Awww
But but but Mari wouldn't attack anyone for no reason!
Now, if that sammich was golden smoked honey leg ham with lettuce, a touch of cheese, alfalfa and carrot,,,mmmmmm then maybe cause man that sounds good :P -
Nala gave a nod of determination. "Alright! From Horrible to Good! Now let's go from Good to PERFECT!" Nala cried out as she jumped in the air, pumping her fists high above her head, she would do the same thing, and slowly try to get better at playing the scales of the violin, she pouted. "Why couldn't Mari play an easy instrument like the tambourine!"
She went through and almost managed to succeed, it was clear Nala was improving, however attempting a full song would be out of the question right now.

Nala gave a nod of determination. "RIGHT! This time, this time i will have it! I will try something...something...easier! Maybe if I start with some chords!?" Nala tried to play chords on the violin, and slowly, managed to get through them - despite slipping and scratching a few notes. Still a Good Monster Grenade came from it, making her feel a little bit better.

Nala had received some more materials from Mari via a delivery system. She clasped her hands together "Right!" She said gleefully as she pulled out one of the Materials, her small brows squinting in concentration as she set up a recording crystal. She tried to play the violin, just like Mari but she failed horribly - fumbling in the process.
Nala panicked as she received nothing. "Oh no! Oh...oh...oh gosh....Mari is going to be so mad! OOpsie!"

