deflect the next attack which he did not see coming which hammered him away a few feet. Lucky for klick the shield was in the way blocking all of the damage.

Klick got up unharmed from that last attack. Sure he was getting battered around like a pin ball, but that was what he was prepared for. He had armor and it was doing its job. Klick smile as he charged at the root Jumping up into the air to punch it. Before he could hit it, a vine grabbed his waist and held him up. Then the Root turned to him and charged. Klick's shield glowed as he blocked and deflected each blow. A piece of the root fell off weaking it even further. The root stopped after the 5 hit giving klick enough time to break free of the vine and crash onto the ground.

After hitting the ground, Klick started coughing as he could not land correctly and dust was flying everywhere even in his face. He rubbed his face to see a Root coming for his face. He punched it with his shield, pushing it off and then decked it the other direction. Then root few across the field crashing into trees. Then it slithered back into the darkness. Klick ran after as he saw it slowing down. Right before it disappeared he saw something red for a quick second being swallowed into the darkness. He froze expecting it to be a new attack but nothing happened.

"What was that red thing, what am i fighting?" he asked his self as he chased the red thing. The ground started to tremor again which signaled Klick to stop. Klick held out his shield knowing what was about to happen next. 3 Root shot out of the ground trapping Klick. All three came down over top of him. Klick held out his shield but the force was too great to block. His shield glowed as it made contact which damaged the roots alittle but the roots continued to push down, slowly crushing Klick. He let out a battle cry and tried to push the roots up but the best he could do was halt the progression.

Suddently A forth root rose from the ground and added to the weight. Klick angled his shield which caused the force to propel him to the side. He skited and rolled across the ground and slammed into a tree. He got up only to dive onto the ground as another vine rushed him. Then he felt the ground bulging up and rolled to the side. Another root bursted out of the ground sending rocks everywhere. Klick held out his shield to block most of the debris. Then he saw a shadow on the ground growing larger, only to look up and see a brown long line growing bigger. Klick held up his shield, blocking the attack. Then a root came sweeping across the ground simultaneous and knocked him into another tree.

Klick hit the ground only to get hammered into another tree. Klick opened his eye to see another root coming for him. His fist started to glow with energy and he threw a straight which destroyed the root. There was a cry from creature as all the roots retreated. Klick followed the root which was the closes to the cry. He saw the red thing again, but could not make out what it was. It did look flat to him like a flower petal but he was not completely sure. Still he pursuited it knowing the creature was weakening and that it was his turn to get on the offensive.

Klick ran and ran, following the sound of rustling and twig snapping. The monster was getting slower as Klick damaged the roots more and more, caughing him to beleive that the roots where only a piece of the beast. Right or wrong, he still had to fight the crafty bastards. Right as he finished that thought, A root erupted out of the ground spilling dirt everywhere. Klick jumped back and procceded to lay the smackdown on it through a series of carefully times jabs which lead to a few hooks which finished witha hay maker. The root snapped were his fist made contact and the cries of the beast echoed throughout the forest.

Klick Did not sit around for the dirt to clear. He charged forward jumping over the dead root. One thing bothered him as he jumped it. He knew that normally when he killed something, it turned into data, however the root stood there just lieing on the ground. He sigh as he wanted to see why but did not have the time. He still had to puruit the red thing which was running away. The heavy steps of the creature grew louder and louder. Suddently a root came flying across the forest floor. Klick slide on the ground, avoiding the thing. This caused his mind wandered again, preventing him from taking action and countering.
