  1. At this point it was all or nothing. It seemed as if Akua's large familiar, Aisu, had registered this. As the blue snow leopard familiar rushed at the glorified prey species, her master watched on, and crossed her fingers behind her back. Akua's heart beat. Had her partener... Acctually succeeded? Maybe the cerulean haired she was going blind or delusional.

  2. Akua realized that this was it. The foul fowl was in it's last hit point. One more strike. Any strike. And it would drop. She choked a bit from nerves this entailed, and raise her rapier. She rushed foward, and aimed to send the pixels to it's... Coffin. { If there was a feather still, she would try to grasp it. (ooc// two are left right? i'm sorry if I'm confused, I'm not good with technicalities like that ;; ) }

    as she ran away, she was disapointed as she realized she didn't hit. { She would realize, that if they had still been there, she had retrieved a feather. }

  3. She let out a small shriek, not expecting the hit to be to painful. She gulped around the same time Aisu protectively jumped in front of her. Bu the ime she recovered, Akua realized it was her turn again. The cerulean haired girl lept foward, aiming to once again snag a feather, and then strike the flying beast with her already drawn rapier.

    Loot Dice: 20 - success

    -- feathers: 2

    Attack/Battle dice: 10 - critical hit

    As she rushed away, Akua smiled briefly. Sure, she had been severely hit previously -- however, as she has been able to successfully attack back as well as catch another feather, she was slightly relieved; however, still stayed on high alert.

  4. As she turned, Akua lifted and aimed her rapier once again. She dashed toward, in an attempt to slash at the bird, before temporarily putting her weapon away. Lifting her left hand up, she swerved around towards the feathers, and tried to catch one of the few feathers.

    Battle dice - 10 (critical hit)

    Loot dice - 13 (success)

    And she had succeeded, she soon realized, at both! Not only had she hit, but it was critical, and she had caught the feather. Akua put her prize away, and smiled, pleased, before turning her focus back to the fight at hand.

    Event points; 0

    Damage dealt this turn; 2

    Rewards; 1 feather

  5. The dark blue, virtual felidae let out a small rumble. Her partner had gone; now it was her turn to attack the bird-beast. Rushing onward, she aimed a quick bite to the avian creature.

    Aisu seemed disapointed in herself. She had been too breif in aiming, apparently; she had missed. Letting out what seemed to be a grunt of disappointment, the snow leopard prepared herself for any recoil from the creature.

  6. Hoping she could strike the bird herself this time, Akua lifted her rapier up high. Lowering it slowly as to aim more carefully as opposed to last time, the cerulean haired she let out a breath, and readied her position. She charged foward, aiming once more to score the bird.

    And she had struck the bird at last. Oh, wait -- not only had it been a hit, but she had landed a critical hit. Pleased that it made up for her innaccuracies last time, Akua nodded curtly, before focusing on the task at hand once more.

  7. Akua flipped her hair back nonchallantly. "Wha'ev's, atleast I've got my Ai-chama with me," the cerulean haired she stated, patting the blue snow leopard on the head. Pulling her blunt and cold expression together, it appeared more emotionless than anything as of current. Honestly, she wasn't afraid of herself or Aisu meeting a demise. By now she knew never to let any unnecessary confidence get the best of her, of course. That would be foolish.

    Following her group, all Akua did was walk evenly beside the snow leopard, and let the fine tip of her rapier grace the ground. She needed to be prepard for anything, and her throwing picks where useful, but not quite a reliable defense source, and she didn't want to spend time drawing her weapon of choice. And so, on she followed.

  8. Aisu, seeing her partner fail, instantly rushed foward. Leaping, she pulled a huge blue paw out, aiming to strike the bird's side. The familiar had just been following her "instincts;" she had registered her owner as in danger, and thus, had charged at the beast of adversary intent.

    The dark snow leopard striked the foul bird with her paw. Of course she was in danger now, but it was her duty. And she had succeeded. It wasn't a bad strike too; not crippling, but definately not useless.