Mari turned her face slightly, as she was slapped, she turned back to him - blue gaze unwavering. "Really? that's what you wanted to drag me away to talk about?" She asked, slightly annoyed. She deserved the slap, but she did not appreciate the hug, as he pulled her in to try and hug her she pushed him away hard. "Don't touch me." She said in a quiet, controlled tone. "I deserve the slap. That's fine. But don't touch me like that." She shook her head, "You shouldn't ever do such actions without first ensuring it's ok."
Mari stepped away from him. "I appreciate the sentiments Kosan..." Mari sighed, as she ran a hand through her hair, softening her tone. "I'm not planning on killing anyone again; however if I need to I shan't hesitate to do so. I've chosen a dark path - one that most will not agree with, but if I save one person, just one single person than the price of my soul is worth it." She gave Kosan a wry grin. "I doubt I will land myself on the bounty board, but if I do - I assure you, I won't make it easy. I may not look it but I have many allies that would help if I asked. I trust them and feel safe. You won't loose me that easily. I have a guild to protect." -
Mari knew what Kosan was doing. She knew there was nothing behind that rock, she had spent a good 3 hours here before anyone else had arrived; ensuring the area was comfortable, tidy and free of mobs. She gave a small sigh, excusing herself from Fallen. "I think he wants to talk to me privately, I'll be back in a moment." She gave him a smile. "Don't be shy; please - eat as much of the food as you like, I'd hate for its durability to go down and it all go to waste."
Mari headed over toward Kosan, "Yes?" She asked, shifting her weight to one side and crossing her arms. -
Alkor spoke, his voice low – Mari strained to hear; and failed to over the sound of the crackling fire. He may have just been musing to himself so Mari left him alone, deciding it best not to question him. The two were quite similar in many ways, and Mari felt guilty; constantly coming to him. It was almost a habit now. Kill a man, go to Alkor. Mari stared at the fire, a troubled look plaguing her features. She had hoped he didn’t get the wrong impression. She came to him, for reasons she didn’t exactly know or understand. If Life was around she’d seek him out but he had been rather quiet lately.
Mari turned her gaze to Alkor as he spoke, an unusually gentle tone escaping his hard visage. “You’re right.†She said, “That is a choice, one I will live with – for the rest of my life. It doesn’t end once the game ends. I’m not going to fool myself with such idyllic thinking. I don’t – I’ve decided I don’t want anyone to kill so simply. If I have to do so in their place – then I will.†Mari turned her gaze away, “I may question my actions, even regret them – but I cannot change what has been done. All one can do is reflect on those actions and use them to guide their future decisions.â€
As Alkor smirked, making a snide comment Mari laughed – “Somehow, with the two of us, I don’t think they’d get too far. Still- I’d rather not be arrogant.†As his smile faded Mari covered her mouth with her hand, gently biting on a few of her fingernails. He gave her harsh, but true words on the matter. There was no point in questioning what he could or should have done, he was not the one who did it, and it was I the past now. Alkor stood, and Mari was readying herself to get up; she supposed he wanted to get back to sleep; but those next moments shocked her.
Alkor, the lone man. Focused on battling – fighting, and clearing the game. Alkor the man who asked her ‘what else is there’ when posed the question of his resolve. Alkor, the man who now sat close to her, wrapped an arm around her – and consoled her. Mari bit her lip. His proximity didn’t bother her, rather she felt flattered; and again – something else she wasn’t sure of. It was a feeling that felt both comforting and twisted, a knot in her stomach she couldn’t untangle. She turned her face toward him, and smiled.Mari stiffened, only for a moment as she felt Alkor’s head rest onto her shoulder; but she almost immediately relaxed again. He gave a yawn, and as he nestled into her neck strands of chestnut hair tickled her bare skin. Mari shut her eyes leaning into the weary man for a moment. “Alkor…†She murmured, lifting her hands up, without hesitation she carefully grabbed his shoulders, shifting herself so that she could place his head comfortably in her lap. Looking down on him she wondered if this was perhaps too uncomfortable for him, the proximity, the closeness of the affectionate actions she had bestowed on him. If he were to shy away, that wouldn’t matter – Mari would understand, but he was tired. Clearly, he seemed to have just as much trouble sleeping as she did. Mari carefully brushed back his hair, out of his face. “You’ve already saved me, and kept me safe.†She said in a hushed voice as she continued to comb her fingers through his hair. “And that’s something I’ll never forget.â€
Mari grinned; repeating his words in a quiet, yet playful tone. “What else is there…†-
Mari watched as Yuji yawned lazily, nestling himself against the pillow and amidst the soft grass. He soon fell asleep. "Well, if only I could sleep so soundly." Mari said, a touch of envy in her tone. She rarely got a good nights sleep, even nestled away in caves from the rest of the world she found that it was near impossible for the sweet embrace of a peaceful rest.
Mari turned to Fallen; "Some people are open, others are closed - I don't do well with people, obviously, so I tend to be more closed off. I find it easier to deal with things that way." Mari commented toward him. "We'll be introducing new members, discussing some of my recent actions, and elaborating on the guilds sects. Now that we have grown, I hope to have people placed in each sect - and work on that. Also - those who do not have professions I hope to help guide them into what they wish to do."

(Mari can't enter the village)
Mari had travelled up to the 8th floor, her usual hang spots were inundated with players, players that annoyed her. Players that either tried to instigate a fight or who looked upon her in disdain and disgust. Here, on the 8th floor; just outside and above the town it was peaceful. The mist was cool against her skin. Mari disliked the heat of the highest floor, or the desert. So the 8th floor was a nice change.
The height didn't bother Mari. She sat with her legs dangling over the ledge of a platform, absent-mindedly people watching. She may not be able to enter the town, but she could watch it from afar, or in this case - above. She was lazily drinking from a bottle of booze, some form of spiced rum that Daeron had given her. "What a day..." She mumbled. -

