Jayden dropped down onto a bench and sighed "Well that was a waste of time.." Jayden and Liz had been looking for a shop that could teach Eliza to become an artisan but they couldn't find one.

 

"I can't believe that it's so hard to find one, we're probably just blind.."

 

Jay looked at Eliza that looked as if she was about to cry, she had been talking about all the things that she wanted to

make for ages so Jayden understood why she was sad.

 

"We'll look again in a bit, i'm sure we'll find one" Jayden leaned back against the wall, hitting his head on a brick that was sticking out. he let out a few swear words and groaned. Even though it didn't hurt like it would in real life it still shocked him which was weird.

Eliza was exhausted and dissapointed after looking for a shop for so long, she thought it would be easier but apparently it wasn't..

She sat down next to Jayden and groaned. "It sure was, i'm starting to lose interest in a proffession.."

The girl sighed and put her head on Jayden's shoulder.

As Jayden tried to get her hopes back up she mumbled "We should get some rest first, as I said i'm not really in the mood for a quest, By the way, you look like Sh*t"

 

She smirked as her brother hit his head and completely freaked out.

"Good job idiot, are you okay?"

"I'm fine, thanks.."

He got up and looked for the way out of the city, "I saw some people fighting mobs when you were sleeping." "wanna look if anyone's there?"

 

He took his hands through his hair and equipped his basic mace.

Jayden was still getting used to it, he didn't equip it a lot so he barely had it in his hand.

Before they bought SAO he had been thinking about what weapon he should pick.

At first he was sure that he would go for a two handed weapon, but when he was making his character he changed his mind.

"Sure, let's go"

She got up and equiped the small iron dagger from the starting set.

Eliza looked slightly up to look for the outer walls of the city, she started walking to the big path that lead to the

grasslands. She stopped infront of a big group of NPC's that blocked the way to the path.

She looked behind her and looked at Jayden. She was too affraid to talk to them so she didn't know what to do.

"Uhm.. They're blocking the path" she mumbled to Jayden. She was horrible at talking to strangers and was simply too scared to ask them to get out of the way.

Jayden almost bumped into his sister when she suddenly stopped walking,

"Uhm.. They're blocking the path." .He looked infront of him seeing a group of Npc's that covered the whole alley.

They all looked really nice, the majority of them seemed to be couples.

Jayden grabbed his sisters' arm and walked to the crowd.

He squeezed through the crowd, pulling Eliza right after him, constantly apologizing for pushing them away.

Once finally through the group he let go of his sister and walked onto the big path.

He started walking to the big exit out of the starting city.

"W-wait!" She let out a squeel as Jayden pulled her through the group of npc's, when they were finally through the crowd she pinched Jayden in

his arm. "You're lucky Sonozaki, do that one more time and i'll... TICKLE YOU TO DEATH" She started doing a evil laugh in the lowest voice she could possibly do but after a few seconds she started coughing.

 

She followed her brother out of the starting city, at first glance she didn't see anyone so she decided to walk further when suddenly a boar spawned.

 

Boar:

Immediatly after spawning the boar charged at Eliza that had no time to react.

The boar hit her and pushed her back, (1 DMG).

Jayden walked out of the town and looked around, his sister immediatly walked further out of the starting city.
"Liz wait up a mob could spawn!"
Eliza looked behind her as the boar spawned, without even noticing the boar rammed her.
Jayden immediatly ran at the boar, pulled his mace back and swung the mace at the boar's head.

The boar turned around slightly, preventing to get hit on the head but still getting hit.
The creature seemed to be somewhat disoriented but after a few seconds it turned back to Jayden.

Eliza fell onto the ground when the boar rammed her, she quickly got up and saw Jayden hit the boar.

"I'm such an idiot" She mumbled to herself as she realized what happened.

She should've waited before walking into the area like a lunatic.

Eliza took a deep breath and ran at the boar, she turned the dagger around whilst running and attempted to stab the boar in the back.

She was sure that she'd hit so she made a small jump and pulled the dagger down.

