Fuckin Vex How could he just outright say something like that? He could have completely ruined everything for Khione at that moment. Luckily, she didn’t have to put on too much of an act. Seeing Mari switch up like that frankly unnerved the woman. Of all the reports and all the research and all the times she had personally seen Mari the woman had been almost completely adverse to drawing weapons on people. Hell….even when that band of men pretending to be a knighthood had attacked her…three times…she hadn’t drawn her weapon on them. So what made Vex different? Khione knew he was good at messin

Married? Khione shifted her gaze to Mari. To…Lancaster? The woman didn’t believe it, but a quick glance to Mari’s left hand and…yes, there was the ring. “Your reputation really tends to be exaggerated.” Khione said, shifting her weight to one side as she placed a hand on her hip. “Mari. The Pink Pker. The Poisons Master. One of the strongest in Aincrad, who tore through countless souls. Rumours would say with no remorse but…” Khione paused. She knew those rumours were wrong, to an extent, at least. Mari had no remorse at the time, because she was too crazed. Driven mad by the death of he

Khione covered her mouth, and laughed with mild amusement. A bow? Really? “Most wouldn’t bother with that sort of thing.” Khione said as she ran a hand through her long lilac hair, pausing at the gate. Would her outfit be warm enough? Khione hadn’t bothered to do any of the quests so the cold would probably get to her more than others who had. With a few quick and practised motions the woman was wearing a thick fur lined coat. “Don’t really like the cold.” Khione said simply as she turned to Reytac with a small smile. So far, this had been rather easy, then again - her entire job of gathe

Khione leaned back against the chair, sighing as she saw another ping from Vex, she ignored it for now. “I guess it can be rough.” She mused as she glanced into her cup. Khione felt in situations like this, truth worked far better than any lie ever could. “I was testing the game for some patients, to make sure it was safe - see its power consumption, and all that.” SHe paused to take a sip. “I’m a nurse. This game was supposed to be for the children, something for them to do during long hospital trips, or ones who were bedridden. I loathe to think what would have happened if it weren't for us

“Emelia.” Khione reintroduced herself as she gestured for the NPC waiter to set the cup of cappuccino in front of Reytac. “That’s my real name, of course. I prefer to use it.” She said, It was honest. Using her real name helped humanize herself, disarm others - and kept her username safe. “I’m pretty good with remembering things.” Khione said as she shut her book and set it away in her inventory. Best case scenario it was. He had chosen to sit across from her. Reytac mentioned the shop. “Oh! So you met Mari then?” Khione asked with an amused grin. “I’m glad. I only met her once, and she

Lilac eyes watched as a familiar face approached her - Ah. Reytac. She hadn’t expected to see him anytime soon. Perhaps luck had been on her side lately. Khione grinned as he approached only to have him walk right past her. The woman blinked. She supposed she hadn’t left that much of an impression on him. Oh well. She wasn’t the type of woman to go running after someone. She picked up her half empty cappuccino and took another long sip before shifting her attention to her messenger - tiny beeps had been going off in her ear, one after another. Rosaria → Khione: Need some fresh supplies.

[F12-PP-PT] Where Nightmares Tread [Slimin 2, the talkening]
Khione replied to Jibae's topic in Intermediate Floors
Khione took a deep breath, fingers spread and pressed against her forehead. It was throbbing. Today had been a day.She just wanted to be able to relax, but no - here she was...in a marshland covered floor. A job for Rosaria, she dropped off a group of 4 men to the Laughing Coffin, all louts - a few blacksmiths and tailors at least. Kione wondered if that made a difference or not. The only request was that they were a 'low enough level to manage' Khione understood - to an extent. It would take less manpower to reign in a low leveled player - but she thought it might be better to target people -
Floor 1 Vex --> Khione: He ran into her by her house, she lead him away. Couldn't hear the conversation but looks like they're in the same guild now. She saw my footprints :( Khione --> Vex: We'll meet up soon. Vex --> Khione: Keep your promise ;) Khiones lip twitched up into a grin, that worked. That worked quite well. She hadn't expected Mari to actually invite him to a guild. Vex had for once, in his life - he had been useful. Following Reytac long enough to have him run into Mari a second time. By pure chance. She'd have to try and bump into him again. Khione wasn't

