"That's alright, unlike myself you are a damage dealer. I invested a lot into being the one who absorbs damage, having <<Howl>> and <<Fighting Spirit>>. For most people those would be potentially lost skill points that could of been into damage or such, but I see it as a worthy sacrifice. Well, at least ever since I vowed to protect people, so for me that is the best way to do it.". He smiled to himself as he searched the ground. "And yes, let us grow strong for the upcoming fight." He asks with a particular curiosity, as he plucks a flower from the grass while looking at Red Haired man and placed it into his inventory. "I don't try to brag or anything, so not many know my fighting style. And the ones I've fought next to aren't much of the way of talkers. So I doubt you've heard much, just simply curious." He seemed like a damage dealer with his build of body, but it was only guesswork. "I must be honest, I've heard nothing about you aside from guildmanship. Then again, I was barely known within SAO until I really focused on tanking and made myself stronger. So really, anyone can make themselves known through hard work, be it for better or for worse.". Tristan thought on how most likely in the upcoming boss battle he would be tanking, which he was dreading already. Tristan wasn't the most confident in dealing with the unknown, and a floor boss has power non-gaugeable, thus could be quite a problem for him. Link to post Share on other sites

He stood up and stretched as the bending down the whole time was starting to irk his back, "Well that's definitely true, I have just used my strength to my advantage and swung my Two-Hander with power most on this game have yet to even comprehend. I don't exactly hope to make a big name for myself in the next boss fight, I'm just here for help and the sheer fun of fighting an enemy stronger than you can handle." His grin got wide while he thought about it, he looked over at the tree that was next to him and saw a large seed growing off it's side. "That's an interesting insinuation you have there." he chuckled and tried picking more of the ore that was on the ground, and had his hand hit something he could pick and put it in his inventory as an item. "You sound rather confident in your abilities, maybe you would like to fight in a casual duel, seeing as you're not fighting in the Season? I'm sure we'd have fun." Since I don't know that much about you I can't wait to see how you fight I'd like to know who my partners are in battle before I go to the boss fight with them personally, and I assume you'd like to know the same." He leaned against the tree he found the seed on and took a break from Material farming, it wasn't something he generally enjoyed doing but he was willing to accompany Tristan on this adventure due to him being a higher rank in the guild. He looked around in case there were any monsters were nearby, luckily none had during their material and Tristan's pet scavenge. Link to post Share on other sites

It was no secret that Tristan was poor at picking up intentions, or at least the correct ones. "I get told that quite often, and am fully aware of it. But there is little I can do about it so just flow with it. And I'm sure the duel will be of great fun for the both of us." he said with a smile and cracked his neck. He decided not to pause but to instead keep on material hunting, seeing what he could grab onto on the ground. Sure enough, there was a rock to grab onto which went into his materials.
