I walked between the shops at floor one, they were all to expensive or required me to get the materials for them. Why I, the customer need to get the materials for you? I give you the money, so do what you have to do and give me my order. Near the end of the main street I saw another small blacksmith shop. "Seventh Heaven", that's actually a good name. 
I entered inside, "Hi, I'm looking for two hand sword with a massive bleed effect,  I prefer it perfect with damage bonus but I can use rare with only bleed effect too. Tell me the price, and don't ask me to give you materials". That's it. Without hello, without what's up, Just tell me the price that we could finish this conversation as quickly as possible.

Ho, here is the first one. I watched the first player entering my sight. He was stressed, like something can jump on him every second.  Relaxe boy, if he will you won't have any chance. As he arrived below me, the player raised his eyes and spotted me. You have a good eyes, it's might be a problem. It's looked like he decided to ignore me and continue to the boss field, I jumped away from the tree and land in front of him, blocking his way.
Needless to say that my sword was already drawn.

I ignored her and launch myself to the trolls. She didn't attacked them yet, so if I will threaten them enough, they will switch focus to me instead. "That's the worst idea I've ever heard" I shouted her back, and stubbed the leg of the right troll. The blade barely penetrate his skin, I shout and inserted it a bit further and then pull it out quickly, but even that barely scratch his HP bar. 
Both of them turned their body toward me. I will correct myself, that's the worst idea I ever had.


 

No, you are doing great. without you I wouldn't last. I tried to smile back, but the two other trolls approached us quickly. I raised my sword in a defensive position but they passed my and smash the ground that Allania stood a second ago "No!" I shout as the dust scattered all over and covered my sight. She didn't manage to dodge from them until now, who know how long she's gonna last. But as it began to scatter, I saw her figure still standing unharmed. She either had luck this time, or her group of trolls was stronger than myn.

"That's great to hear" I replied to him. I didn't cared too much about what he said, I just want to get started...get over with it. I looked around to see if anyone else is already on the way. I wouldn't care just to give him the position and walk away, but there was reason for all contest idea. I check the sun position on the sky, it's even not noon yet, what this guy thinking to himself? "You arrived a bit early, we will begin soon".
Then one more player arrived, I would prefer at least three, but two can work as well. "Yes, this is the starting point, welcome to the contest". I wonder if I could just record this sentence somehow so I won't have to talk with each one of them. "my name is Rowan, and I am the Trader's Bridge owner. Thank you for applying."

I know you are like that! I know it! showing off like you are some kind of badass fighter, but deep inside you are just scared and frighten girl.  Somehow it wasn't so pleasured as I imagined. I forced my smile to twisted in enjoyment while I tightened my hand on the hilt. Now I am going to make you beg, beg for your miserable character life. Not that she worth it though......why  are you  looking at me like that?

I looked at her staring at me, her eyes looks at me with a look that triggered a lot of feeling inside me. Her eyes also made me feel guilty, like I did something wrong. I ignored all of that and throw her coat on her with my other hand. "what's the meaning of this?" I asked, aim to the coat with my eyes. She kept staring at me like she is holding herself from saying something, it start to become annoying. I tightened the sword on her neck, causing her a minor wound (-1 HP). "What is it? split it out already!"

She is hiding from me, she is doing it in Purposely, I thought, Kept walking in the forest. When I will meet her I will show her. I looked around the forest a spot something really strange, a pink hair peeped outside of one of the trees far way. I got close hesitatingly, ready for someone to jump out of the this tree, but then I saw Yuki sleeping inside it. The first think that I thought to myself was the feeling of her lips. I drop it out of head, from where the hell it came.
I reached the tree and stood right in front of her. resisting the urge to touch her. I looked at her with my eyes, at her closed eyes, her body, her hair. I was almost sorry to awake her, but finally, I found you. My sword was softly placed under her throat, and I move her with the other hand softly "Raise and shine sleepy beauty. Have you slept well?" 

I was a shiny day, unlike floor three that was rain most of the time I was there. Here on floor one you can actually think its a peaceful game. I preferred raining, its clearly suit to me better. I continue to walk a few hours until I met some low level adventures and they direct me to the general direction that they claim to see her. I hoped they didn't lied, its hard to tell when my sword threaten one of the poor adventure's neck. In the worst case I remember their faces.

