Description of store:

Spoiler

The Iron Blade is a rather large shop that is clearly made to be a stronghold of some sort. The shop is located about a fifteen minute walk away from Nimbus. The outside of the building resembles Nimbus in the fact that the walls are made made of stone and, the shop clearly goes into the mountain side. The inside of the shop is very different from the cold outside in the fact that the building is lively and, warm compared to the cold looking outside. When you enter the shop you you will feel a gust of warmth from the forge's heat. The building is divided up into three sections.

The first section being the general store that Beoreson runs and, sells his weapons from. This section is the front of the building. This part of the building is the biggest and, is about 20 by 20 feet and, holds several weapon tables and racks all of which are empty. Beoreson is often found sitting in the right hand. bottom corner as it is where he has set up his counter. The floor is made of polished oak hardwood floors. The ceiling supports several light stones, that give off light that is the equivalent of sun light. Making it perfect for examining weapons and, armor. There is a door to the right and, to the left. The door on the left leads to his room and, the one on the right leads to his forge.

The other section is Beoreson's Forge and, is mostly stone as he can't have any fires breaking out. The floor is cobble stone and, the walls are made of solid stone with a crack here and, there. The warrior has a forge and, a worktable. He also has a mat table where he puts his furs and, ores. Light is often found napping on his stack furs. He also has a tool rack on the opposite wall. The room is just big enough to give the warrior room to work but, not large enough to hold more then 2 or 3 people. The room is lit by light crystals like the first room.

The young warrior took took the last mat he had and gently placed it in the forge. He then, waited patiently for the ore to heat up so he could get the best blade he could this time. He pulled the ore out of the forge and hammered out the ore into a blade. The ore grew into a ninjato that was black as night and had some grey mixed in. He took the blade and stared at it in amazement. He thought to himself, "As nice as it would be to sell this I can use it, as it is just as practical as Viper's Kiss." He then, takes the blade and places it in a storage box.

Might as well try the other one to, as I got nothing better to do."

"Well, this could have gone worse.' thinks the warrior as he cleans up the shop.

Beoreson decided that he was going to do some early morning crafting. The young warrior cracked open his mat bin. He took and set the ore in the forge to heat. The warrior thought to himself, "I should most likely forge the blade that Lindow wanted."The warrior walks up to the forge now that the ore is heated he takes it and puts it on the worktable. The warrior begins to hammer out the basic shape of a shied. The warrior most likely spends five minutes sharpening the shield out into it's proper shape. Just before the ore finalizes, Beoreson hits the wrong spot with his hammer and the whole shield breaks. Beoreson sighs, "Well, that was not to surprising."

Beoreson pulls the ore out of the forge and hits it with hammer. He gets three hits in before the entire ore explodes into pixels. The warrior, looks at the ore fad away, with a look of disbelief. "Aight screw this I'm not making shields". The warrior walks over to the sign and adds a new sign to his window, it reads, "I am not making another shield ever."

The warrior gently placed a ore inside his forge and waited for the ore to heat up. "I should most likely help Lindow, but I need a better sword as much as he does." thinks the warrior as he waits for the ore to heat" Beoreson then, gently takes the ore out and works the metal for the next hour. Finally he finishes and looks at the perfect sword he just made with a grin on his face.

Beoreson opens up the the starter crate of mats and gets to work forging the ore, into a suit of partial plate with a armored cloak to cover the rest cloak. The warrior takes his time heat the ore to the perfect temperature. He then, spends the next few hours making the armor conform to his body and with a smile finishes the perfect armor.

Beoreson walks over to his mat table, and pulls out a ore to place in the forge. Light was in her normal place which is on top of the mats table. Beoreson took and placed the wolf pup in the apron's pocket. He then, took the ore out and, began to work on the ore. Slowly the ore started taking shape of a dagger. Beoreson was going for another short ninjato blade. This time he failed to make the blade special. The blade turned out to be another basic ninjato blade, the only difference being that this one was tinted crimson. Beoreson thought to himself,"Well I can give this to the next recruit at least."

Beoreson tried his hand at makeing a throwing knife. The warrior decided to try to make a kuni, a simple blade tool. That was used by farmers. He began to work the ore out into the shape. He made the knife about two feet long. He made the highly stylized one that is often seen in anime. Not the authentic one that looks more like a spear head then, anything else. He wrapped the blade in black cord, and made sure to tint the blade black like all his other weapons. He added this blade to his inventory as he was going to spend the sp on daggers soon.