“You don’t have to tell me anything.†Mari said to Fallen, it was not her place to pry into the personal life of others, she didn’t want anyone knowing hers so she would show people the same discretion unless they willingly spoke about it. Kosan offered words of support to Fallen before whispering that he had wished to talk to Mari later; Mari quirked her brow, giving him a confused look – just what did he want to talk to her about? He took one of the two chocolate danishes and Fallen had taken the other, there were other normal danishes there- but Mari wasn’t hungry.
Yuji also approached the group, and Mari offered him a small smile just as she had the others; “Please take a seat Yuji.†She turned to those who have already arrived. “We do have some matters to discuss; some of you understand what they are, they aren’t pleasant. But – this meeting also serves to introduce new guild members.†Mari shrugged her shoulders. “It seems our little guild is attracting quite a bit of attention. So until then, just enjoy the company. I’m….sorry I couldn’t hold it in a town.†-
I dreamt I was in a car on a road trip to the beach with Alkor, Celes, and Lessa. Alkor and Lessa were arguing in the back over who would get the last 'Juicy box' I quote juicy box because that's what Alkor insisted on calling it. Even though it was just a bottle of vitamin water. Celes was sad because her wife was a persacom and was charging in the glove box.
We got to the beach and Alkor took off his cloak and you know those anime shows where girls have SUPER DOOPER massive tatas, like you think 'how are they on there'
WELL I GOT NEWS FOR YOU ALKOR
HOW?
WHY?
HOW DID YOU EVEN LOOK SO FLAT THEN BOOM!
Why do I keep dreaming of guys with boobs?
Celes was jealous of them, and her wife - the persocom got lost between them. -
Mari gave Fallen a wry smile as he approached and sat down, she turned her attention to him; he clearly looked as though he was tempted by the food. "You're fine to eat that you know. Don't think it rude to start before others." She leant down for a moment, adding in an attempted cheery tone. "Early bird gets the worm." As she pointed toward one of the chocolate danishes. "I only managed to get two of those, so best grab one whilst you can." Mari's smile fadded when he asked how she had been. Mari glanced away, giving a small sigh.
"Not good, my choices weigh heavily on me, they're not ones I take lightly but-" Mari paused noticing that he was crying, not really making any noises but still - he had silent, pained tears streaking down his face. Mari frowned, puling out a small handkerchief. She placed her hand lightly on top of his head, and used it to wipe away his tears before dropping it in his lap. She didn't comment on them, or question why he had started, that was not her place. "Here." She added, in a slightly softer tone before straightening again.
As she did, another had joined. Kosan - one of the newer guild members. "Hello Kosan. Please take a sea-ahh...pillow." Mari gestured toward the seating, "You two got here quite quickly." -
Mari wasn’t allowed in the Safe Zones, or the towns. She was marked as a Pker; a murderer and it was completely justified with good reason. So, naturally her guild meeting would not be able to be conducted in a pub. Normally Mari would have it on the fourth floor but today; the second would suit best. With it’s flat topped mountains it’d prove to be a perfect place.
Mari had marked the location of the guild meeting on the map, it was only a 10 minute stroll from the main city of Urbus, ontop a small flat hill. It was clear Mari had put in a LOT of effort to accommodate her guild members. She had managed to purchase some pillows and blankets.
She had set the off white blankets up on the ground, and then placed the large wine red pillows on top of it around in a large circle. Scattered around the blanket were flowers; just daisies left over from earlier that day when she had visited her daughters grave. In the centre she had placed a small smorgasbord of croissants, danishes, juices and iced teas. The sun was just past the hill, as it had hit past the afternoon, optimum time to ensure that they would not get. Mari wiped her brow; feeling exhausted and the meeting hadn’t even began yet. She had also recently cleared the area of monsters. Not that many spawned up here.
Mari wanted nothing more than to sit down but she had to be gracious to her guild members. Many of them probably had many of questions. Now was a good time to bring it all out on the table. -

((Ok guys its Friday so I am ending it here))
Mari looked up at the sky, the sun was beginning to set. "Alright." She called out, voice booming across the nearby area. "That's a wrap everyone." Her guild members returned to her and gave her what they had all collected. Mari checked it all. Feeling impressed. "That's quite a decent haul we have here today, we will divide it evenly among us; any odd numbers or materials that belong to a profession we do not have - I will place in the guild bank. I may even use them to barter with merchants such as an alchemist to get us crystals."
She gave each of them a small nod and smile. "I'm very happy and proud of you all. I'll be in contact soon, we will be having a guild meeting, until then good luck and take care everyone."