When she was about to hit the boar it started running at Jayden, causing her to faceplant into the grass.

She looked to her right, seeing the boar charge at Jayden, Jay seemed to be distracted by Eliza missing, causing

the boar to hit him right in the stomach. He was pushed back and Eliza saw his HP bar go orange.

Eliza suddenly realized that they could die in this fight all because of her, she quickly got up and got ready to

attack the boar.

Jayden realized that the boar was focusing him, not Eliza, so he stared at the beast while Eliza tried to stab it.

The boar suddenly ran at him, causing Eliza to fall, in just a few seconds the boar was right infront of him.

Jayden didn't have time to react and was pushed back.

His HP went down drastically as he fell to the ground.

"[Rude word] This, i can't bloody die" Jayden felt dizzy but didn't want to give up, he wouldn't get killed by a boar on floor 1.. He won't allow that.

He got up and attempted to hit the boar in the face again.

Jayden was shaking whilst he attempted to smash his mace on the boar's head, he couldn't hit really hard so it went quite slow, making it easy for the boar to dodge the attack.

(OOC: Sorry for rolling twice last time, for me and the boar. It would've been better if i only rolled once since the MD was 4 on that.)

IC:

Many idea's were going through her mind about how to kill the idiotic boar. She realized that she had been standing still for a while while Jayden was taking a lot of damage. Jay is gonna die if I don't hit him! Eliza quickly ran at the boar, she turned her dagger around as it started to glow a dark red color.

As she attempted to stab the boar again it charged at Jayden again. Jayden luckily managed to back off in time.

She groaned, she missed all of her attacks, how was this possible..

"Jayden i'm really sorry!" Liz looked at Jayden that had a dead serious look on his face.

Knowing that her brother was still going to fight gave her hope, she saw a chance to survive.

As Liz tried to attack the boar it charged at him, he jumped away from the boar, causing it to miss it's attack.

Jay was slightly panicked, the chance of dying was present and it wasn't a nice feeling.

He started to regret going out of the starting city, it was a dumb choice.

Jayden heard her sister yell "Jayden I'm really sorry!" .

"It's fine! Let's kill this thing already!"

He ran at the boar whilst pulling the mace over his head.

It started to glow a dark blue as he hit the boar from above.

 

"Finally a hit on this sucker.." He stared at the beast that seemed to be readying another attack on him.

She smiled as Jayden hit the boar again, he was the only one that dealt damage to the boar.

Eliza was breathing heavily and was panicking a little, but the hit calmed her down a bit more.

She turned the dagger again and decided that she would attempt to stab the boar in the back while it was distracted by

Jayden. She yelled "Going in!" as she ran at the boar.

Before even coming close to it the boar charged at Jayden that was still shaking from the other attack.

It hit him hard, again (3 DMG). Eliza started swearing as she saw Jayden's bar going red.

As the boar hit him again he started getting scared, he had 1 HP left.. I'm going to die to my first.. my first enemy? A level 1 boar..

I'm gonna die in a game after i survived my father?..  He got up with a serious look on his face. "I'm not going out without you.."

He ran at the boar and pulled his mace back, with all of his power he swung his mace at the creature.

Emotions filled his head, if he missed he would die and leave his sister all alone in the game

 

Jayden gave up as he missed the boar, he wasn't even close to hitting it.

A kid that stopped a murderer was beaten by a simple boar.. how pathetic.

He stood completely still as he stared at the boar.

As Jayden missed the boar all the hope she had before was gone.

She felt like she was gonna have a breakdown any moment.

My brother is gonna die because of me.. After finally having a normal life this happens..

She looked at Jayden and started tearing up.

Out of anger she started yelling "Don't give up you idiot! Fight untill the end remember?!"

She ran as fast as she could at the boar and her dagger started glowing again.

Eliza slashed at the boar, finally hitting it. (2 DMG)

Jayden prepared for the boar's last attack, he closed his eyes, took a deep breath and smiled.