  9. Akua's heart was pounding from pure nerves blended with excitement, and floating off a bit, she jolted as she realized it was her turn. It had come so quick, but a new burst of level, reasonable confidence came to her concious as she withdrew first her rapier. She lifted, aiming to strike the bird, before at last rushing fowards.

    And...! Damn. Disapointment set aside so she could focus on surviving, Akua realized her attempt to strike had missed.

  10. "Yo, Haine. But what about the rest of you, eh?" she puffed, tilting her head slightly up as she crossed her arms and tapped her foot on the ground. Sh didn't know Haine well, but well enough to know she had the psychological state of a four year old. She wouldn't get what she was saying well, but the others better get the blue haired girl's point.

  11. She took short strides, gaze angled slightly down. She walked in what she saw a colorless land. Anger and rage burned within her for no apparent reason. A slight bump met her hand, and she sighed, pausing. Akua's fittingly colored eyes gazed to her right, sighting her dear snow leopard familiar Aisu. She gave up a weak smile as the large felidae creature let out a tiny noise, as translated by the teen as a caring sound of concern.

    The normally colorful land looked like a barren land in the very depths of hell to the youth. She could not even think, or perceive this false world correctly. Akua felt so lost. Why did it have to be like this? She let out a deep breath she had been holding. Akua dropped onto her back suddenly, and stared at the sky. Two sole words escaped her, in a high volume of a raging screech.

    "Damn it!"

  12. Staring from a distance, Akua gave an unamused blink. What were these morons doing now? How does one die and come back in a game? They seemed to be fooling around to the cerulean haired she, and it annoyed her. They have levels to sharpen! Stomping over yet still keeping great distance, she let out a blunt, flat toned call. "What the hell are you idiots doing?! Stop fooling around!"

  13. A cerulean haired female nonchallantly relaxed with her back against the wall. Her right leg slightly forward and her left making a triangle shape against the wall of the outside of a random building what was left unoccupied. Her eyes slowly drifted around the town, curiously studying her surroundings. She was taking in her surroundings carefully. What if she died in the upcoming boss fight? Akua figured she must make the most of every second of this life, and attempt no regrets. Besides if her HP got low she could always play chicken and run, right?

    Spotting Daeron, the male who had caught her some about the game, she hesitated. What if her "teacher" was dissapointed in her level? Honestly Akua normally wouldn't give a damn and barely did now; but she was in a touchy mood today. Finishing her hesitating, the female youth finally called over. "Yo, Daeron! Y' don't mind if I join now do ya? I need some experience for the *ing bird from 'ell." Her tone was averagely "chill" so to say, and lax.

  14. The snow leopard nodded as if in thanks, and Akua gave the slightest of smiles. "Wellll I guess we should go now?" she suggested nonchallantly, and gave a shrug. Honestly the blue haired girl had not a clue if this monster would be difficult. If she was a higher level than it it couldn't be, right? She had only ever fought things level one or two.

    { low muse and late reply...sorry qwq }

  15. She joked back, tilting her head. "I know I am. Greatness takes no vacation, peasant!" Of course, this was all said in jest; only an egotistical * would say that not with a joking tone. She might be rude, cold, and mean at times, but Akua was not egotistical. Right? That's what she thought. She didn't think all that highly of herself, she just didn't think lowly of herself, at all.

    She had been strolling a mere moment longer, when her blue optics flashed in realization. She hadn't shown Aisu to Kirito! How could she forget her dear friend? "Wait a moment, Kirito!!" Akua called out, strolling a few meters back. "Ai-tama! Come here, Aisu!" she chirped, smiling as the dark blue snow leopard approached.

    Padding back over, the large cat in toe, she placed her hand upon the mystical felidae's head. "Kirito, meet Aisu. Sh'e my buddy!" she smiled, showing off her left fang this time. Aisu's bright blue optics looked up at Akua, and the snow leopard spoke to her.

    "And who is...?"

    "This is Kirito, Ai-chama."

    "Ah, okay. Tell him I say hi, okay?"

    "Aisu-tan says hi, Kirito. She wanted me to say," Akua explained, smiling.