Khione smiled sweetly at the man, rugged as he was. Despite her distaste for beer - one would never know. "Nice to meet you, Reytac." She said with a smile as she brushed an errant strand of lilac hair out of her face and tucked it behind her ear. "My names Emelia." She'd tilt her head, glancing at the others. Offering them the same pleasant greeting. "Good to meet all of you, really." She'd straighten her back as she stretched. "The crowd is getting a little large, and this little corner seems much quieter." Khione said as she pursed her lips in thought, a hand reached out to one drink, then

Getting no response from the nekojin catgirl....thing beyond a small hiss and a clambering for more food Khione decided to move on to someone else. There was no point in being here if she couldn't at least make some sort of connection with someone, right? That was the entire point of gathering information. Khione took a deep breath and held it, before exhaling in an attempt to quell her frustration. She had been tempted to kick sand at the catgirl, but that wouldn't do her any good. Especially with the very, very tall man - @Oscar yelling at some grouchy blonde who had thrown his drink at anot

Khione Grimaced as she felt something wet up against her leg. "What in the flying f-" She paused to bite her tongue. No losing her temper here, too many eyes. Too many people watching. She had to maintain a calm and smiling demeanor. "Hmm~?" A low hum vibrated from slightly glossed lips as the well endowed woman knelt down to see someone hiding under the table, shoving meat skewers into her mouth. The ENTIRE meat skewer. Khiones lavender eyes widened. Shock, amusement, and concern all flashed through her. "You know..." Khione began as she crossed her arms over her bent knees, offering th

The woman had to practically force Vex to steer clear of the...festivities. There was no way that little insane murderer would do well in a crowd of people this big. The woman had her long lilac hair tired back in a long ponytail - and much like the rest of the attendees she was sporting the appropriate swimwear. A quick gaze across the field, most were enjoying the festivities. Many had already paired off. I don't know anyone here personally... Khione was half hoping she'd catch sight of a familiar little blonde, who was oh so easy to tease - but alas. There was no signs of Katoka.
-
Khione smirked, Katoka was so easy. It was a nice reprieve from her current tasks. She held her hand in front of her face, and it did very little to hide the red shade that continued to encroach on her skin. Khione was a little surprised - she would have thought that the other woman would have shut down by now. Pulled away. Some kind of barrier against Khiones clear teasing affections. Perhaps the other woman was more lonely than Khione first thought. "My writing? It's nothing fancy. If I take my time it's nice and neat, but I'm almost always speed writing to get things done. I've alw

"I... can't dispute that." A laugh, forced but so practiced and soft that Katoka would never have known, especially since the following words were spoken with truth. "I find it endearing." Khione said simply. Continue to shower the other in compliments, see where it goes, why not? She had nothing better to do. Katoka seemed to have a level head on her shoulders, her attire clean kept - someone who didn't quite suit the lower floors. Khione leaned over Katoka's shoulder. "Cute." She said simply, eyes traveling down the notes. Typed, not handwritten. "Shame though. I'd have liked to se

Khione was absolutely furious with Vex. Not only had he outed her username - but he was attempting to play his little mind tricks on the one person everyone was told to essentially not fucking touch. Was he an idiot? Did he really not know? Khione took a deep shaken breath in. Of course he didn't know, he was a fucking imbecile - barely paid attention to anything. Sure he had his merits but when push came to shove it was clear he didn't give a fuck about anyone but himself. "Vex..." Khione hissed. "How. Many. Fucking. Times. Have-" He waved her off with a shake of his hand, "I know,