More trees greets me as I kept walking, but not a sigh to the girl. I pull out my sword and continued. With her you can never know. Where is she? is she making a trap for me? in that case, I should give her a proper greeting.

The trolls was so pissed at me right now. I was more type of evasive person, less attacker or defender. I jumped away from two of the trolls attacks, ran into their leader and crossed blades with him.  He released his grip and took one step back, as I continued with the motion made a huge circle with his blade and stroke myn again. His struck my sword so hard that I felt myself lifted a half meter in the air. I fell and my leg were dragged a short distance to the ground. I had no idea how's Allania doing.

I walk right into a bar. I wore my usual opened white shirt, a black coat hanged out on my shoulder "I'm looking for a pink head girl. She have hot temper and she can change her eyes to red". No one saw her, like she never came back to this town again. Weird, she like to be at floor one a lot. Or that's what I thought. I walk from shop to shop, bars or bars, and not a single clue about her. In the end I walked out of the town, asking the folks that I met on my way. I didn't know why I was so determined, but I had to find her, it was a substantial need of my existence. Like the need to eat, drink and breathe. I must find her no matter what.


 

You are right, but if we didn't had thorn in the game it would be somehow ok. With 4 evasion (3 +1 skill) you need to put at least 2 points at accuracy. They are point that you won't put on something else.

Also no one put accuracy on regular basis because when you are fighting someone with thorn you counter yourself a bit. I really hoping to see more aggressive strength for the guys that will choose light armour in the future. 

About the discussion, right now energy regan is not worth it, but giving more passive energy sound boring in my opinion.

I personally think that energy should be gained by hitting someone else (on CD 6+?), that will also give more reason to attack and use accuracy and will make the energy system more unique.

P.S. thank you takao, you made me realize that I should drop my light armour and switch to healing + mit + thorn. Than parry mood and block gg

I wake up to the shouting voice is the morning, I didn't want to wake up but this voice was so...annoying. Yea, I believed annoying is the best way to described it. I crawled out of my napping spot and looked for the source of the sound. 
It was a white man. He stood with his back to me and claimed that he is looking to apply for the shop assistant position. I raised myself from the ground and straightened my clothes, pulling my hair back and wore an inviting face. The last one was the hardest.
Then I walked toward the white man, "I believe you are looking for me."  I offered him my hand, trying to look respectful  "HI, my name is Rowan, and I am the Trader's Bridge owner. Thank you for applying to the contest, you arrived earlier than I expected, soon the event will start"

She got some skills. She looked cute and harmful at the start, but she already killed the leader. 
All the trolls around me crumpled in pain. I used that time to turn to the leader aimed a diagonal slash to his head. He manage to block me and made me back away from quick swing. The stun effect ends, all the trolls straightened again and released a furious scream to the air. 

OOC: This thread aim to find Shop Assistance to Rowan, he will run the shop (answer customers at the shop threads) and get % from the sales. Any profession can be assistance.It basicly aimed for low levels but anyone can join. Some more minor things:
1. Please do not post here if you don't want to take part of the contest. Also please don't drop a post here for a quick SP or col. I won't mind these posts in the end.
2. The winner will also win +2 curve sword that left in the shop and sold to me by Life long ago (speaking about Rare item) or another item from what's left there.
3. There will be some different contests that will require rolls, but rolls only won't give you the first place. So cooperate and have fun

I couldn't make it more pathetic, it will make sure that only low level player will come to this event. All these level 10 plus player that stuck their nose everywhere with their fake justice. Give me a break. I hanged these ads all over the beginner's town, than I went to look for a shady spot to take a nap until tomorrow. I really hope that someone will shows up

They were to much, and I didn't lend a single hit on them. Why should even bother? I didn't want to lose. Even more then that, something inside told me that for some reason this fight was important. I couldn't remembered why, and I hated it.
Suddenly I saw Allania charged near me, she was like a homing missile. The trolls smash their clubs into her and the leader cut her with his huge sword, but they couldn't stop her from attack their leader with all her might. 