  16. She made little tsk noises, as if to get a real cat's attention, as she cautiously approached. Akua bent down onto her knees, quietly withdrawing a porkchop - thing. Jabbing her rapier into the ground as one last attempt at the symbol of a piece offering, she now held the boarchop out with two hands. Quietly she called to the dark blue feline.

    "Aisu-san! Aisu, I've a nice boarchop for you!"

    As Akua kept quietly calling out to the virtual feline, slowly the snow leopard looked up. The aqua haired girl's heart froze. Come here, come here, she silently willed, holding her toung. Hesitantly the monster started coming foward. Another step, another step. This keps continuing untill the felidae was a mere meter away. Then, it paused.

    Come on, come onnn... Akua tried to stay calm, albeit she was somewhat nervous that the cat would run. She sighed out a breath of releif; the fake animal stepped the meter away; soon she was at Akua's hand. Take it, damn it! Take the meat already!

    Soon the boarchop was gone; she seemed to have succeeded. Akua let out another breath of releif. "I shall call you Aisu, Aisu-chama. That way, your nickname can be Ai -- that means love where I'm from." Was that all? Had she acctually succeded?

  17. They seemed to have arrived closer near the blue felidae at last when Akua sighed. "Dandy, all it looks like is a pork chop. The system doesn't even have blood, nonetheless guts." The cerulean haired she overlooked her party again. They seemed well aside from that, which was good. Just how did one achieve stomatch illness from inside of data? Oh, well.

    She thought for a moment at such a question. "We're not many meters away now," Akua stated, volume suddenly dropping low. "I think I should go ahead and feed her while you wait here -- okay?"

  18. "I was curing boredom...?" she said, slowly as if to say; Problem? "Anyways where to now?" she sighed, not noticing Kirito. What should they do now? Where those pesky damn bugs gone yet? Akua hoped so. Bugs were annoying; why'd a game need them? Noticing the party invite, she tapped the blue "o".

  19. "Ay! Hey Dandelion!" Akua called, putting away her selected weaponry. She'd need a new one soon, she realized; the durability seemed to be wearing. That, friends, was not a good thing. She let out a little sigh. She'd deal with that later; now, they had a cat to chase. "I think she went that way," she stated, directing her pointed finger at deeper in the lush, diverse forest, closer to a pond.

    { I'm thinking it'll take one post from all of us to reach there, then we'll see, okay? }

  20. She sent over instructions on how to reach her crew, signing her name at the end. Honestly, Akua figured having Dandy tag along would be nice, but perhaps Dandelion also wanted the experience. Extra experience meant extra levels. In turn extra levels meant more HP, and the higher your HP the higher chance you'd survive.

    That, and in case DandelionWings had wanted a familiar of her own, Akua figured she'd like to see that the quest was like. She didn't want to know someone got in major trouble on a potentially dangerous quest. Besides, the cerulean haired she had wished that she had been able to see what the quest was like before undertaking it. Akua also felt more secure in higher numbers at the moment as well, it helped to pass time too, which didn't hurt.

  21. She tried not to chuckle again. Was that a ...a joke...? That monster sure sounded... crazy, let's say, to Akua. "Ooookay, that sounds easy enough. Even I'm higher than level three. Tch!" she waved a random throwing pick around at this.

    "Hey, Kirito? Can these be used as toothpicks?" she wondered randomly, curiously looking at the tine metal weapon. It was around the right size, so... Why not? Would it lower your HP? She didn't even use toothpicks; Akua was just that naturally curious, and when she was bored it was hard for her to contain.

    "You know, I don't get why people hate you. It's illogical really. First, you could murder them in a second and you're practically as experienced as the owner of this damn Hell," she admitted her opinions. "Third, you know so much about this game and could be the key to our escape. I mean you know so much; and you share alot of it. Fourth, if people wheren't such * idiots, maybe they'd realize what the definition of "beater" is. I mean it's logical, as if the word combination were written in the stars. That and maybe they'd acctually learn from ya'."