Beoreson got to work on another weapon. He decided that he would make a war hammer. He threw the ore inside of the forge and, waited. He thought to himself,"Well if this doesn't  turn out I'm going to put up a sign that says no hammer type weapons." Now that the ore was a proper temperature he pulled it out and, placed it on the work table.  He began to hammer out the basic shape of a war hammer, when it suddenly exploded into nothingness.Beoreson rather angry that when ever he made something that didn't have a blade that it would explode took down all the signs and, put back up the commission one. He added a new sign as well it read,"I only make weapons that have at least one portion of the weapon as a blade."

Beoreson took his last ore for the day and, decided to try to make a katana. He already had a ninjato so, why not a katana. He put the ore in the forge and, waited. He thought to himself,"Well, might as well try to make one at least." Beoreson took the ore out and, began to work the ore into the katana's shape. He spent the next therty minutes working the blade. He eventually got a basic katana out of the hard work he put into making the blade. He looked at it for a minute inspecting the blade. He thought to himself,"This blade isn't very special. Not sure if it is my blacksmithing or the blade itself but, I don't think it is very special." He places the sword on the good weapon table.

Beoreson decided to give a go at the great sword for Lindow. Beoreson took a ore from his mats table and, put Light into her pouch in his apron. He walked over to the forge and, gently placed the ore into the flames. He thought to himself while waiting,"I wonder if I will be able to do the blade correctly this time." After the wait, Beoreson pulled the ore out from the forge and began to work on the blade. He shaped it to how Lindow wanted it and, then he finalized the blade. Much to the warrior's surprise he had made a perfect quality weapon.

Beoreson grabbed another ore off the mat table and, decided that it was time to make a two hander for himself. He threw the ore into the forge and, waited for the ore to heat up. He petted Light while waiting. For once he didn't think of anything while waiting. He grabbed the ore out of the forge with a pair of tongs and, began to work the metal. He stretched the ore out into a two handed great sword. Just a basic one that he knew that he could use for weapon practice. The weapon finalized and, Beoreson decided to sell it. He didn't need to use a two handed weapon.

The hammering of the smith could be heard from deep away from the main counter as Opal rested her hands on the display cases as she examined all the ordinary weapons one would smith. She tousled her hair lightly and played with a long strand curling it in her fingers as she was looking at all the neat weapons. She knew Beoreson only by name and face, the funeral was something of a melancholy emotion as little was said besides honoring the memory of Lindow. However, Opal was not one to back away from a good offer on the table. She had learned the Crimson Blades were recruiting and after the loss of Lindow a spot in their council was open. She had no right to sit the same chair as he did, but she wanted to walk in his foot steps the best she could.

Sighing, she waited for Beoreson to come from his forge, her lips pouted. She was working towards being a Rapier user, but the weapon which was explained to her by the raven haired Weapon Master was something she was not expecting.

Beoreson had been in his forge for what seemed like an eternity. He didn't dare look at the clock as he didn't want to know how long he had been working the metal. Eventually the warrior finished the blade that Lindow had wanted. He made the weapon exactly to the man's specifications, down to the smallest detail. He was putting the finishing touches on the blade when he heard Light, his pup growl. He finished up and, took a break for a minute. No one ever came to his store why would someone now. He sat down and, pet the white furred dog that from all the dust now had a more gray coloring. The warrior walked out of the forge with the blade that would be the legacy of his fallen comrade. Beoreson was to put it lightly a wreak, he was blackened by the flames and, the coal of the forge and, his eyes where dead. The warrior was surprised to see that someone had actually entered his shop. He had a look of surprise on his face when he suddenly was seen by the female. If he remembered correctly her name was Opal. He held the two hander in one hand, and gave a wave to the women and, began a conversation with her. "Hello, I assume you are here for Ifrit." says the warrior in a dead pan voice.

"Its a two handed sword?!" She barked out rather annoyingly. The massive blade was trimmed with crimson and silver, the polish of the blade was highly coated and glossy like it was forged in the fire of a God, in this case the name The Ifrit was remarkably true. The woman wondered if she could even wield such a beastly looking thing. She pouted lightly, "I didn't know Lindow liked such large weapons. That thing must weigh a ton! I'm a little girl, how am I going to swing that around?" she complained at the man, it wasn't his fault though that Lindow used such goliath type weapons.

She looked at the man, he looked exhausted and a total mess, she gave a concerned look, "Hey, you alright? You are another Blades member, aren't you? My name is Opal. We spoke a little at the funeral. I was the one who found Lindow's cloak in the cavern [this will be explained in the funeral thread.] You look like you need a bath, and a drink!" she giggled lightly, "May I see the weapon, please?"
