[SP-F5]-The Traveler

Beoreson had left behind the fourth floor as he couldn't keep hunting wolves. He teleported to the filth floor as it had been open for a while now. He arrived in Armadillo with a flash of light. The warrior looked around at the sand building and, decided to walk around a bit. He walked around in the desert heat looking for some sort of tavern. He was about to enter the tavern when a NPC clad in a large cloak that covered her entire body waved for him to walk over to where she was. The warrior though,"F@#* it, might as well." He walks over to the NPC and, says "What's the problem?" The NPC responses in a rasp voice,"I have fallen ill and, need you to retrieve my cargo from my caravan. The caravan is at a small camp a two days travel from here." Beoreson watches the quest prompt pop up he thinks for a moment and, clicks accept. "I'll take care of it don't worry." says the warrior as he equips his sword and, gets ready to go and, walk out into the desert.

Beoreson spent the beginning of his journey looking for anything special in the sand. He walks around for an hour looking for anything, using his map to keep in the right direction. Eventually he notices that there is something buried in the sand. The warrior walks over and, examines the metal that is sticking out of the sand. The metal is a blueish tint and, looks to be a mat of some sort. The warrior adds the item to his inventory and, continues his journey though the desert.

Beoreson spends the next hour walking alone in the desert. He wonders to himself if the game would be nice enough to randomly drop a Humvee from the sky. Much to the warrior's distaste, no vehicle falls from the sky and, provides the warrior with faster transportation. He decides to go ahead and, sing as no one can hear him. He begins to sing the opening theme of Bad Company by Five Finger Death Punch. Sadly for the warrior this draws attention to himself.

Beoreson watches a reptilian man crawl out of the sand. The monster is about three and, a half feet tall. The monster is also using a straight sword that has seen better days. The black haired warrior recognizes the monster as a Kobald. He also remembers that Kobald often travel in packs. He rushes towards the Kobald and, with a yell slashes the monster's chest. The Kobald makes a clicking sound and, attack the warrior. Beoreson easily blocks the attack and, prepares to make his own assault.

The warrior wanted to know exactly how much damage the Kobald so, the warrior tanked a hit from the kobald. The warrior waited for the kobald's next attack and, didn't block. The warrior grunted with the impact of the weapon and, looked as his HP bar went down one. The warrior now knowing that the kobald won't do very much damage kicked the monster away from himself. The warrior grinned as [Battle Healing] activated. He was in good shape for this fight.

Beoreson rushes towards the Kobald as it was off balance and, slashed the monster. The Kobald was hit and, roared in pain. Beoreson watched as the monster rushed towards him and, stabbed at him. Beoreson watched the blade hit his chest but, was repelled by the armor. Beoreson grunted as the impact pushed him back some. Beoreson got his balance and, defended a few more strikes from the Kobald. The warrior thought to himself," I need to be more careful on the higher floors."

Beoreson rushed forward and, attacked the Kobald. His attack was blocked a few times but, he managed to get a stab into the Kobald. The Kobald roared in pain as it was stabbed and, then kicked off the warrior's blade. The kobald managed to pick itself up and, resume attacking. The warrior blocked all of the monster's attacks and, avoided cutting himself to. The warrior thought to himself,"Well. looks like 3 or 4 hits in till I finish this thing off."

Beoreson make an assault on the Kobald. He take a few steps forward so, that he can hit the monster. The raven haired warrior took his sword and, swung it in a large, and wide cut. The Kobald was caught by the blade and, was cut across it's chest. The Kobald gave a roar of pain and, stabbed the warrior. The stab caught the warrior's leg and, did some damage. It was quickly repaired by [Battle Healing]. Beoreson thinks about his next attack, "If I walk forward and, slash it does normal damage. What about a stab and, twist?"

Beoreson rushes towards the reptilian man and, tries to stab the monster though with his ninjato. To the warrior surprise the Kobald is unable to dodge out of the way of his attack. The Kobald is caught in the chest and, grunts in pain. The warrior twisted his blade and, then kicked the Kobald away. Beoreson grunted as he remembered it doesn't matter how he attacks. That critical are completely random and, he can't control them. Beoreson went on defense as the Kobald picked himself up off the ground.

Beoreson decides to try to finish off the monster as he wants to avoid getting to far behind schedule. He takes a few steps forward and, stabs the Kobald. He then, twists his blade and, waits for the Kobal. With a roar of pain the monster stabs the warrior with it's sword. The warrior grunts from the blow and, manages to plant his foot on the monster. He kicked the monster off of him. The warrior ripped the weapon out of his chest and, thew it to the monster.

