Indeed, she had plenty of materials in her inventory right now and she was feeling really lazy to venture out into the wilderness for more quests. She'd rather stay close to her shop floor in order to gather some materials and obtain a few skill points from it as well. Indeed, this would be a quick, succession of material gathering in five days. She hoped that she could gather plenty of materials during this time... Enough in which she wouldn't have to do it again. Shizuka smiled as the sunshine shone on her face as it was another bright day that she hoped wouldn't be that frustrating as the other times that she's gathered materials. With a deep breath, she soon walked out of the safe zone and looked around to see if there would be anything nearby that she could put to use. Link to post Share on other sites

However, she knew that she would have to be patient and not let the frustration get to her... that is if there is indeed frustration. She hoped not but she knows what to expect. She looked around, searching for material before finding patch of mushrooms and taking them. (Posting on mobile. I do not know the post size. I shall check tomorrow morning and edit accordingly.) However, Shizuka had brought along a bit of ramen to settle her nerves in case things did indeed become rather frustrating for her. With a sigh, she looked around once more to see if she can become lucky and find more material in a row. Shizuka smiled before taking a mushroom to obtain materials for her shop. With the material she had gotten during this material gathering session so far, she could probably be able to last one day crafting wise. However, she had plenty of time to continue her search for more materials that she can use in her own personal alchemist shop which she could make health crystals in and heal others. Indeed, she had managed to somehow gather four pieces of materials in just four attempts... something that she had never done. Even though she's obtaining quite a bit of mushrooms and materials from this, she is mainly collecting for more experience in order to help her level up as fast as she can instead of waiting up on everyone. Indeed, she knows that she had gotten quite lucky, but she didn't mind at all. In fact, she wished that her wish would continue as she would greatly appreciate that if that was possible. With a sigh, she continued walking, keeping her eyes sharp as a sword on the path in front of her for any materials that she can find and take along the way. Soon, she came across yet another patch of mushrooms and without hesitation or laziness, she bent down and took some for her own alchemist needs. Not that Shizuka minded because it was a good opportunity to have some material gathering done and she would take advantage of the current luck while she still had the luck that was provided for her. And hence, she came across yet another mushroom material in which she took gratefully and inserted it into her inventory to use soon for her crafting needs. Yes, she was going to need a lot of materials and she didn't expect the first floor to be so filled with them. She must get this material gathering session completed quickly so she can continue to work and work on grinding her level as well as obtaining more materials. Shizuka was definitely not complaining, though... In fact, she would like it if these materials continue to pop-up in random patches so she would have more and more materials to work with. And of course, this good thing had come to an end so abruptly and so suddenly. Indeed, she had failed to find any good mushroom with this new patch of mushrooms. Indeed, all of them had been either poisonous or just completely useless for brewing. Eh. Oh well. Shizuka decided. I've had enough of that good luck already. Just hope that it continues for more and more materials that I can use for my shop to gain experience. Shizuka thought with a sigh and continued to walk on. Shizuka sighed once more before continuing and that was when she saw a mushroom pile by the side of the road that she had somehow managed to miss. Well... I guess that's Search & Detect for you. Yes, she was going to get loads of materials from this material gathering session and she was determined to do so as well. With her pink glimmering eyes, Shizuka went over and picked yet another one from off the ground. Excellent. Shizuka thought... Rather pleased that she had managed to get yet another material. This mushroom was black, signalling that it was poisonous and unsafe to eat. Shizuka sighed and despite the fact that she should be happy for all these materials, she was feeling rather sad that her streak had ended so soon after it had started once again. With a sigh, Shizuka trudged along with her inventory full of materials before stopping and taking a lot around once more for more materials. Indeed, she was becoming rather worried that she was not landing any lucky finds on any mushrooms either poisonous or good. It was approaching noon and soon, she would have to stop for some ramen or else she might starve to death before finding another material. Shizuka sighed before walking on, hoping that she would finding a couple more before she finishes for the day. Soon, she had finished up her ramen and with a satisfied sigh, Shizuka stood up from her location and went ahead to try to obtain even more materials than she had gathered at the moment. However, the day was still young and she can actually get some more material gathering completed in order to boost her stats. Shizuka continued looking through the grasslands and this time, she had failed to successfully find any mushrooms that she can use to brew. How disappointing. Of course, the more, the better and she was definitely going to continue to search for materials and hence, she will definitely find some more before she ends the material hunt. Yes, she couldn't believe that her luck had managed to turn completely upside down with a random spin of luck and she was unsure how the game decides whether you find materials or not. She knew that it was mostly random while skills affected the randomness at times, but most of it was important. This game is so much involved with luck.
