Golden had been chilling in a cafe at the beautiful floor by the name of number six. He enjoyed his cafe as he rested for the day. He'd been mob grinding all morning and it's noon by the time Golden reached the cafe to have a rest and have a taste of food on floor 6 and compare it to floor 1. Golden smiled. Not as great as floor 1 but better than some of the other floors. After he treated himself to a nice cup of coffee and a sandwich, he left the cafe for some more grinding. It's going to be a busy day. Golden thought as he walked over to the mobs when suddenly, he was approached by someone.

Golden looked back to see who had tapped him on his shoulder to see a male NPC standing there. Players were rarely approached by NPCs in this game unless the players start the conversation... so for an NPC to make contact with him, he found it very strange... either way, he greeted the NPC politely and asked, "May I help you?" The NPC stared at Golden before smiling a fairly creepy smile. Or was my eyes just seeing things. Golden thought, completely creeped out by this NPC.

 

"Wanna battle? You would be granted fabulous prices if you win this friendly battle." The NPC said in reply to Golden's question and he didn't like how the NPC said friendly. Golden gulped but he was never going to back off from a battle so he pulled out his equipment and prepared to deal some damage to it. Golden received the battle invitation and accepted it before he noticed that the NPC was transforming... into himself.

"Who are you?" Golden said... quite worried about the situation right now.

"I'm you!" The NPC replied.

Golden allowed his other side to take over the battle and with raged scream, he charged up at... well... himself to try and inflict some damage. The NPC smirked as he tried to dodge the attack but Golden responded with a sudden change of speed, countering the dodge attempt. With the stare of Golden's dark red eyes, the NPC flinched at the sight and prepared to strike. It charged toward Golden only for Golden to roll out of the way easily with no problem. The NPC sighed as he retreated, preparing for Golden's next devastating attack. However, Golden noticed something... the NPC does not have the same sword as him... And he was about to take advantage of the NPC's lack of equipment. Golden grinned as he prepared for his attack.

Golden smiled as he attacked once again but before he got close, he yelled, "Who are you!" through rage at the NPC. Right when he was going to slash down his blade, the NPC tried to block the attack with its own blade. It laughed while it kept Golden's blade in place and said quietly, no... whispered quietly in Golden's ears, "My name is the Gemini." Upon hearing this, Golden had no purpose to keep it from getting hurt anymore and put all power into his arms to inflict damage to the Gemini. There was a loud crashing noise and all anyone would've been able to see was the smoke from the destruction. Of course, Golden couldn't see much but the Gemini managed to take advantage of this and attack. Golden grunts in anger as he was dealt damage.

Golden, who had been surprised that instead of being an NPC, it was actually a hostile game mob. Golden frowned as he picked up his sword from the last collision and charged at the Gemini with all the fierceness he could manage. At the last moment, Golden strikes only for his attack to be dodged by the Gemini using its flexibility. Golden held his blade tightly as the Gemini came down with its own blade and attacked Golden's head. He had no time to react, resulting in him being hit right in the head, sending him to the ground. This only angered Golden more and he was planning to play with this mob for a while.

Golden smiled as once again he charged toward his target... This time he will hit him... no it. Golden grunts in anger as he rushed toward the standing target. There was one difference between the Gemini and him... The Gemini does not have the ability to copy his equipment as well as his skill and health. The Gemini prepared to dodge the attack but Golden's speed was overwhelming as he charged the fake Golden. His attack made contact and the Gemini was sent airborne as Golden's attack proved way more effective than both of the characters had predicted. Golden grinned.

Golden smiled as he saw that this time, the Gemini volunteered to attack first instead of defending the whole time. Sure makes everything much more fun. Golden thought as he licked his lips with his tongue. With a smile, Golden tried to dodge the attack thinking that it would be quite an easy task since he believed in his abilities heavily. However, it turned out different as the Gemini managed to get a hit on him unexpectedly. Golden grunts as he raise his blade to revenge the health that he's lost but was unable to do so in time as the Gemini retreated in surprising speed once again. Golden grins as he prepares the next attack.