It was almost impossible to survive the attack as he only had 1 hp, he had tried to dodge the boar but the past 2 times he tried ended

up making it even worse. he opened his eyes and stared at the boar that was preparing to charge at him.

When the boar was about to run at him Eliza hit it, saving his life..

He was astonished that his sister had hit him and was unable to move as his sister ran at him.

Jay felt tears falling onto his shirt as Eliza hugged him.

As his sister started apologizing he hugged her and smirked. "Why are you even apologizing, you just saved my life idiot.."

He looked around him to make sure that there wasn't another boar around. "Let's go back to the safe zone." He mumbled as he let go

of his sister.

 

The two walked back to the training city where they walked to the closest inn that they saw.

Jayden walked to the back of the inn and sat down on an empty table.

Eliza pulled a chair away from an empty table and sat down next to Jayden, she wiped away her tears and dequiped her dagger.

She was exhausted from the fight, she never really did sports so she easily got out of breath.

"Let's not fight anything for a while.. I don't want to experience that again."

The fight sure scared Eliza from going out of the safe zone, and she wasn't planning on going out of it for a long time.

Liz felt really guilty towards Jayden, she spawned the boar that ended up almost kiling him.

"Do you want anything, I have some col from the boar so.." She looked at Jayden that seemed to be

even more exhausted as she was, which she of course understood since he almost died..

"Nah i'm fine, I'm just so god damn tired" He laid down on the table, causing a few Npc's to give him a weird look but he couldn't really

care less. The close to death experience  scared him and made him realize that this wasn't a fun game, that this wasn't something to play

around in. At first he didn't think it would be that bad but that opinion sure changed.

 

"I think it'd be smart if we got some rest, to recover some Hp and because we've been awake for quite a while now."

He got up and sat down on the bench next to the table.

Jayden didn't really know where to go, they could get a room in the inn but they didn't have a lot of col so that wasn't possible.

He looked at Liz that was fiddling around with her menu.

Eliza opened her menu and looked around for the [Trade] Button. Liz wasn't really familiar with the menu and barely used it, so it took a bit to find it.

Once she found the Trade butten she invited Jayden to trade and glared at him as he was about to refuse the trade.

"C'mon accept it! I want to give you the 20 col since it belongs to you.."

Jayden had always done so much for her so giving 20 col that she earned from the beast that almost killed him was the least she

felt she could do for him.

After about 30 seconds he still didn't accept, which annoyed her.

"Please just accept it so I can feel better, if you don't then I will make sure to give you your weekly torture" She started moving

her fingers as if she was tickling someone.

He sighed and accepted the trade (+20 col), He didn't really think it belonged to him since Liz was the one that

got the final hit on the boar. They both did the same amount of damage but if she felt better if he had the 20 col then it was fine.

He got up and stretched his arms. "Let's go and find a place to sleep" He walked out of the inn and looked to his right where he

saw a small grassfield with some trees and a fountain. He walked to the field and sat down against a tree.

He sighed and closed his eyes. They had only been active in SAO for a few days and he already wanted to just wait for

people to clear the game. He didn't know which floors were already cleared but hoped that people were making big progress.

He felt somewhat quilty for not helping the giant group that got stuck in SAO clear the game.

They had just been sitting in an inn for a long time because they were too affraid.

He opened his eyes and leaned forwards, he suddenly felt dizzy and started to lose vision.

"Liz..I Don't fe-" Jayden fell down on the ground before finishing his sentence.

She quickly got up and ran at Jayden when he suddenly fell down.

"Jay?! Jayden can you hear me?!"

Eliza started panicking, she didn't know what to do as she only knew how to save someone IRL, health was completely different in SAO.

Out of confusion she checked his pulse that was luckily still going.

Liz didn't understand what was going on, What happened to him? Is it because he's low on hp, is he just too tired, Is he dieing?.. Thoughts of what

could be going on raced through her mind, which caused her to panic even more. Eliza bit her lip and started shaking.

She pulled her hands through her hair as she looked at her brother that seemed to lose conciousness.