Beoreson is tired of the monster's cheap attacks and, decides to make a all out assault on the monster. He takes his sword and,swing the blade in a cyclone like attack. "Just like in the fighting games.", thinks the warrior as he misses all his attack. The Kobald make an attack of it's own and, manages to nick the warrior. Beoreson grunted and, took a step forward, aiming for the monster's head. Much to the warrior's surprise there was a loud crack as the Kobald was finished off by the warrior. The monster only dropped a mat.

The raven haired warrior picked up the mat and, looked around. He saw that there was no other monster near by and, got back on course. The warrior walked the rest of the day in relative peace. There was the occasional cactus that the warrior used as a source of water. The warrior also ate a snake along the way but, it died and, didn't drop food. Eventually the night came and, the warrior dug out a place to sleep. He hid out in his little hole in the sand, and waited for the morning. The warrior drifted off to sleep eventually and, sleep mostly peacefully for the short time he did.

The warrior wakes up the next day to find a giant camel spider to be inside of his hole. The warrior avoid crapping his pants as he drew his sword and, prepared to defend against the monster. Beoreson stabs the monster and, to his happiness the monster breaks into pixels. The warrior with a calmed down sigh walks out and, gets on track for the rest of the day. The warrior walks for a few hours and, comes across the pound of water that the NPC had described.

The warrior walks up to the caravan and, looks around. He finds the package he was told to grab and, starts to head out. The warrior hears something behind him and, goes back to see what it is. There is a Kobald crawling out of the ground as he turns around. The warrior says to himself, "Ah, F#@*. I was hoping for a clean get away." He draws his sword and, prepares to fight the monster.

Beoreson adds the item to his inventory and, looks back to see that the Kobald is very close to him. The warrior misses his block and, gets a sword into his ribs again. The warrior grunts from the impact and, stabs the Kobald in a counter attack. The Kobald roars in pain and, stumbles away from the warrior.

Beoreson rushes forward and, stabs the Kobal again. The Kobald impales him with it's sword and, to the warrior's surprise he is hit by the blade that he thought he still had in his chest. The warrior kicks the Kobald and, watches as the sword is removed from both of there chests. The warrior goes into a defensive stance and, deflected the next few attack from the Kobald. He thought to himself,"Well, if I attack that puts me at risk of being struck. If, I don't attack I don't get anthing done."

Beoreson decides that he can take as many hits as it is needed to kill this thing quickly. He rams himself onto the sword of the Kobald, and grabs the runt. He jams his sword into the creature and, then kicks the monster. The beast goes flying a few feet and, the warrior grunts as he removes the sword from his chest. This time the warrior sticks the sword into the sand and, waits for the Kobald to come and, get it. He thinks to himself," I hope this works."

Beoreson takes his sword and, stabs the Kobald in the head for a crit but, not an instant kill like he wanted. The Kobald managed to move forward still and, grabbed it's sword. Beoreson kicked the monster away from himself and, watched it get back up. The creature was heavily wounded but, not dead. The warrior thought to himself out loud,"Now looks like two or three slashes to make Mr.ambush go own and, not get back up." He drops into a offensive stance and, waits for the creature's attack.

Beoreson takes his ninjato and, charges at the Kobald. Only to trip in the sand and, land face first on the ground. Beoreson grunted as he was impaled from the Kobald. Beoreson stood up and, ripped the sword out of his body. He then, launched his own assault on the monster only to have it dodge out of the way of his angered strikes. Beoreson calms down when he realizes that his anger is getting control of him and, looks for a better attack plan.

The warrior decided to press an attack without trying to actually strike the Kobald. The warrior did a slash, slash, stab, slash attack pattern and, found out that the Kobald only dodges slashes by leaping back out of the way of the  slash attacks. The warrior also noted that the Kobald didn't back away from stab attacks but, dodged them instead. The warrior blocked any incoming attacks from the Kobald as he was studying the fighting style of the creature.

Beoreson slashes as he takes a step forward and, manages to get a hit on the Kobald. The Kobald stabs the warrior as it roars in pain from the attack of the raven haired warrior. The Kobald was then, kicked off the raven haired warrior's blade as he jerked it out of the monster's chest. The warrior noted that the sword had came out this time and, he wouldn't have to rip it out himself. The warrior thought to himself,"This is going well. I hope that I can finish off this thing soon."
