History:

Samantha was born on the East Coast of a country called the United States of America. It was quite a nice place as it was near the shore. The place was rather quiet and nice. Her house was surrounded by a quiet, little stream which provided water to the house and other natural animals. Indeed, the house was provided with clean water through its own filtering system. Every rich house has to have a filter right? No? Well, Samantha would've never known about the ordinary people. Honestly, she doesn't even know much about the outskirts of her own house. If only she knew a bit more about her surroundings. The weather above her living space was almost always sunny and she even hoped that that would change occasionally to satisfy her boredom and frustration. 

Her parents were both important political leaders as well as pop star and famous people. They were rarely home and being the only child, she would be bombarded by many maids and servants. She wasn't allowed the freedom to attend a public school and playing outside was out of the question for someone of importance like her. Nevertheless, she occupied herself with video games that she'd persuaded her servants to get her. She spent most of her time on these video games and other times being tutored. She's led a pretty normal life... of course, that was when life turned around when SAO became as it was.

Personality:

Her personality? There's not really that much to say is there? She's honest, nice, typical white girl. Not knowing much about the world and spent most of her time crying through SAO. However, she's strong... Smart... Not intelligent, but smart. She's very communicative and extremely sociable. Not spoiled even though she's lived in a rich household.... She's very willing to help others in need and tends to have a positive outlook on life.

Virtues:
Honest - Honestly, this should probably be in everybody's RP threads. The world would be a much better place if people do not lie to each other. If the world wasn't full of despising and jealousy, then where would conflict arise from? Samantha, knowing to this issue, remains honest and tries her hardest to not lie even if it's white. Being a Christian, lying was a sin, and sins were not to be committed, hence she requires herself to be of complete pureness.

Innocence - Samantha, a stereotypical white girl... Innocent. She's not knowing to all the extremely bad things out there in the world. This does not necessarily mean that she's stupid because she's the opposite of that. This only means that she does not know of all the evils outside in the real world... She's involved in her own fantasies and she prefers to keep it that way for a long time to come and she would remain thus by staying innocent and free from evil. 

Sociable - Samantha, having been raised in quite a rich household has developed a confidence that allows her to communicate with others with ease no matter what the background was. In fact, she loves to learn about others and lives that were not like hers... unless there was something about their life that could ruin her innocence and goodness. This means, she tends to get along with everyone quite well and almost always maintains a friendly attitude.

Bravery - Death meant nothing to Shizuka. She had already died once before and she didn't mind if she dies yet again. Things have been terrible and life meant nothing to her... It holds to value and the only means of surviving that she currently had was self-pride. If she would lose that... The world might collapse on her... and that means suicidal thoughts. But that would be far into the future ^-^.

Flaws:
Gullible - Indeed. Samantha is a girl who is gullible. She's willing to trust and believe what other people says as long as it's not over exaggerated or extremely bizarre. Her philosophy on life gives her an opinionated feeling that if all does not lie, then the world would be a much better place. However, this is obviously far from the truth. Despite this, she still believes that most people won't lie to her and thus, she believes in what the majority of people tells her.

Emotional - As a girl that has not witnessed much of the world, she's developed a trait that will easily let her cry, laugh, or smile depending on the circumstances. Her expressions and feelings are very easy to read and often times, even the littlest of things can crack her up or make her fall in tears. Despite this, she still thinks that she's a strong-willed woman and perhaps 'tis only to make herself feel better.

Clueless - Sometimes, only one word can be used to dictate a character's personality. Perhaps this word would be the one to use for characteristics. No matter, she's sometimes just very clueless. She can completely ignore someone's feelings and not understand the simplest of things... But she deals with it and keeps a positive attitude everywhere she goes. No matter how clueless she is, nothing will drag her down (For a long time).

Lazy - Shizuka doesn't want to do anything and no one can force her to do anything either. She is stubborn and lazy... Of course, sometimes, she is even too lazy to be lazy when asked to do something. Indeed, another reason of her laziness was the fact that she doesn't want her face to be seen in fear that someone might recognize her for who she was and what happened in that snowy night.