Mari gave Celes a sheepish smile; "I don't really think about such luxuries any more..." She said as she picked up some fruit, chewing a slice of apple thoughtfully before reaching for a cannolli. "I feel like I don't deserve such a meal." Mari muttered, even as she said this she had taken a bite from the sweet cannolli, some of the filling had dripped from her mouth to her chin. Mari finished the entire thing before wiping the drop off her chin and placing her thumb in her mouth.
"mmm That's lovely; but - will the journal stay?" Mari asked; "I mean...I have to wonder - what happens once we defeat the game? Are we able to come back and play any time? Or will it be shut down?" Mari shook her head, it wasn't fair to Celes to fill her head with such worry.
"I slept fine; I am sure Maggie will appreciate the stories." -
Mari awoke with a start, she no longer felt Celes' presence next to her. Mari yawned, groggily rubbing her eyes as she sat up. She could smell something sweet. "What ...eh...?"
Mari blinked, there was what looked like a continental breakfast before her. Was this part of the quest? It didn't seem like it. "Did you do this?" Mari asked curiously as she got out of the bed, taking a seat in front of the large array of food. She turned to the other girl who was smiling, happily writing in what looked like a diary. "Is that like, a daily thing for you?" -
"Shut up, stop apologizing."
Mari mumbled, Mari wasn't really good at being 'nice' even though she was attempting to be nice to Celes right now. Celes was deep under the sheets, and she ended up curling herself around Mari again. Mari could tell she was still awake. "This is fine." Mari bit her tongue, her tone had come off as harsh. Mari sighed softly, wrapping an arm around the timid girl. "It's still dark outside. This is fine, if you need. I don't mind." Mari rested her head ontop of Celes' giving a low sigh before she felt herself unwittingly drift off.
When was the last time Mari was able to sleep soundly?

Look at that handsome dapper fellow!

Alkor was a silent man, and he remained as such even after her admission. He quietly equipped his jacket and pulled the hood down, a gesture most wouldn't notice - but somehow Mari found comfort in it. It wasn't an action Alkor seemed comfortable with, nor one he did too often. So Mari appreciated the gesture, she wouldn't say as such but she offered him a small smile, listening to his words. Strong words weighted by careful thought and consideration, spoken with a dark indifferent tone.
"How do you manage to find the words I need to hear?" Mari mused, more so to herself than to Alkor. Her eyes stared at the crackling fire before them as she took in his words. It was something she had willingly accepted. One that she had all too quickly took upon after seeing the bounty."I don't think Tom deserved it." Mari began, her voice pensive. "He had killed to protect lives - what is the difference between that and what I had done to Argumail? I think...." Mari paused, trying to find the correct words - she was no wordsmith and compared to Alkor, she felt like a bumbling idiot. "It bothers me - why did Zelrius place a bounty on his head, but not on mine? Or yours? Will we end up having a bounty on our heads? You accepted the bounty too - what would you have done?" Mari asked. It wouldn't bother her if she had one, rather she had been expecting it for some time, Alkor had killed Uriel, a despicable man. Mari, she had killed 3 people - two of which she felt did not deserve it.
Mari shifted the subject, "Hey - If I'm being dragged to hell, I may as well enjoy the scenery along the way eh?" Mari gave her shoulders a small shrug, "We both have bloodied our hands; if we both end up in hell at least I can safely say I'd enjoy the company."
Her face turned serious when Alkor mentioned that no one could save everyone. "You can't save everyone, but if you save just one person. I feel that makes all the difference. Even if that one person is yourself."

Mari gave Moartea a baffled look, "A..are you serious?" She asked. "There are teleport pads outside of town you know; like literally on the outskirts of town. " Mari pointed to the one she was talking about; the one she had used - "They are outside every town, don't tell me you never noticed them." Mari grinned as she added in a joking tone. "Doth thou need to check thine eyes?"