Golden smiled. His health had never dropped below yellow and he wasn't going to let that change just about yet. He brings up his sword, ready to strike the fake Golden again. He stared at the Gemini with those fierce eyes of his, and he could tell that the Gemini was getting scared. Golden smiled. I didn't expect me to be so weak... Even if it was a fake one. Golden thought as he charged upon the Gemini again, hoping to deal some more damage and he smiled when he did. The sword of his was inserted into the belly of the Gemini and it screamed in pain. It tried to counter attack but failed when Golden pulled his sword back out and prepared to land his next strike as well. This might end way to fast. Golden thought as he saw the health of the Gemini drop into the red zone. Losing your calm now huh?

Golden smiled as he saw that the Gemini's health was in the red zone. "Tsk, tsk." Golden said tauntingly before raising his blade for another attacking strike. Golden grinned as his target was hit but failed to see that the Gemini's blade was right there as well. Golden gasped as he had been surprised by a sharp pain in his chest when he stabbed Gemini's chest as well. Golden grinned his evil grin before saying. "Looks like your time is almost up... hehehe." Golden said as he pulled out his blade from the Gemini's chest before retreating back to where he stood originally. Golden could feel some pain occurring in his chest but no way was he going show any weakness. One more hit, and the Gemini would be dead. Suddenly, the Gemini strikes again. Golden was quite surprised but knew that this was an act of desperation. Golden smiled as he rose up his shield and there... Gemini burst into millions and millions of tiny pieces from the thorns on his shield. Golden sighed as he looked at the WINNER Sign. Who was that person and why did it attack me...

Golden, having won the battle, didn't feel like he'd won. He sighed as he pushed past a crowd of NPCs watching them battling. Was that a scheme from the creator of the game? Golden thought as he went back to the cafe that he had come from to think about the situation. He scratched his head as he sat down in a very confused manner. After ordering a cup of coffee like he always did, Golden began to think. A gemini that could transform into a player to mimic their skills and health... but not their equipment. He didn't know why the gemini had attacked him all of a sudden out of nowhere. Maybe it was a random quest for players that lurk around the area. Golden thought as he took a sip of his coffee which had been brought up by a waitress. After a while of thinking, he decided that he would not considering the situation anymore and instead, he would get some materials from floor 6 to help out with his cafe. He put his rapier and shield back into his inventory after putting the whole thing into the back of his mind.

Golden decided to check out the Amazon. It was rumored to be a female only NPC settlement. Golden couldn't wait to check out the town but mainly he was there for other reasons... He pushed the perverted things out of his mind as he walked into the area. I have a girlfriend... what am I doing? Golden thought as he slapped himself. Upon reaching the Amazon, Golden looked around... of course, he was also being looked, since the place didn't usually have males around. He was pretty uncomfortable as he saw the different colors of trees mixed in with the beautiful songs from the birds. He smiled as he enjoyed the natural feeling of this jungle and he couldn't wait to start exploring the area for some materials that he would soon use. But first, he had to do something. Something that he always did when he finished a battle. He ran over to the nearest cafe which had plenty of business and ordered a cup of coffee. Golden closed his eyes in delight as the warmth of the coffee rose onto his face as he was drinking from the cup. Ahh~.

As Golden finished off his small cup of coffee, he walked out of the shop. Seeing that the area was quite good for material gathering, he decided to go ahead and gather some materials which would later be useful for his shop. He sighed as he walked through the quietness of the jungle before he started singing a tune. "And I pray... Oh my god do I pray, I pray every single day... for a revolution......." After a while of singing one of what he thought was the most comical songs, he found a patch of mushrooms that looked pretty safe but he couldn't tell whether they were poisonous or not until he got closer.

Upon close inspection, Golden discovered a strange purple hint among the top of the mushroom. He didn't like it and guessed that all the mushrooms there were extremely dangerous to eat and would prove to cause vital poison. Golden sighed as he walked away from the dangerous mushrooms.