As I saw her I felt new inspiration fills my blood. We can do it, we can win. My sword began to glow in a soft purple light,  I tilt it aside and horizontal stroked twice all the troll's legs around me. They didn't even manage to attacked me before they crumpled, holding their legs in pain

I waited for a couple of minutes, nothing. She must be busy, or just ignoring me. I would probably do the same, like any other normal player around here, or maybe I would came later just to claim the items. I waited for five more minutes, If she was already on the way I would get a massage from her. Well, later it's not a better time than now, I pull out my sword and rushed toward them.

I tried to reach one of their leaders but the others blocked my way, they smash their clubs on the ground near me when I just focused to avoid their strikes. Very quickly I found myself surrounded by three trolls, two normals and a leader. They were really big, so only three could surround me at the same time. But even if I will manage to survive them there was one more group of trolls behind then ready to take their places.

I almost said that out loud too, of course I couldn't just shut my mouth. If I will die one day, it will be probably thanks to that. But why did he commented like that? Is he scared that I will kill him in his sleep? or maybe.. that I will connect his name to his deeds after we will leave this place.

It's strange, perhaps he was more interesting then he looked. I started walking toward the mini boss field inside the forest.

I walked all day on floor one tried to rob a low level players, really quick I realized it not worth my time. It take to much from it and I almost gain nothing good in return. But it is really fun, see their eyes widen in fear while they realize that they are in danger before even start fighting. Well that what I told to myself that I did, actually I was looking for something else.

I moved up to floor two. Players here had better gear then myn, I'm not sure how they got it, but with this gear I'm not even trying. I heard that there is different way to get levels and good items, which is perform tasks given by the game. So I'm trying a different approach, I will get to the quest area and convince some su*ker to do the quest for me. Then I will take the reward and walk away.  Sound like a great theory, but I have only checked it once before.

I hid on the tree and waited quietly for the first player to reached the quest area.

I opened my eyes, my head was still in pain. I was lying inside an empty house covered with female black coat. Where am I again? I wasn't so sure. I got up and looked out of the window, it looks like I was in safe zone inside floor three. But how? the last thing I remembered was that Yuki and I fought each other on the hill near the tree. I opened the menu and checked up my status, I am still green. Well that's a relief. Why I am feeling better? killing here was my idea at the first place. But right now, I was glad she is a live.

It was still raining on floor three. I took up the coat and pull it on myself, took my stuff and step outside. I was in a middle of a small village without any sign to other players around. I came to walk outside the safe zone but a huge club smash the ground inch from my leg. I looked up confused, two groups of trolls stand outside the village. Each one of them contained three trolls, two normal trolls and a leader. The leaders also hold a swords in their hands, I recognized it as a bleed weapon. They just stand there and wait for me to leave the safe zone, there was no way I could handle them alone. I open my friend list and thought, who would help me without asking something in return?

I didn't had too many friends, so I found myself crafting a message to Allania about the situation. Hoping that she will show up.

Two troll leaders with bleed weapon that will add two extra point of damage for two turns on a roll of 7-10. (This effect can't be stack, but it can be recharge to two turns again every bleeding hit)

Well I do own a shop that my character don't know exactly where yet. I need an assistance that will work as seller at my shop. He will get a good amount of % from the profit  and it's a great chance for enyone who want to get more money / learn to be merchant / post more. So I though to do a pubic contest for the job, what do you guys think?

I almost shouted to her, I raised one hand to stop her but grabbed it fast with the other one. Don't be stupid Rowan. shut up. Don't be stupid. As she left my headache back and my sight start to blackout again. I set alone near the tree, rain start to fall on my hair. Well it was fun at least, I hope to meet her again. I fell on the ground unconscious, while picture began to surround my thoughts. 

When her eyes turned a spark of passion burned in me, I wanted these eyes to be myn and myn only. But I quickly calmed it deep inside me, before she would ever notice. I chuckled inside my head when she bowed down, what a girl. You don't need to be so formal, In other circumstances I'd rip up your clothes. But it's not for here, not for now, not with you.  
I'm alone once more I heard her said. Yes, we are all alone. get over it kid.  She wants me to come again, she was basically asking if I'm sure. Yes I am sure girl, it's going to be the worst mistake of my life. I walked toward her while her back was turned to me, and then I wrapped my hands around her and gave her a warm hug. A long hug that lasted a long time, then I bringed my lips near her ear and whisper "You will never be alone."
I lie, but I owe her this one at least. Then I slowly lay off my hands, to make her realize that it's over.