Exploring the town of Amazon and walking through the peaceful jungle sure did make Golden tired. He sat down at the base of a giant tree and leaned against it for some support as he got out a bottle of water from his inventory. He sighed as he took a sip before drinking about half of the bottle and inserted the water back into his inventory. He felt extremely sleepy but he couldn't sleep... not here anyways so Golden continued forcing himself to walk so he could eventually find a safe place to have a nap. He couldn't remember the direction to the Amazon which he was sure had an inn but could be wrong. Golden decided to just try and backtrack to the location where he came from and along the way, he might find something interesting he could pick up.

Golden had been walking for... eh... around thirty minutes when he spotted something yellow among the bushes of the jungle. Golden's instincts allowed him into defensive battle posture where he would be ready for anything except back attacks. Golden slowly approached the bush where he saw the movement to see that a Killer Bee had managed to hide in there. Golden grunts as he would not have to fight the bee so he got out his rapier from his inventory to deal some damage on this bad boy. Golden smiled as he charged.

Golden successfully landed his attack when the Killer Bee reacted instantly with an attack of its own. Golden only had time to put up his shield to maybe attempt to block off the attack. Luckily, he was able to do so. The amount of damage dealt to him was slim but he had inflicted pain up on the bee with the thorns on his shield. Golden retreated with a smile before going into battle posture once again, ready to deal more damage.

Golden looked at his shining blade and thought about how this blade was going to pierce into the yellow insect. Golden smiled as the bee grew restless from the waiting and Golden had been waiting for this... waiting for an opportunity to strike. Here's my chance! Golden realized as he started running toward the mob. However, at the last moment the killer bee realized that it was being attack and it flew into the air, dodging the attack. Golden cursed as his target missed and came back with a counter-attack. However, the counter-attack had no fierceness and no speed so Golden easily rolled out of the way of the bee's stinger. Upon standing up, Golden retained attacking posture.

Golden charged at the bee, hoping that he would have more success this time but his hopes were shattered when he accidently dropped the sword right when he was going to strike the bee. Golden cursed under his breath when the bee decided that it would take advantage of the situation. Golden smirked when the bee came of him straight on but suddenly, it made a fake move and got itself into a perfect position behind Golden. Golden realized that he'd made a mistake and the bee took advantage of his stupidity before being knocked into the air by the bee. Golden grunts in pain when he landed next to his sword.

Golden wobbled when he stood up... yes he wobbled. His legs were feeling weak having just been sent into the air and he had to use his rapier as support for him to even stand up but he has soldier instincts... the killer instincts. He looked weak and the bee seems to be quite amused but Golden knew that it was letting its guard down... and he charged forward with his blade. Golden smiled as his blade sliced right through the belly of the bee and it buzzed in pain as it was sent to the ground. However, this time, the bee also strikes back with its needle but it didn't use trickery, resulting in it going straight into Golden's shield which had thorns on it.

Golden grunted as he prepared to follow up with his strike fast so that the bee wouldn't have any time to dodge it. Golden could end it this turn... he had to. He was too lazy to continue on fighting like this. Golden sighed as he charged the bee who was still laying on the ground and managed a critical on it. The bee became extremely frustrated at this sudden attack and decided to attack straight on... resulting in it charging at Golden's shield which had thorns on it, ending the last of its health points. The bee burst into millions and millions of colorful crystals as its health reached zero.

Golden checked if he's gotten any loot to see that he's gotten a mat. He shrugged. eh.

Golden looked up at the sky to see the sun dropping slowly as the sky approached night. Golden sighed as he accepted the material before deciding that he would go material gathering in this jungle before night bestows upon him. He had... eh... maybe 1-2 hours left before the sky reached pitch black. Golden had to get a move on right away if he wants to find something remotely useful.

Golden frowned as he found some fruit on the floor that was black with rot. He made a face before throwing them back onto the ground before finding a fruit right next to a tree. This has to be a good one. Golden thought as he picked it up and indeed it was a good one.

Golden continued looking for some resources he could use for his shop before finding some apples up on an apple tree. Golden smiled before looking at the sky. He would go home after picking those apples up. Ever since he's gotten the acrobatics skill, Golden found it extremely easy to pick apples from trees, even tall jungle trees. Golden picked up 3 apples to found 2 had holes in them but one was perfectly red and fine to eat. Golden smiled as he rubbed the apple on his shirt before heading back to his shop on floor 1.
